Co-Host Spotlight: Jamie Hess on Loving Your Hustle

We interviewed our gal Jamie Hess to talk about “loving your hustle,” because truly no one does it better than her! Jamie spent two decades as a high-level Public Relations pro with clients including W Hotels Worldwide, LinkedIn, McDonald’s, Barry’s Bootcamp, and many more.

Over time, she found that her favorite clients were always those in the health + fitness space, and she yearned to pursue that area full-time… and thus, @NYCfitfam was born! Her instagram account-turned-360-lifestyle-brand led her to being named one of the "7 Fittest Couples on Instagram" by Women's Health, and eventually gave birth to her current career on television. But we wanted to know… what is her “special sauce” for growing her business, how has she applied learnings from the corporate world into “influencer life,” and most importantly... how the hell does she maintain ALL THAT energy & passion while balancing six jobs, one husband, two kids, and a pandemic??
