1.09.22 - First Things

Last week, we looked at the theme of kingship through the lens of the magi/Herod story in Matthew 2. That theme of kingship and kingdom continues today as John and Tanya read the Sermon on the Mount for us. (Be sure to listen to their reading in the podcast adjacent this won.) In this podcast of the sermon that followed, we will focus in on a single sentence: "Seek first His kingdom and His righteousness, and all these things will be added to you as well." Since we are still in the first days of 2022, it is our desire to do just that in the coming year: let's seek first His kingdom together.
