S2 E7 Failed leaving cert and now built in The Lab ft. John Fitz

This week Aislinn chats with John Fitz who is one of three owners behind The Lab Method gym based in Athea. The Lab is not just a gym it’s a community and the lads have found a niche in the market in everything that they do and you can see that so evidently through their socials. John originally failed his leaving cert but always had this passion for fitness and worked so hard go get to where he is. This didn’t come without many struggles as we get deep into the mental battles, missing out on his daughter's first steps, barely seeing his partner, Aoife, and the many challenges and lows that came with getting those highs. Perfect timing to release this one as the leaving cert starts today so, if you know anyone who is stressing before their exams, tell them to listen to this episode.
