When it comes to food, in Sarah's household they have a little saying: "Try Before You Cry!" and it may just be a genius saying!

Cath complains about being at sports practice for too long and then found out something about some other parents commute that made her feel like a bad parent.

Also Cath went to the Opening Night of "Jagged Little Pill" and had some questions that she needed answered.
