017: 30 Years Sober - A Special Guest Interview For Sober October

This week we’ve got a very special guest on the show; because Nutri-iQ founder Jim Gale is interviewing his dad.

Last month, Jim’s dad celebrated 30 years sober. As you can imagine, this is a very personal interview between Jim and his dad and we’re honoured that he agreed to open up and tell his story of sobriety on the show.

During the interview they talked about:

• The deeper reasons for abusing alcohol
  
• The signs and justifications of an alcoholic
  
• And first steps to acknowledgement and recovery
