This guy right here has angered two million people for doing this for years ago. But today God has put it on my heart to clear. This man's name. It was a normal Wednesday afternoon and I was preaching on the streets of North England. When a lady called Natasha entered into a dialogue with me. Jesus, All the people in North Korea. If everyone in the way of Jesus words and say love your enemies, we have no Ward who went back and forth and I was a little bit of banter and then I came to the
point where I realized, right? It's time to stop debating. It's time to preach the gospel. And just as I was about to lift up the name of the Lord, Jesus Christ, what happened? This man came up behind me and push me off my box. I want to make something very, very clear. I do not have wonderful balance. In fact, my bad. This is terrible and all the people who wrote in the comment box. Oh Joe! You must do Combat Sports or Joe, you're in shape.
You didn't miss a beat. No, I believe it was the Lord who actually caught me. I actually have a condition. It's called chondromalacia patella and I also have subchondral cysts in my joints. So what does that mean? It's just an elegant way of saying I'm falling to pieces friends, I really do believe, it was only by the Lord's Grace
that I didn't hurt myself. And I want to remind you that everything we have today is Is all by the Lord's Grace that meal that you just state, that was from the Lord, the money that's in your bank. It's all from the Lord. The Bible says, therefore, let him who thinks he stands, take heed, lest he fall. Now, this is not the plot twist but I do want to share this with you. Also. The moment I was pushed off my box was the same moment that everyone in the street stopped.
What they were doing? You could have heard a pin drop. Why? Because the people wanted to know how is this. Preacher going to react. And again when I read the comments from this viral video, many people wrote things like this. If I was you chill out of started shouting at him. If I was you Joe I would have punched him one man even wrote if I was you Joe and it given him a good Texas whooping now.
I don't know what a Texas whooping is and to be honest I really don't want to find out but actually I don't believe any of you would have reacted in the way that you think you would have. You see when a man starts to speak about the things of God when a man starts to produce Preach the gospel, the man as the vessel is forgotten and the Holy Spirit takes over, he uses that body uses that mouthpiece to make sure that the words of Christ come out.
And I can honestly say, when I was stood there in that moment, there wasn't a hint of anger, there wasn't a hint of bitterness towards this man is all I wanted to do was to keep preaching the gospel that Souls might be saved. And that's not because I have not got a bad temper. Ask my wife at times, I can lose my temper as much as the next guy, but it's because The Holy Spirit was ensuring that the message would go forth and God gave me the grace in that
moment. But I do believe there is another reason why I didn't lose my temper. You see the box that I was actually standing on was an ice cooler. So that's really why I didn't lose my cool. But here's the crazy plot twist not only did a whole bunch of people come forward to receive John's gospels. But a little later on about an hour later, I saw the man who pushed me off my box and I called him over and off camera. We have the A Most Fascinating
conversation. If you don't mind me asking, why did you do that? And he said, she mean in his girlfriend, she has been going crazy at me all day while I've been walking around the shopping center, but why, why did you do it and he replied by saying, I don't know, I honestly don't know. I would never normally do something like that but it was as if something took over me and the next thing I knew that kicked you off your box. So then I said to him well I want to tell you something, I'm
not angry are you? And in fact I want to tell you that God really Really loves you. And I love you too. And at that point, you won't believe this, but his eyes filled with tears. And so I said to him, what do you think of God? He said, well God has never done anything for me. I used to be homeless, I've had a really tough life and then at this point before, I could say anything, his girlfriend chipped in and she said, well, actually, that was not God's fault, you
chose your own path. The point is this, that young man was hurting and he needed to hear about Jesus. So we talked a little bit, I shared the gospel with him, and in the end again, believe it or not, he took a John's gospel from my hand. And really, I've made this video for one reason and one reason alone, literally thousands of people have been angry at this man for pushing me off my box. And I want to say it's about time that we clear his name.
Why is it important that we clear his name because Jesus Christ went above and beyond to clear your name. You see you and I you might not realize this. Next to our name is a big list of all of the dirts, there's attributed to our name. So next, to my name is liar, blasphemer Thief, a man. Who loses his temper in pure jealous, proud. All of these things are next to my name, and yeah, on the cross. Jesus Christ was a substitute
for our sin. So all of my bad reputation, all of my sin, all of your sin, all the wrong things, you've done was laid on the Lord, Jesus Christ. And there he was Bruised for you there. He was spat on for you there. He was crushed by God for your sin because he loved you. And there, the crucified one, the righteous one died so that you and I might be forgiven and here's the amazing thing, God places all of our rottenness, all of our sin on Jesus. But then also Jesus transfers
all of his goodness. His righteousness is perfection to us and that is now a credited to our name. The Bible actually says therefore since we have Been declared righteous by faith. We have peace with God through our Lord. Jesus Christ. Have you put your faith in the Lord Jesus Christ? If the answers? Yes. It doesn't matter what your past is, it doesn't matter how bad you've been in God's eyes. You've been declared righteous and if God says you're righteous, what does it matter?
What? Man says about you. But if the answer's no and you have not yet, come to the Lord Jesus Christ. Can I gently say this to you? What are you waiting for? Come Um to the Lord Jesus Christ and call out to God that he might forgive you, save you and give you eternal life because he promises, he will not turn anyone away. And the man, the son of man, Jesus Christ who had a totally clear name. He can give you his goodness and his salvation can be given to
you as a gift right now. But, hey now supposing, I never had this secret conversation off camera. So we still have a right to get angry at this, man. Well, I would like to gently say, no. We have no right to be angry at him. Why the Bible teaches us that? Anyone who hasn't got the Lord? Jesus Christ is blind. They can't see the truth and supposing. You're sat on a bench and a blind man trips over you. Would you get angry at him?
Would you shouted him? No, you try to pick him up and help him because you'd have compassion on him because he had a disadvantage to you. My dear friends, those who have not yet, had the Lord, Jesus Christ, open their eyes and see the light. See the truth. They have a disadvantage, so let us be gentle, let us be compassionate with the unbelievers around us and let us
make sure we make time for them. I've said this before, but a wiser man than me. Once said evangelism is really just one beggar showing another beggar where to find bread. And my dear friends were all Beggars and we need the bread of life. The Lord Jesus Christ to feed us. There's something else that I need to tell you.
