So this is an adage that should be familiar to most people, and it comes from carpentry where you try and make sure that you measure your piece of wood twice and cut at the right place. Because could you imagine if you cut. The wrong length, too short or too long. It won't fit into whatever it is that you're building, but this goes for business as well.
