Send us a text

Listen in on my conversation with James Gardner, life coach and survivor of near-death experiences. We discuss how trauma puts us into survival mode, not necessarily a place where we can thrive, Maslow's hierarchy of needs, and how to look at resiliency in terms of knowing where your boundaries are.

James is a life coach who uses his experience of surviving two near-death experiences (a horrific car crash when he was a child, and then a brain tumor as an adult) to share all the wisdom and resources he has learned over the years to empower others to live with passion and joy.  He is also a runner and a certified para-athlete.

Read James' book:  How to Heal from Trauma and PTSD: Your Ultimate Guide to Becoming the Person You Want to Be
