Doctors, Needles, and Health are Still Scary AF | Nostalgic Future Ep 2

Why is it so scary going to the doctor? Is yearly blood test a scam? How healthy is your lifestyle? I have been vegetarian for many years, but not sure if I am healthy. Today I take a trip to the doctor for my first-year exam in 100 years. When I think about my hate for needles it paralyzes my entire arm. Taking care of our health is extremely important, especially if one has health insurance, so why not be preventative. I'm going to describe to me the expectance of this traumatizing experience. Wellness Exam! Tetanus shots hurt!  Going to the doctor is scary af!
