The topic of mental health can be spoken about for days but as we bring our episodes regarding it to end, we discuss what it was like under our households. As two Hispanic girls we both experience not being able to speak about mental health at home. Nor were those conversations regarding therapy or help discussed with us. But as we talk about it, we discover that it was a topic that could have not talked about in more households other than Hispanic ones.
