Fourteen-year-old Colt Gray, the suspect in the Georgia high school shooting, has been charged with four counts of felony murder and is expected to be tried as an adult. Investigators are focusing on his motive, whether he had exhibited warning signs, and how he obtained the rifle he used in the shooting. Authorities have also released the identities of the two students and two teachers killed.
Israel said its forces have killed six more terrorists in the West Bank as a major military operation there enters its second week. In Munich, Germany, meanwhile, police killed an armed man near the Israeli consulate. They said he was likely planning to attack the consulate.

Judge Tanya Chutkan, who oversees former President Donald Trump's federal elections case, held the first court hearing since the Supreme Court immunity ruling and superseding indictment. She ordered prosecutors to submit an opening brief on immunity by Sept. 26.
