Episode 194: Amateur Detective

On New Years Eve 1989, 11-year-old Collier Landry was awoken out of his sleep by the sound of a scream and two loud thuds. The next morning he discovered that his mother had disappeared, and his father claimed that she had gone on "a little vacation." Collier knew his father had murdered his mother, but he needed the police to believe him. At the age of 12 Collier became the star witness in the his mother's murder case, and with his testimony was able to put his father away for life.
