We also discuss how a walk-to-walk inspired today's episode. For one of us a normal morning walk into work got a little interesting and motivating. A meaningful sticker on a car that said "You are not a burden" designed with flowers caught our eye. Tune in as we interpret what this sticker meant for us and how it affected us.
