Chef Antonio Cardenas from CALIFORNIA DINING discusses his life as a private chef for celebrities, private parties and anyone looking to have a memorable experience.  Discussing his love of cooking (starting when he was just a kid) and the authentic Mexican flavors, aromas and recipes he absorbed from his mother and grandmother (passed down thru generations). To his modern training in "fusion" food like the Peruvian restaurant he originally trained at (a cuisine that famously blends lots of different elements and cultures together from Latin American flavors to Japanese ingredients and dishes).  Similar to the flavors and influences he absorbed living in the heavily Asian San Gabriel valley.
