Episode description

Take Sanctuary Podcast is an outspoken, impromptu weekly discussion between creative minds and open spirits. The "space" is for unpacking, healing, and spirit within the black community. The episodes are released in segments throughout the week with different guest and friends of mine.

This weeks episode I sat down with the youth leaders of Crew Talk. When they are not educating the youth on police reform and voting registration, they are doing their best to maintain happiness and joy in the crazy world we live in. I wanted to talk about mental health this episode because our youth growing into the leaders of tomorrow during a time of civic unrest and a global pandemic. Give them a follow on instagram https://www.instagram.com/crewcountnyc/?hl=en and if you can donate to the cause. https://charity.gofundme.com/o/en/campaign/crew-count
