Helmuth and Hanna, both European immigrants met in 1961 in Kitchener-Waterloo Ontario, Canada and shortly after got married. Their marriage quickly went down hill in 1982 when Helmuth suffered a severe stroke. This is said to be the straw that broke the camel’s back.
