This is was water, England's deepest lake, and you would be crazy. If you went swimming in here. Not only is the water, absolutely freezing cold. But this Lake holds a very very grisly Secret. Peter Hogg was a very wealthy pilot and he attracted the attention of a younger air hostess. A lady called Margaret and she was 19 years younger than Peter, the couple quickly fell in love and got married, but after a few years, Years, the marriage turned sour and Peter found out
that Margaret had had an affair. She'd been cheating on him with an American Banker. As he found out the marriage, got violence and one night, Peter took his hands and wrap them around Margarets neck and killed her. He says it was an accident. But either way, Peter should have turned himself into the police station and said I've committed murder, but what do you Kittens, he tried to cover up his tracks. So, he took his wife's body and he wrapped it in an old piece of carpet.
He puts her in the boot of his car, took a big concrete block and drove from the very south of England. A place called. Sorry all the way up to the north of England to wash water where we are right now. He got a boats and he paddled out into the middle of the lake. He got the concrete block and he attached it to Margaret's feet and dumped the body in the middle of the lake. Eight years later. When Peter thought he had long, Got Away With It, scuba divers found the body of Margaret hog.
Why did they find it? Well, Peter had made two fatal mistakes. The first mistake was this, if Peter just rolled out, just 10 yards, further than the body would have gone right to the very bottom of the lake, all the way to 79 meters, which is Way Beyond any scuba divers normal limits, but the body instead had got caught on a ridge. And one day, when the sky, Eva divers were just under the water. They saw a piece of carpet and it caught their attention and they went over to look at it
upon further inspection. They were horrified to see I face perfectly preserved like Wax due to the icy cold Waters. When the body was taken out of the water. They notice, the second mistake. Those are wedding ring left on Margaret's finger and on the ring with the initials p. H. MH. Each 1963 and it became obvious that Peter was the man who had killed his wife. My dear friends. I guess none of us watching this video of done anything like murder, but we all have secrets don't we?
And we try to hide them but the Bible says be sure your sins will find you out. So whatever level of senior courtin, I just want to warn us all to repent today. If you're patient enough to watch this video, right until the end. I believe you will. Either one of these two reactions either, you'll feel nothing because your heart is so Stone Cold that it doesn't matter. What message you hear, nothing will get through all the second reaction.
You might just have, is, you might be trembling with fear begging, the Lord. God. Please do not let this happen to my life. Please do not let this be true about my life. So, over to you now, are you a public success? But a private failure? The Bible says this. Jeremiah once wrote these words, for though, you wash yourself with liar and use much. So yet your impurity is marked before me says the Lord. In other words, you can scrub
Yourself clean. You can get all of the dirt off yourself, and you can lock great to everyone else. The outside of the cup can look clean and nice, but guards, seize on the inside. And you ain't fooling guard, you might fool all of the people around you, but you will not fool. The Living God. If I may, can I diagnose what I think was wrong with 20/20? If I was to describe one thing that happened in 2020. It was this God showed us just how weak we are all.
We thought we were powerful. We thought we were strong. We thought as a world we had power and dominance and nothing could touch us, but, you know, something did touch us and brought us to our knees. But if I was to describe 2021, I believe it's the year of God exposing people in their sins. We've seen it in the preaching world, but my friends. We've seen it in the celebrity world to man who have tried to cover up their sin for many, many years.
And we've seen it in the past as well, celebrities who had this perfect system preaches? You had this perfect sense system and they covered their sin. They thought they were smart. They thought nothing could touch them and send lulled them out into a false security. It took their raft right out into the deepness of the ocean into a calm place. I swear, they thought everything
was safe. And just when The Sinner thought they were totally Untouchable. Sin itself, came and ripped off the Garment and exposed that person to the rest of the world. My dear friends sin is not a game and you need to know you can toy with sin for so long, but one day it will come back to bite you. And when it buys, it will leave a mark. If I say the name Aiken.
Does that ring any bells Akin in the Bible is the man who stole from God's. When Jericho was overtaking those a lot of plunder and all of the goods, all of the riches. The silver, the gold was supposed to be dedicated to the Lord. But Aiken saw some silver. He saw some gold. He saw a fine Babylonian garments and he took it for himself and he hid it in his tent. You can sort of see it in your
mind's eye. Here's this man burying this treasure beneath his Hands, but his tent has a bump on it and the eyes of the Lord, which are on every place, saw a concern, and God brought judgment on the people of Israel because of what a can a done, because there was sin in the camp. God brought severe judgment and Aiken actually lost his life for his sin. May I ask you a personal question when God looks at your tent when he looks at your life.
Is there a bomb in the The bottom of your tent and if that's true, what is the sin that you're hiding from God right. Now? What is the sin that you're hiding from everyone else? Because as I said, the eyes of the Lord are on every place and he senior sin, it displeases him. And one day God's going to say enough is enough. You've hurt enough people. You've hidden this for long enough. You will be exposed. So I beg you, I plead with you. You repent today.
You see when we live in sin. Do you know what doing? Like Aiken were essentially saying that this sin is more precious to me than the living gods and that is almost blasphemy when we think about it, that we would choose something. So disgusting, something so vile, over fellowship with the Living God. I know exactly what you're thinking. Right now, Joe. I just want to get away from this sin. I really do want to Repent, I don't want to keep hide in this cell anymore.
But I keep going back and back and back. My dear friend. Can I say something to you without you getting really angry at me? I'm not sure. I do believe you on that. If you really, really, really do not want to go back to this sin. You won't the day you make a wholehearted decision where you draw a line and say no more. This is the last day enough is enough is the day. We'll be one step closer to Purity is the day when you'll be one step closer to Victory.
Have you ever seen a white stole before? Well, why Stokes are actually seen as a sort of object of Purity over the centuries. People saw them as pure because their coat was, so silky. It was so white. It was so clean and it's almost as if the stoats knew this and they took pride in their white coats, but Hunters also new this to and exploited it. Do you know how a hunter would
Catch a white stones. They would get this sort of horrible grimy vile substance, and they would smear it around the entrance to the borough, which the stoat lived in. And so the hunters would send their hunting dogs out in packs to hunt down the stones and the stoat would run as fast as it could to get away, but when it came to its burrow, its saw that vile disgusting filth around the borough. And instead of running down into safety and dirtying.
It's Votes, it turned around and faced the dogs. So, in other words, that's Thoth was willing to die rather than defile itself. And my dear precious believer. The day you reach that point where you are ready to die. Instead of defiling yourself is the day, you will gain victory over this sin and I just want to say how serious are you? There is a verse that terrifies me in the Bible. It It really does scare me after all, of these sermons.
I've preached after all of these people that, I've, I've tried to reach with the gospel after the souls, that have professed Faith after demons that have been cast out. After all these things that have happened. If one day, the Lord looks me in the face and says, depart from me. I never knew you. You worker of iniquity. My dear friend, let that never happen to me like that. Never happen to you. Let us look the Lord in the face and let him say. Is welcome, good. And faithful servant friends.
Don't toy with sin a day longer today, needs to be the day that you truly do. Repent from this sin. I mean, how many more messages do you have to hear? How many more sermons do you have to hear? How many times you have to read the Bible and turn back to God and say, never again, when will be the day where you finally say enough is enough, and I know some of you needed to hear this message today, but there's one more thing you need. Need to know and it's this, God, still loves you.
The god of the Bible is a god of tremendous love. But please, please, do not take your Liberties in Christ, for granted. Do not abuse the grace, which God has lavished upon. You see the Son of God, the Lord Jesus Christ. The one who wept over you thought he was spat upon Don. He was mocked. He was beaten. He was crucified on that cross
who was exposed naked dying. Because your sin is disgusting and instead of you being exposed and naked before all man, Christ, Jesus, God In the Flesh died there for you, my dear friends, and they him, as I said in my last video. Jesus wants said, if you love me, keep my commands and I just beg you today. Let this be the day where you finally say enough is enough, and I'm Going to follow the lord, Jesus Christ and Obey him. Totally wholeheartedly.
And leave this sin behind before it exposes me for what? I really am.
