Are you an Anchor or support for someone? Are you apart of a "success" community? I like to think of myself as an example of success professionally and socially. The problem for me comes when others don't see their potential for success. I still have people close to me question the podcast's success or not see the seriousness of what the podcast means to me. Truthfully, I don't have the energy to put the same amount of effort into my success and others. I try to motivate the people closest to me but sometimes, I don't reach them deeply. Make sure you let the right people in your circle at the right time. This is not the right time for me to professionally bring guests on my podcaster or YouTube show. I rather motivate you to create your podcast at thi time, and find your success. I want the people closest people to me to succeed with or without me! What did people think when they think of you?
