Unequipped Dad's and What Makes a "Good" Dad? | Nostalgic Future Ep 9

Should a child growing up be a parent's accomplishment? What is the role of a Dad? Is there a standard for "just being a dad"? Today I am going to talk about my childhood and the abstract view I have on my father now. I open up about some radical thoughts and personal experiences growing up. Is being present and feeding a child enough to provide or fulfill fatherhood. I believe, we need a lot of resources, love, support, and game to grow properly not just food and father presence. My parents were young when they had children, and I think my generation suffered much more than usual because of this choice I can't imagine growing up while having a child that is growing up. I think a parent's job is to give kids the game, advice, and perspective that helps them progress in life by saving them wasted time, energy, and life choices. I talk about my path and my radical views on father/child issues to move forward in life. I know this is a controversial topical and view, but I think it's important to talk about it for a Nostalgic Future. Are food and shelter enough for a child to grow healthy? What makes a "Good or Bad" dad? Is anyone really happy with their childhood?
