Mentorshipping (as the kids say?) - Let's talk about it.

As the OF Leadership Crew gets together, Zac has decided this episode would be great to talk about mentorship as a topic, as well as the crew's experiences with mentorship. Two of our members are certified through Resilient Leadership and are actively able to provide insight into guiding people through the lens of the Resilient Leadership Framework, which is rooted in Bowen's Family System Theory.
