Our latest Coffee Break episode features Jeremy and A. Jay Popoff from the American rock band Lit ("My Own Worst Enemy," "Zip-Lock" and "Miserable")! In this episode we talk about their latest record "These Are The Days," a fourteen-song project produced by Lit and Corey Crowder. This is their first full-length album since "A View From The Bottom." Jeremy and A.
