Dr Jennifer Lavers is a marine eco-toxicologist and seabird expert, Lecturer in marine science at the Institute for Marine and Antarctic Studies in Tasmania, and researcher at Adrift Lab. Jennifer is also an AMAZING science communicator, and has featured in documentary films such as A Plastic Ocean, BLUE, and Drowning in Plastic. We talk about the scope and severity of the marine plastic pollution problem, Jennifer's research, and how we can beat plastic pollution.
