The beauty of the story and the illustrations swirl together to create a moment of perfect story. Who hasn't wanted the animals in their life to show up in such a way? Enjoy this with your littles, and for an extra treat, pick it up at the library for the sake of the illustrations. You won't be sad for having done so!

Simple, yes, but more than enough for a kiddo to chew on....
