Norman explains how he was inspired by his pastor to pursue a career in this field, and how he then went on to work in the oil and gas industry before eventually transitioning to volunteer work at Voice of Hope Ministries.
Through this work, he saw the need for transformation in the city, and felt a burden from God to serve full-time.
