he is legit ripped at 50. And kind of reminds me of like a modern day Tarzan. So I don't know if you've ever heard that one before. But that's that's what I get. So once again, thanks for thanks for coming on the show.
Yeah, I'm so happy to be here. So it's a great time to be alive. For sure. Bradley,
you got it. Alright, well, let's get right into it. You know, first thing I like to do is get a little bit of backstory usually. So I want to know, and I'm sure the listeners do to kind of how did you get here, I've read that you were actually a Versace model living in Italy back in the day.
And then you got hooked on alcohol and drugs for a little bit, got clean, got married, had some health issues, from toxic black mold, got divorced, and then all of these different experiences, each kind of led you to where you're at today, in a way, right. And so I was wondering if you could share some of that story and how it's brought you to where you are now what you're doing.
Yeah, so the backup all the way my parents were hippies, they'd left, I was one and a half. And we went out to San Francisco for the Summer of Love in 1967. And so, you know, I've always thought differently, straight out of the gate. My parents had some troubles with the law. And I ended up on my own at 14, my real father left me on the side of the road, when they tried to make me live with
him or whatever. And, and so those things, you know, really shaped me for better for worse, you know, put a lot of anger and trauma inside of me and no victims, there's no excuses. But I do believe that those, you know, what doesn't kill you makes you stronger. And definitely being on my own. I broke my heart on many levels. And, you know, I have a lot of
fire inside of me. And so and I've always important injustice, and I've always spoken up in the face of that, whether that was the teachers I went to, and also I think my energetic template, it has a lot of intensity and people can't handle that. And I've worked you know, the past 2025 years of my spiritual life, really trying to hone and channel in my own shadow.
Integrate not run away from it, brush it under the rug, not try and get rid of it, but really understand my own anger and, and intensity really, it's I think a lot of my anger just comes down to the injustice that I see in the world. And so I went through the modeling industry a lot of dysfunction in that industry. And it ate away at my soul. And I didn't know, you know, I was just kid chasing paper, you know, go to school, sit down, shut up, get a good job. I did
good in college. But I didn't do a lot of things in high school. I didn't have the family life for high school, but I always stayed in school. And when I got into college, I needed a bunch of mathematics because I was like, Hey, where's the money at counselor? And they're like, Whoa, science and math. And I was like, Alright, well, let's you know where I'm going. Because we're trained to chase paper in this world. And I put that in the first chapter, my
book on the legacy piece. And so I didn't know who I was, I didn't know what I was doing. And people came up to me and like, Oh, you should be a model and, and that was usually somehow homosexual, approaching me. And I was like, real resistant to that. I'd been approached by a priest, I got hit picked up by Father McGuire in Marlborough, Connecticut, when I was about 13, and, you know, I was drinking back then and, and he offered to, you know, get me, you know, give me
some alcohol. And I was like, Alright, cool. And then, you know, some sexual stuff came up, and I was just like, yeah, I'm not into that, bro. And, but that, but my disdain towards religion, and sexual dysfunction. And I just wasn't into it, you know, that wasn't part of who I was. And I couldn't be manipulated, I had such a strong fighting stance against injustice. And so I certainly wasn't going to let
somebody manipulate me. So when I got into the modeling industry, I figured, oh, you could make a lot of money doing this. And, and, you know, it's based on, you know, your genetics and how you look and your fitness and, and so let me put my best foot forward. But I realized that there was a ton of politics in there. And there was a lot of sexual innuendos. And, you know, I didn't, I didn't play those games, but I still function and in my intention was to be very successful in any
endeavor that I that I do. And so that's what i when i allude to, it was eating away at my soul, I didn't know what it was. And so drugs and alcohol were free in that industry. And, and so I just, I just party and had a lot of time on my hands. Because yes, when I did work, there was a good amount of money, you know, you make 1015 $100 a day, or maybe $5,000 per campaign or a commercial or something like that. So it was
decent amount of money. And so I literally have to work maybe, you know, 510 days a year to, you know, make a livable income, and then all the other perks, sometimes, you know, model apartments, or, you know, drinking and partying was definitely free, red carpet for that. And so I really got caught
in that trap. And I was able to work that business make certain friends in that business, and my agent in Miami, he helped Gianni Versace buy the property on ocean Ocean Drive, and I lived on Ocean Drive at the Clevelander hotel. And when that deal came through, he asked Gianni Versace to use 12 of the Miami guys he really this desire. Richard Coleman was his
name. His desire was to you know, put Miami on the map like Milan, like Paris and and I liked Richard because he was a he was a young innocent man at the time. And he was just trying to have fun. And and he really did that. You know, he put Miami on the map. And he said, you know, use 12 of my guys and your next campaign. And sure enough, we did. And they made a coffee table book called South Beach stories. And then from there I flew to New York and worked with Christy Turlington and a Naomi
Campbell. And so I was able to move to the highest Echelon in that industry. Just by you know, putting my best foot forward. And then, you know, within a year or so, again, the gatekeepers the homosexual innuendos and there's nothing I have nothing, no malice against homosexuality or whatever, you know, whatever floats your boat, so long as you're not harming other people. It just wasn't my
cup of tea. And so being around those agents, and then looking through your book, and I have new campaigns, and they're like, Oh, honey bats last year, you know, and so and then to back up a little bit when I started that industry, you know, I would bloat I had digestive issues, I had constipation for many years
and your curses, your gifts. So this got me into nutrition, juicing, fasting, herbal medicine, etc. And so again, same thing, I'd be, you know, looking good and spelt one day and next day, I would blow it and the agents were like, Oh, honey, you're fat. You know, you're basically you're not going on this broadcasting or whatever. And so I was like, Oh, God, what's wrong with me? You know, who am I? What? What's going on? So I went down and
bought some nutrition books. And that was 1989 in Milan, Italy. And I started reading and I didn't know, you know, fruits and vegetables were real food. I was an American, and my mom is an amazing cook. But we also had captain crunch and pasteurized milk and all these other things. And I developed asthma and constipation. And so your curse is your gift. There's two forces on this planet yin yang masculine, feminine, up down black, white. And so inhalation
exhalation. And so these are the forces that are always governing us. And so 33 years later, I realized that, you know, your curse is your gift. And I went down this road of exploration into my own body function. And it took me 20 years to really clear up my gut to where it's at right now. And And so through that process I've become, I've gained a bit of expertise in understanding my own body at the bare minimum. And so and then I just tell my stories online right now and and express it
from from there. When I sobered up, because the sobriety is what drove me into the next phase of my career, I moved to Los Angeles to become an actor, and some friends of mines were friends with Mickey Rourke and I followed his career, he was amazing. And he got blackballed in Hollywood. And I was like, Well, you know, I can't build a career being a drunk, you know. And so I started going to a and and step 11, I didn't like a because there was too much of a
religion, there. But there was many principles that I really enjoyed about it, like taking stock and responsibility for your side of the street, making amends when you can. And then step 11 was sought through prayer and meditation. Whatever the step is, and people that talked about that, in the rooms had a certain genocide quoi, so I was always interested
about meditation. And finally, when I threw in the towel, about four and a half years after going in and out of Bay, it was the passive meditation that really set me free. I set six of those courses in the span. I sat 11 courses in six years and was practicing two hours a day meditation, that really helped me. And then somebody turned me on to Maori healers from New Zealand, and the indigenous ancient wisdom. And the healing methodologies. I had miracles happen to me, and I witnessed
other miracles and exorcisms. So that happened. And I've been working with them for 27 years. And somebody turned me on to the herbs from the Amazon. And I'd been, you know, studying herbs for 15 years at that time. And these herbs were extremely powerful. And they lit my consciousness up to a higher level, I went down to meet our partners down there, the shipibo Indians, we went far up river, I tasted the iosa. And then I stayed there for an extra few weeks, to drink Iosco with the
shipibo. And I have three powerful visions, and one was of certified health, not. The other one was, my daughter came to me and I wasn't in a relationship at the time. And then third vision I had is that humanity makes it from the precipice of ecological disaster that we find ourselves at. And I knew all the statistics of what was happening in the Amazon rainforest. And so I came home, YouTube was a new reality. And I started putting my content out there. And then I
also created a family. And my daughter came to me, she was my second child. And I brought her back to the Amazon in 2012. And my, my, my marriage, and being a father and a family man has been, you know, my final piece of my spirituality, and that's what keeps me on the straight and narrow, as much as possible. And I fall all the time. Let me tell you, you know, perfection doesn't exist. We're perfectly imperfect, in my humble opinion. Wow.
That is a, there's a whole lot in there. Very, very interesting, I find that the more kind of interesting present that you have, the more interesting in the past you had, and yours had a whole lot of different stuff in it. And early on, you said, and this is something I think a lot of people, especially in the Western world could really resonate with is you were chasing money modeling, you were chasing money. But you know, picking your degree what's gonna
make me the most money? And, I mean, obviously, you learned a lot and those experiences, but how do you avoid like looking back if you had to do it differently? How do you think you can avoid falling into that money trap that so many people are falling into these days? Is it just kind of like shutting off what everyone's telling you like ignoring it and is it that simple, like kind of pursuing your own path or, you know, do you have thoughts on that
is very simple. I put that in the first chapter of my book, rip that 50 a journey to self love. And so the most important thing I do believe for a man is for a man to figure out their purpose from their heart's desire, not the mind, the mind is a tool that will cut through the fabric of reality, Steve Jobs put these handheld computers in our hands. the Wright brothers wanted to fly like an eagle. And everybody told him that they were crazy.
So whatever the mind can conceive and believe it can achieve, and the learned people of the past before the industrial age school system all studied Neil neoplatonic philosophy, which is the alchemy, and the formula for alchemy is love, truth and wisdom. And so, truth represents looking in the mirror, not bullshitting yourself exactly where you're at. And then love represents your dream, your purpose, your legacy, where you want to go. And that creates tension, by law, attention must
be resolved. And that goes in to the wisdom or the lead into the gold. And so, and it's been said, you know, it's not it's not the destination, it's the journey, it's who you become. And so, you know, I figured out the money piece after many years, and I had to work with surrender, and God, because I had all the action steps, a lot of people in our society are entitled, and they and they lack action. I'm an action guy. So it wasn't that for me, for me, it
was the surrender piece. And so, but more importantly, and it took, you know, quite a few years, once I figured out the legacy piece to actually crystallize that. And that's what I mainly do in my men's work now is I work on the dream, purpose and legacy. And I've distilled it down and compartmentalize it into three
powerful exercises. And, you know, one of them is becoming the author of your own life, the authority of your own life and writing your eulogy, you know, writing your tombstone, you know what it's going to say, on your tombstone. So you get a basic, rudimentary fundamental picture. And it works out to be I am X, Y, and Z, creating X, Y, and Z. And so, you know, figuring out what the heart desires, what
your effortless genius is. And so what comes easy for you, and I do believe, and I'm calling forth, and one of my major solutions on this planet is the gift economy. And I believe that everyone has their natural gifts, some people like to cook food, some people like to grow food. Some people like to teach children, some people like to make babies, like me. But the number one feared element, or the number one fear for human beings is public speaking. And I don't have a problem with that.
And so my effortless genius is being in front of the camera, but in front of the camera for 33 years now. And it's very easy for me, I'm a trained auditor, I'm a trained actor, I spent a lot of time doing stand up comedy. And so it's effortless for me to come on and share whether it's in a group of people or in front of the camera. And so, so that's just one example of, you know, the gift economy. That's, that's coming forward. And I do believe that we can all contribute.
That's awesome. Yeah, I think I haven't heard of put as the gift economy, I hear the gig economy, I hear, you know, freelancing economy, which you can kind of be interpreted into that but gift economy, I love that kind of taking your gift and learning how to utilize it and eventually make money off that.
Well, here's the thing. Einstein said we can't solve a problem at the same level of mine that created it, right, currently, my research shows that oil oil exploration that was the number one deforestation component me Amazon, but what we've done to the Middle East, Syria, Libya, Afghanistan, Iraq, we cannot continue to going on in mining these these materials out of the earth and and decimating third world countries, and, and, and taking from other without taking
from ourselves. So, in my humble opinion, oil and money, require massive upgrades, or we will not survive. And so Einstein said, you know, money is holding us back, look at the competition in the coaching space. Look at the competition in the spiritual space in the yoga community. There's so much jealousy and envy. And this is human avarice. And so, we, it's, it's my mission is to raise human consciousness and change all
systems. So commerce, energy, education, farming, the way we do things just simply isn't working. It's working for a handful of people. But there are, you know, billions of other people out there that it's not working for. And if you look at the current climate right now, they are basically trying to kill off the rest of the population. It's written in the Georgia guidestones. It's written Instone, they want to reduce the population to 500
million. And so lo and behold, they're doing all this experimental stuff right now and locking people down and controlling them and we only need look back at history. Now say Tom Stalin, the Armenian Genocide, the Native American genocide, you know, human beings and human folly this is this is reality it's happened. And so we have to keep our eye on the horizon man always knows what is on the horizon to eat, and what can potentially eat him or
penetrate the perimeter. And we've lost that we've subjugated our natural instincts for you know, the TV and all this scientifically validated, everything's just okay for you. And then oh, it's all okay. And these grain healthy diets and and vegetable oils and and antibiotics and vaccines. Okay, what are our results, my mentor told me that our results never
lie. So we've got 70% of the American people obese or overweight, higher and African American and Latin American communities, then you've got diabetes at 33% cancer one in two, prostate cancer, if you make it over 60, basically 90% of the men are going to die of prostate cancer. So we've got, you know, major anomalies, I specialize in longevity, I'm here to tell you that the human body can move at dynamic movement patterns until the day that you die. And so we don't have to get old and decrepit.
And so so that they can sell us other things like depends, diapers for old people, and you know, pharmaceutical drugs and all these other products to prop us up and the whole insurance industry. And that and that nursing home industry. I mean, what a travesty it is to put our loved ones into a home, and what a travesty it is for them. And then you look at the research that's been done. If you put the old people with the children, everybody's happy, the children get so much love and attention.
And the old people there, they love, you know, small children. And so that's just one major solution right then and there. And I think this work was done on Seattle, there's been viral videos that have been put out on the internet, interfacing the old people with it with with with the babies and the children. And so our solutions are at hand, I like to say that the solution for complexity is the way we created in the world
today is always simplicity. And my clarion call is to get back to nature and as many facets, including our natural roles as masculine and feminine divine creatures.
Wow, yeah, you covered a lot of stuff there. And you actually pretty much covered the next question that I had, which was, I know you're very vocal and passionate about teaching people the problems with kind of like modern life, so modern technology, modern lifestyles, in my opinion, modern tends to equal artificial and artificial a lot of times can mean a bandaid. So again, we're talking like pharmaceuticals, we're talking plastic surgery, these things that kind of like mask, the
deeper issues. And it's always kind of like moving I think further away from, from nature from how we live for 99% of human history. And so you say that our world has evolved so fast that our bodies can't keep up. And you touched on a lot of those things just now. But I mean, how do you see that as the contributor to anxiety, depression, obesity, cancer, all these things that are on the rise? And is it a simple solution? Or do you think there's, it's a very kind of complex one?
It's a very simple solution. The problem is that unwinding the complexity. And the biggest complexity is the mimetic viruses, the brain viruses, which are the definition of that is the their values with judgments attached to them. And so milk is good food is one of them, premarital sex is bad for you, you know, these types of things, and they get in our mind, and then our
mind rules, right? And so the objective, my understanding is to understand the frequency of the hearts 5000 times more electromagnetic magnetism than the mind and the mind is extremely powerful. Look at the history of man. And I also want to couch everything that I'm saying in this right here. There are no victims. We are powerful beyond measure. We are all divine creatures. We are all children of God, in my humble opinion. And so I am grateful that the government's and the bankers have set up.
You know, I like to couch it in this that it talks about this in the Vedic scriptures. This is the big cosmic joke. This is God playing God. And we're just waking up to that reality. How do you oppress a human? How do you wake up a human, oppress the shit out of them? And that's what's happening. Look at how many people are being read pilled right now look at how many people are sick of the lockdown fraud. They're sick of the masks and the fraud. They put up with it for a little
while, but not indefinitely. So how do you wake up a human, you oppress the shit out of them. And so it's like the concrete on the shoot of grass. You can't kill the human spirit, it's going to come up through that no matter what. And so, and we can try like hell to, to to kill the human spirit. But it's just waking more people up in my humble opinion. And so there are no victims. And we're right on course, for exactly where we're supposed to be. We're here for a
great awakening. I've been talking about the quantum leap in human consciousness for over 15 years in my in my lectures, and people are like, what do you mean Troy? And and we'll never get to get off oil. We're never gonna get off money. Well look at the history of fiat currencies and money first and foremost, because money always changes. First and foremost. Second of all, evolution gnosis practice, intellicus, is what the Greek said, We are ever evolving to know to do to, to
become. And so that's an ever evolving spiral of evolution. It's never ending. And so we are here on the chopping block for a huge leap in consciousness. And I postulate that consciousness at a higher level has always been here. Look at the Mayan, the Egyptian and the Incan temples. They were cut with diamond cutter stones with before diamond cutters were even available. These stones are megalithic, they weigh more tons than any of our giant cranes and equipment can lift right now.
And these things were built with no mortar. and and, and and so you look there's been a higher order on this planet already. And so we only need to tap into that Einstein, Tesla Nikola Tesla invented free energy and talked about this. And again, if the Wright brothers can fly like an ego, then we can get these ideas into our head and speak them into existence and manifest the impossible dream The Impossible Dream. So again, no victims, I enjoy the my modern
day life. I enjoy the gasoline that I pump in my car, even though I do believe at this stage. Pumping gasoline into your car is an act of genocidal racism. If you look at taking the crude oil from the brown people of this planet, the Sudan, Rwanda, Ethiopia, these are all about geopolitical moves to get after that crude oil and the Middle East is no different. And most people just don't understand that Venezuela is
number four producer of oil. And Ecuador is number five and Peru proves number six Libya was number nine. And so we go after that, with these trade deals and and their levels of manipulation world bank loans from the IMF, and and then Halliburton and Bechtel goes in and builds infrastructure. And then they ask for the money back. This is exemplified in john Perkins book confessions of an Economic Hitman. He worked for the World Bank, and he saw this, and then we asked for those loans back.
And if they can't pay them, we do economic sanctions. If the third world countries cannot pay them back, we do economic sanctions, we do coup de ties. Look what happened in Rwanda, watch the movie Hotel Rwanda, who bought those machetes, who created divide and conquer against those two different tribal factions. And then they just massacred each other.
That's what I want everyone listening to out there right now, as they're pumping down the pipeline, narcissism, misogyny, race baiting, you know, White's against blacks gets, you know, Native Americans, and all this stuff. It's, we are all one or we are none. And so this is classic divide and conquer. So watch when you're pointing the finger and I like that person in this person's. It's all
propagated by the media. And this is classic propaganda, and divide and conquer, which is the oldest trick in the book and the
gig is up. And if you want to see how penetration of the propaganda goes into the mind, just study Joseph gurbles, who is Hitler's right hand, man, whoever controls the mind of the masses, controls the people, controls and whoever also controls the money supply controls the people that I think Rothschilds wrote in his autobiography, I need it need not matter who writes the laws of the people, whoever controls the money supply controls people, and that's what's
happening right now. No one's free until we're all free and we're all living in a debt slave economy. The money the Petro dollar has no intrinsic value. They took it off the gold standard And we started. That's why it's called the petrodollar right now, and that fluctuate with how much war we can create and how much cheap oil and natural resources we can get out. So again, these are these are far and wide, broad
encompassing topics. But it's time to wake up guys, this is a clarion call, again, men know what on the horizon to eat, and what could potentially eat them. And you're just going down to the store, Jeff Bezos store, buy your food. And so it used to be a little bit more difficult than that, try growing your own food in the garden or going out and hunting, hunting, you know, this is a little bit more challenging. And then when you get that that hunting, then you got to skin it, then you got to
save it. And then you know, so other animals don't protect it. So things are a little too easy and domesticated. It's making us extremely soft, including eating three meals a day.
Yeah. Wow. I mean, I agree with almost everything you're saying it's a lot to take in. Some people might say, Oh, that sounds, you know, some of that stuff sounds kind of out there. And I think that is exactly
this forum. that's out there, right there. There
we go.
Five years old. And so if I'm talking shit, obviously, it plays out in my tissues. So you get back to nature, we get back to and if you're a man out there, you're responsible for the world that you live in. And so there is no free lunch out there, you're responsible for the future of mankind for the future of your children, you have 10 times testosterone to protect the women and children Prime Directive for any man out there is to stay alive. And part of staying alive is procreation.
Everyone wants to get laid biochemical level. So let's not mince words, let's not bullshit ourselves.
I love it. So I think if you were to distill all of that, into kind of a couple sentence summary, it'd be that people like when people get pushed, eventually they push back. It's just when is that point, most people, I think, take a lot, they get pushed a lot, a lot, a lot. And they don't want to push back because they don't want to be you know, called a conspiracy theorist or speak out and all this stuff.
But eventually, we're going to hit that breaking point where people wake up, hence the Great Awakening. And it's just learning that
we
have the power. And it's all these people that we're listening to the media, the government's, all these people pulling the strings behind the scenes, they only have that power, because we are giving it to them.
Right? That's correct. You're consenting?
Yes. And so once people wake up, and they say, okay, you know, we, our own person, like we don't need to follow everything that's going on, or that we're being told, and this victim mentality and victim. I mean, I think people when they hear that, like a victim mentality is like all false. they interpret it as, there's nothing going wrong in the world, there's no victims. And that's not what it means. It means the mentality of it means thinking of yourself as like weak and helpless, and having
that fear. And again, when we have that fear, and we have this spreading of victim mentality right now, it creates fear and fear, like you said, is a lot easier to manipulate them people who are not afraid. So I think, if we can begin to, like you said, Get rid of that victimhood mentality, take back our own liberty, that's really the solution drill down until like a sentence or two. Right. And that whole Great Awakening idea that great awakening, I think people
hear it. And it's something that's shared, as you know, like in the spiritual community a lot. And so people think it's kind of dislike woowoo concept, but it's really just wake up, take control of yourself, take control your life and realize that, you know, you're in charge. But I think that's gotten lost lately. And so I agree with so much of what
you're saying. And to kind of piggyback on that, do you think that there's a balance to be struck between these modern tools, and kind of getting back to our roots? Like, you know, a big part of what you've been able to do has been reliant on YouTube on Instagram on kind of modern tools. So how do people find that balance? Because we hear out we see all this like technology and advances being promoted. And then there's other people who say, you know, we need to get rid of all that and
get back to roots. Where's that is how do you find that middle ground? You think?
Well, all the ancient sages that said walk the middle path, walk the razor's edge stay balanced. We have two forces governing everything. Yin Yang, masculine, feminine inhalation exhalation up down black, white. So this Let's get down to, you know, basic fundamental principles. And again, I put all of this in my
book. And then and then we are powerful beyond measure, you are imbued with the power of the Creator, you can create whatever the mind can see whether it's these glasses from Dave Asprey or the book that I created, or the Steve Jobs handheld computer or flying like an ego, like the planes that we see all over the place. And so actually, anything in this room was created as an idea of man. Right, so we, and we can create life, you can make
babies. So understand your own divinity, under understand your own manifestation principle, understand how everything gets created, and then stop playing the victim blaming complaining, and look, I have to learn this lesson myself.
Right? We're all guilty of it at some point.
Yeah, yeah. I mean, somebody in my family took a lot of money from me recently. And, and I get potshots taken on social media all the time. So I get to work with my own sharp tongue. You know, the, it's been said that the pen is is is more powerful than the sword, it can be very cutting. So I have to look at myself and the creations that I'm creating, you know, and so and that's, that's a heavy dose of humble pie. And I fucking hate humble pie. But the
pain is what makes us grow. And if it wasn't for the pain, most people would have never found God or divinity, or Christ Consciousness fits inside of us, not in a religion or a church. It's that pain that we go through. And so Joseph, what's his name? Viktor Frankl wrote Man's Search for Meaning in the Holocaust. And I think the movie Life is beautiful with Roberto but benini was made about him won the Academy Award in 1997. go back and review that book.
And and that story in that movie, we can, we can take a negative and turn it into a positive. And so we are not victims. So when we catch ourselves, blaming, complaining, pointing the finger calling people, narcissists and massage Enos and racist and all that stuff, you got three fingers pointing back at you, and what a god. Right? So we got to go back to basic brass tacks. And when I was complaining a lot, and my brother, he helped me, and this
is in the book as well. He said, Look, man, you live in Santa Monica, you ride your bicycle around all day long, like Peter Pan, you eat organic food, you got a beautiful family. And most people would die to have your body and your lifestyle. Yeah. You You got to do a gratitude journal and come correct. With all the blessings that you have in your life, you're breathing, I got five fingers, I have no amputated legs, you know. So I did that for a year and a half
grateful three things. I'm grateful for morning and night. And that shifted my mind when we're grateful for what we have more of what we want the universe delivers to us. This is just law. It is natural law. And when we align ourselves with the natural law, the seven immutable laws, the law of correspondence, As above, so below flexible mind, flexible body, stable mind, stable body, cause and effect, the law of polarity, the law of gender, we focus on these laws and we understand hermetic
code. It's also called, these are basic fundamental principles. And my clarion call is just get back to nature. Natural Law is not going away anytime ever. But Mother, Mother Earth, Mother Nature can actually chew us right off the face of the planet because we are acting like a disease of virus right now. So it's time to come correct with ourselves. Everyone out there, I may trigger you. But you know, in your heart of hearts, what I'm saying is true.
Yeah, 100% I think a lot of people like to say all technology is bad. You know, you don't have to go live in the woods with nothing. To get back to nature is just a little bit of getting your head kind of like pulling it away from the phone and all these outside things going on the world. And finding that gratitude and finding that perspective. If you haven't read Man's Search for Meaning I highly recommend
checking it out. It'll make you realize that you know, your life is a little bit better than the modern world would, would tell you to think of this. And most of the people listening to this, you're in the United States. You have a phone, you have internet, you're able to listen to this. You look around the room you're in right now you have a roof over your head, you probably have air conditioning, you have all the clean water, plumbing, all these things that I huge population of the world would
kill the half. And so whenever you kind of step back and look at it that way, things aren't so bad. And then you can kind of start to move forward. Without that, well, you know, the sky is falling, the world is crumbling kind of attitude. But a lot of great stuff there. Again, check out,
you use, you use technology, I postulate the technology will be our whipping boy, not AI running us into the matrix and, and sucking up the human potential.
Yeah, and we're and we're not saying technology is bad. Technology is just a tool, it's just like money, it's how you use it, you can use it for good, you can use it for bad, you can use it, it can use you. And so technology is not bad. It's just that most of the world right now, or most of the modern, you know, Western first world countries have gotten a little bit too far into it, I
think. And this is something that I personally am working on all the time is kind of, you know, lowering my screen time getting outside and all these things that kind of bring you back to the present, and where you're at, and then you're able to move forward. But I want to switch gears just a little bit and ask you about some health and longevity stuff because that's your jam. And in your new book ripped at 50, you promote an integrative approach to
health. And you point out that most people go to themselves like Oh, let me go keto, let me go vegan. Let me out run my bad diet. Let me go strength training. So that's, it's the kind of pick this like one piece of the puzzle. And think it's going to kind of fix everything, and they're not putting it all together. So why is it that you think most people get stuck following this quick solution or
single tool approach? And then how do you begin to take that integrative approach that you talked about?
Well, it's very, it's very simple, Bradley. We've been sold via propaganda. Edward Bernays started public relations in the early 20th century, I recommend people watch the century of self for our BBC documentary to understand how the human mind has been manipulated. And so we have been programmed to the allopathic model, which is Rockefeller
medicine, this for that. But if you book most people are on, you know, up to, on average, I think seven medications, so if that silver bullet really worked, and why do they have to take other medications, plus, you have to treat anything in the body in the mind at the root level of Defilement. Otherwise, you know, it's like pulling weeds out. If you don't get it at the root,
they just grow right back. And so we've been sold this cookie of the silver bullet, the allopathic model this for that you have this symptom, we'll treat it with this silver bullet solution. But again, that doesn't cure our problems, it only causes more problems. If people would simply read the side effects of these medical drugs that they've been prescribed. They would know that years later, these are the problems that you're actually
coming to me for. Right, that's one rudimentary thing that I do is I have people print out the side effects from the drug manufacturing companies. And lo and behold, look no further and that's where the problems are coming from. So we've been sold the silver, the silver bullet, that's why people think they contact me, hey, Troy, my grandmother's got cancer, What magic herb from the Amazon do you recommend? And it just doesn't work like that. These are major tools and very
effective tools. But when people get major debilitated diseases, these are lifestyle changes. And I put that in the book hydration, nutrition, rest, sleep contemplation, prayer, breath, work, well breathing mechanics, not even breath work, let's just focus on how you're breathing. If your mouth is open in your breathing, that's going to activate cortisol, elevated cortisol shuts down digestion and stores fat. If you're chronically breathing like that, or you chronically have elevated
cortisol. And I put the seven factors of stress that activate cortisol in my book, so you can you can define the pitfalls that are out there and navigate yourself in between time and space. When you have elevated cortisol chronically, it creates inflammation, which creates disease, and that's what happens to people. And so we have to, we have to focus on our movement as
medicine, right? Many people think that they can outrun their bad diet, or they can lift heavy dumbbells like they did in their 20s and now they're 40 and they haven't worked out for years.
But their ego is there and their mentality is they want to get the big muscles and they pull muscles and they injure themselves and then they end up being a double couch potato and it's and then they get woe is me and they play the victim and they're mainlining bonbons and brownies and wondering why they're fat sick and so wipe your mind clean. decolonize your mind deprogram your mind from the 10s of 1000s of hours or years of television programming.
Now, social media programming, remember, everything trickles down. So even if you're not on mainstream news, you're talking to other people in your office space, your parents, your grandparents, that it's all trickling down. Hey, do you see that news news report that coffee is good for you. And then the clickbait over here, coffee is bad for you, you know, people are all mixed up like pasta
primavera. And so we got to get back down to brass tacks, fundamental principles on physiology, biology and psychology. And when those three elements, you're feeding those the proper nutrition, you can think right, you can stand right in time and space, and you can move right and your body functions properly, biologically, and this comes down to sleep, hydration, nutrition, relationships, connection to nature, legacy,
peace for men. The reason I say it's so important for men to have that purpose, because if women want to have children, and we all do this is prime directive. Taking care, nourishing and nurturing the children is job number one that needs to be held up on a pedestal. We were sold this idea of feminism in the 70s. Gloria Steinem work with the with the CIA, to get two people into program the mind again, get them all doped up, getting out of their natural
roles. To get them all doped up on feminism, burn your bra, make your own food, so I can go back to work and be a be a big woman. And again, back, I you want to do anything on this planet. I am the Pied Piper of human liberation. Please do it as long as you're not injuring yourself or others go for it. But the fact of the matter is, the women are the natural nurturers of the children. And so I know this because I played Mr. Mom, I played Mr. Mom for seven years, and the children exhausted me
hormonally. And the children as soon as my wife came through the door, they wanted to be with her. And, and she had that extra nurturing gene in her where she could give more to I was wiped out. And she was wiped out working. Right. But we're all in this workplace. My mother didn't start working till 1979. And it was a hobby. Now since the housing crisis, and I'm playing with the money and the ups and downs. She's 7374 75 years old right now. And she's got to work. Right? What kind of
nonsense is that? You know, she's got to work a job. She's out there working. And so this, this is a little messed up of where we become not bad or good. Again, it's a waking up Waking up tool. So super grateful for the modern world and all the modern tools that we have like talking to you guys on these computers right now. But it's time to get back to brass tacks,
if we are to survive. The human species doesn't have to survive, we can recycle and evolve again, remember gnosis practiced intellicus, we're ever evolving. This is a human biological experiment. And so, but I postulate that we make it and so clarity on all of the things that are in our natural environment, so that we can start using that mind cut through the fabric of reality, my research shows that all human beings at the heart level want peace. I do believe that
altruism exists. And so if that's true, in you, ask yourself, do you want peace? Do you want harmony? Do you want to be relaxed? Do you want to be loving with your children? Do you want to be healthy? You want peace and harmony and balance in your own life? If that's true, then start calling it fourth peace on earth is coming, my friends, and you may have to break some eggs to make a souffle, and death is a part of life.
Yeah, I think at the end of day, you just got to stay awake and make your own decisions and create that filter of being able to take things in and without having an emotional reaction First, create a response and say, Okay, this is this makes sense. Does this not make sense? And then make your own decisions from that standpoint, instead of having that kind of no triggered is like a big word these days,
right? That that most immediate emotional response because then that can cloud your thinking and cloud your judgment. And going back to what you were saying about the feminism movement. I don't think like you said, there's nothing wrong with a woman going and having a
successful career. But it's this idea that's been propagated that you know, if you stay home and you're a stay at home mom and you don't work that you're somehow less than, you know, another woman who goes to work or less than a man Is Bs, you know, because that is probably the most noble calling out there, if that's correct, right. And there's been a lot of studies and surveys recently with, you know, the majority of women now working full time
jobs. The majority of them will say that, you know, I wish I was home raising my kids full time. That's correct, you know, because my question
to everyone out there is who's feeding the children now? What happened to the food supply? What are results of this feminism? Well, you've got childhood obesity, childhood cancer, childhood diabetes, add anxiety, depression, heroin addiction, oxy cotton, you know, synthetic opiate addiction, you know, through the roof suicide? We come on, yes, women, you you want to be with your children, I know you want to be with your children, because I want to be
with my children. And I am happy to use my 10 times the testosterone to go out there and provide an atmosphere for my woman to stay with their children. It took me a little while to figure out my money piece and my entrepreneurial endeavors because I didn't have the training. It took me about 15 years to crack that code. Now, once I've done that, yes, I want my Will my woman with my children, they need her.
Yeah, because I mean, if you look, again, we talked about this idea of going back to nature, going back to the simple, I guess you could say simpler times, throughout most of human history, when we're living in these tribes. And we're living together, it's, you know, the women. In most cases were, you know, at home with the kids, the men went out, they hunted, right, all this
kind of stuff. And now you take that away, and the kids are left with you know, with babysitters, with daycare, going to school, whatever it might be, and there's nothing wrong with any of that stuff.
No, except for that, that those daycare centers break children and abused children.
That there are there are those cases for sure.
Families separate and and children end up in the foster care where they get raped and beaten again. Let's Let's call a spade a spade. Let's stop mincing words. This is the world that we live in. Let's keep the family together the tribe together and have right relations. I have a chapter on relationships in my book. And again, we're not here to point the finger, but we are here to trigger you. Is this is this triggering something inside of you that primal nature inside of you. Yeah,
I think trigger triggering to that, that makes me think of something like when you get triggered. A lot of times, you know, it may be that someone directly attacked you, and you have this primal need to kind of fight back and resist that. But a lot of times when people are triggered it's because something they've been touched deep down some way or expose in a way that they know is true and then therefore makes you uncomfortable. Right and
that's what a lot of it is. So it's really it's it's how you interpret it how you how you take that trigger and and use it or respond to it and, and all that so
well. I will say psychologically sorry to cut you off, Bradley. Very important. We are getting triggered our primal triggers our primal wounds. Right. Many women were raped as children, any boys were beaten and raped. Right? So there is a lot of massive abuse. And when someone like me raises my voice and that anger comes out, that triggers their trauma. That's real. And I'm aware of that. That's why I'm working on my bedside manner. I'm here to
bring everyone together. I'm here to reunify the brotherhood of man. But we got to cut the shit. We got to Stop bullshitting ourselves.
Yep. Yeah, the truth will set you free. Right and, and trying to kind of ignore it or shut yourself off to it. Generally, kind of prolongs problems, you know, and even even in things that aren't so serious, as, you know, rape and abuse and these, you know, past traumas, just for anything
in life. But I wanted to ask you, when someone comes to you kind of sort of kind of circling back to this integrative approach, when someone comes to you, and they say, Okay, I believe this integrative approach, is there a general kind of starting point? Or is that a very individual thing there? say like, Oh, you know, where there's all these things in this integrative approach that I want to do, or make a part of my lifestyle? Where do I start? Is that a very individual
thing? Or is there kind of a starting point that you recommend for a lot of people?
So again, back to the legacy, like, What do you want? I'm looking in the mirror, who am I? Okay, I'm fat as hell I got cancer, or I got skin rash. is all over me, okay, I want to be better, I want to be healthy, I want to be pain free. Alright, so that's looking in the mirror, you're being truthful. And then I want to be pain free, or I want to be, I want to have the the waistline, or the body of when I was in
high school, right. So you let that tension you keep looking in that mirror, and that is going to be resolved in the wisdom. So the legacy piece cannot be underlooked the purpose, the dream, and there are big dreams. And then there are immediate
dreams, right? I want my body back, I want to be pain free, I want to be able to pick up my children, I want to be able to tie my shoes, I want to be able to walk down the street, want to be able to run down the trails or, or enjoy you know, life at a at a higher level, I want to be healthy. So that is the first point. Awareness is the first
step. So clarity, that's chapter one of my book, then because the food supply is so jacked up right now I recommend people are aligning themselves and voting with their dollars for organic food. Supporting organic farmers is going to support the future of the children and the women. Because the soil is the feet. And if you look at soil science, we've got about 660 years or less of the topsoil. And so we've got to be honest with ourselves, the body requires
real food. And right now we're being sold, microwave dayglow packaged crap, and it's making us sick. So come correct with your nutrition. I work with a nutrition company, we've been growing food for the last 27 years. We dehydrate it, we we deliver it straight to your door start there, I can guarantee you the most powerful micronutrients on the face of the planet pre digested, and you're going to start feeling better my average client loses 25 pounds in the
first month. If you don't need to lose weight, it builds you up build your materials, it done mostly green superfoods and greens regenerate, regenerate stem cells and build your blood which builds your eyeballs, your spinal cord in your organs, etc. So get your nutrition piece on lock. In this day and age were already being poisoned from the skies, they poisoned the water with industrial chemicals, they poison the air, they poisoned the soil. So stop poisoning yourself and stop paying to
poison your stuff. So that would probably be you know, number one, a lot of my severely overweight obese clients, they'll do six months just on the nutrition program, and maybe start walking three months into that four months into that use movement as medicine. And so the body exercise is a necessity, not a luxury. And so the the lymph is the interstitial fluid, and the stagnant body of water turns into a cesspool. So if you want to get a disease, don't
move your body. If you want to move that lamp at your pump for your lamp, we've got two pumps, and we've got two filters in the body. We change our filters in our car, but we don't we don't change the filters in our body, we don't help the body clean itself out, change the oil. That's why fasting and herbs and internal purification is very useful. But we've gotten so far out of that. Fasting is a spiritual endeavor to go without is to go within right you really want to come correct with
yourself. So again, get on to my ultimate lifestyle nutrition program and begin there it's 100% money back guarantee, you'll feel amazing for less
than $10 a day. And so to start with the nutrition piece, get moving the body is designed to move time and space through walking, walking is the best exercise the human being, according to me, and so well, I was exhausted with the black mold exposure, subsequent autoimmune and having two children I was exhausted and walking was the one way I maintained my physique through my 40s. And so I proved that to myself. And so so, so movement as medicine, then you're going to start to look into your
breathing mechanics. Most of us are mouth breathers that's going to elevate cortisol break the body down cause all sorts of problems. So come correct with your breathing mechanics and I teach that on my breathing course and on my free youtube videos. You know, I challenge people do 100 days of Mike Chee Gong, do the stork walk to reprogram the diaphragm.
Start practicing breathing through the nose read James nesters book he was on Joe Rogan or watch the Joe Rogan James Nestor interview, you know mouth breathing is going to give you a disease to come correct on your breathing mechanics come correct on your thinking. Are you thinking from the head? Are you thinking from the heart? Are you programming the hearts ideas into the mind and then cutting through the fabric of reality? Or are you up into the clickbait ideas fear of who this is good
for me that is bad for me. But in everything's trying to sell you something right every all clickbait and videos are trying to sell you something Right. So I understand that all news
programs are paid for play. All television commercials are programming you over and over again to buy the Coca Cola unconsciously, you know people complain about racism, this that the other thing and then they got Nike shoes on where'd you get the idea to buy those Nike shoes if you looked into the slave labor, etc. And so again, not that it's bad or good, let's just be clear and then start making decisions and vote with our dollar. Check in with your
relationships. No matter how you think someone wronged you, if your ex wife or your children, you're still gonna have to live with them at a certain degree. Somebody pisses you off at work, you're gonna have to forgive learn to forgive and to love your enemies like your friends, right find that peace and harmony, the relationship pieces
in there as well. Again, these are basic fundamental biological, physiological, and psychological principles or in in physics a comm first principles you have to distill and boil them down to it. I duration, nutrition, sleep, movement, breathing, and it's very easy to put together my mentor created a formula called the last four doctors that you will ever need. Dr. Dr. Quiet, Dr. Diet, Dr. movement and Dr. Happiness Now Dr. Quiet is your chief physician, and it's on the
access of Dr. Happiness. If you're not happy, it's time to get quiet. And, and your diet should dictate your movement. And your movement should dictate your diet, your caloric intake. So let your diet dictate your movement. And vice versa. If you're doing deadlifts and squats, you may need some extra calories and some dense
proteins. If you're not doing that type of exercise, and maybe you're doing a bunch of entrepreneurial endeavors, and you're sitting over here all day long, make sure you get out for a walk. But maybe you can just fast on liquid sunshine and, and pre digested fresh squeezed juice for the day or fast on water, if you adapted that don't, you know get the proper tutelage for that don't get into fasting if you don't know what you're doing.
Yeah, so everything that was covered, right, there is all stuff we've heard on some level. So it's basically it all comes down to getting back to basics, getting back to the foundation. And again, it's the very opposite of what we were talking about before with this kind of silver bullet society that we live in. People want this quick fix, even I was kind of like digging, they're like, okay, what's the secret? What do you start with?
And that's the sign of a true expert, I think is whenever they stress the basics, even though they're at a very good be at a very high level in a certain area. And so there's nine foundational pillars in the book, right? I think you probably just gave us a few of them. So that's what it is, is just getting back to the basics. And that I think applies to most areas of life. complexities that the enemy of execution in business, and health, and relationships, whatever it is.
And so getting back to the simple principles, mastering those, that's the key to execution and moving forward. So I want to ask you kind of one, one more question. Because you're, you're in this, you live in Sedona, and if you guys don't know, Sedona is like, one of the mechas of kind of spirituality in the United States. Is that a fair assessment? You think? And
it's a magical healing vortex? The Indians know this well,
right. So there's a lot of people there, who you could say are in like the holistic, the spiritual, some people would say, woo, woo crowd, right. I'm sure you hear that all the time. And it's a big part of your following. And I know a lot of people like to label those in the spiritual community. As you know, we were that there, Escapists, you know, kind of pushing away life. Do you think that there's some
truth to that? Do you find that there's a balance to be struck between kind of full spirituality and still keeping like a foot in the real world? And how to kind of toe that line?
Absolutely. My meditation teacher used to call it a householder. So if you're a householder, yes, you have to feed your children and provide for your family, and you still
do your spiritual practices. Now I live in Sedona and there are plenty of charlatans fakes, you know, spiritual woowoo guys, I had some girlfriends from California, some business partners came out, and they were very pretty and they were ecstatic dance, and these guys rolled up on him and we're like, trying to do astrology and I'm an energy healer. You're gonna play that game with your mother, brother. What's up with that?
You know, just my my dad was involved in a religious Coulter, you know, some kind of guy maybe had some spiritual axioms understandings or something and, you know, God bless him, you know, but the way I thought he ran things was, you know, out of integrity personally, and I didn't like the way he treated me. And so I have a big disdain for charlatans. And so you know, some people give me a hard time on my breathwork advertisement
on Facebook. You know, a dand I say, you know, nama say motherfuckers and first of all, motherfucker is a term of endearment with the with the brothers that I hang out with a lot of Special Forces guys, I grew up on the street motherfuckers determined endearment Yes, I am very aware that it hurt some people's feelings and triggers them I am aware that that God God bless you and forgive me. But it is a term of endearment for for for me first and foremost. Not to mention, I have Hor affectation
and pretense. And so you know, and if I'm grandstanding on my ego, please pull my card. You know, I'm here for the greater good, plain and simple I'm here to protect the women and children and I'm here to evolve myself and, and in the spiritual community in the yoga community. I've heard many years, you know, oh, it's all about you know, that's because your ego, your ego, this your ego, you got to
get rid of your ego. Well, newsflash, guys, he can't get rid of your ego, your ego is what gets you out of bed in the morning, it's what makes you want to climb Mount Everest or summit or move to Sedona. Right? That's your ego, right? And so you got to keep everything in balance. That is the critical element. It's like your sexuality. You want to create dysfunction and problems, push the natural human element, push one of them underneath the rug and watch the problems that fester because of it.
Yeah, and I think on the flip side of that, if you go too far, and you let that, you know, there's obviously there's the repression side, and then there's other side, where letting it run wild, you know, to where similar things can happen. The pendulum
swings both ways. That's why anybody that's going you know, that that I teach it, addiction completely different from what's out there. I honor you if you're going to use these substances, then recognize what they are study them to the nth degree, how does alcohol affect the body? tobacco is a sacred plant? How are you using that? coca is a sacred plant as well.
When you standardize and isolate these compounds, you make them into synthetic compounds, they can cause imbalances, but these natural elements are sacred medicines for people. So come back correct to it. And if you want to get off of them go natural first. And then have much more of an awareness of what you're doing until that tool that no longer serves you. If you beat yourself up and tell yourself that you're wrong. abstinent can swing over to
complete debauchery. And so you want to stay as balanced as possible. And so I'm you're managing your addictions, to the degree you're managing your stress, and I'm managing my own addictions. To the degree I'm managing my stress. And so I got off caffeine recently, I had a good run during the lockdown with marijuana. I like tobacco. I've used tobacco for many years, I get to manage all that stuff. Right? And so it's not just one way or the other. I honor it. tobacco is a sacred
plant. It clears negative energy and grounds you to the earth. That's a very powerful Shimano tool. The definition of shamanism is one who walks between both worlds, the spirit world and the physical world. And so if you're dealing with a lot of spiritual entities, and I've witnessed many exorcisms working with the Maoris, these types of things do happen, right, you can get attached by an energetic entity, a dark force, a demon inside of you.
And so tobacco if you're working with in the spirit realm, and you're working with a lot of people, tobacco is a useful tool. It is one of my allies, and it's known as the shamans ally. And so but I also have to manage it. I like to run on these mountains, too much of it can clog the airways, you know, so it's about cognition. It's about being clear, not throwing the baby out with the bathwater. The pendulum swings both ways. Always remember that
balance is key. For sure. And I know for me you like if you look talk to me three to five years ago, I was probably the first person to say, oh, that you know, all that woowoo crap is no good. It's fake. You know, don't believe in that. And I've come around on certain aspects of it because I think there are a lot of those things that the world needs more of, you know, met breathwork all these things can be very useful.
But then, like you said, there's a lot of charlatans out there people who are just kind of, you know, floating around. And yeah, exactly. And when I started following your content, what I liked is that, you know, you bring in some concepts that were kind of what most people would consider to be out there. But you always kind of tie it back, like you have in this conversation to kind of reality and logic and a real world
application. So I think that's important for anyone who's, you know, into that sphere, to find that balance, like Troy saying, and kind of walk that middle ground between reality and getting to food, like what out there, whatever you want to call it. So
let me let me leave you with this quote from my mentor, Paul, check who did write the foreword of this book and study Paul, check if you really want to know what's going on on this planet. his YouTube channel is filled.
He's got great stuff.
So the pain teacher is always guiding. The question is, are you listening, don't wait until the toe that you stub turns into gangrene, and then you got to amputate your toe. Don't wait to get into prayer, contemplation, incantation, meditation, until your life gets destroyed. And let me tell you, if you don't listen, if you've got divorce, crash, if a business, car crash, alcoholism, death of a child, you don't want this type of thing happening to
you. So get down with your bad self get clear to go without us go within fasting is a good tool to get inside the body meditation, however you learn it. Take the time to recognize that we have four bodies in the third dimension, mental, emotional, physical and spiritual. And so you want to nourish them all. And so that's what I have to say about spiritual woowoo. And I do have my next my next podcast that I've got to do coming up soon. Have you? Do you have anything else that you want to?
Just the one question that I asked everyone, which is what do the words not most people mean to you? When you hear that? Or to be not most people?
Not most people understand the greater good that's all around us. The greater God the greater good, good god. Love. Let's define God is unconditional love. So there is no conditions. So obviously rape and pillage happens. What does your heart desire? Peace, I postulate its peace. So if that's the case, then align with that as much as possible. And spread that forgive other people. Ask for forgiveness, and spread that peace as much as you
can. Because when you find peace in your heart, things are much more smooth.
For sure. That's a different definition that I've gotten before, which is great. I love hearing a new answer to that question every time I ask it. So thanks for being here today. This was awesome. I know this is gonna I'm still like my mind is still moving 1000 miles an hour from all the stuff we talked about. And I'm sure it'll be the same for the listener. So just wanted to ask you for signing off. What do you have going on? What would you like to
promote? I know you mentioned your book and where can people find you?
