Meet Irakli (Rocky) Bandzeladze, EVP, Head of Business Banking at Banc of California. And hear his fascinating "immigrant's story" that takes him from his native war torn country of Georgia (around the time the Russians invaded there as well in the 90s) to America (and then California). With little in his pocket but a dream.  A dream that took him to college and eventually into banking. And recently earned him a doctorate in Organizational Leadership from Pepperdine.
A skill that serves him well as a board member for the Orange County Hispanic Chamber of Commerce.  Proving again the power of the immigrant's journey.
