A lot of people are doing ayahuasca now because what is it ? There are psychotropic meds that can help you .
You go through a journey and what it does is it helps you to tap into some of your hidden traumas and you go through it , through a different , like an awakening , and you face your traumas and instead of keeping everything buried and you're able to release and a lot of people there . It's helped with all types of PTSD and I'm not incredibly versed in it .
I just know that I that's something that I want to do and that's what a lot of people do to open up that again , consciousness , and getting to that different level and releasing the things that are hidden within our bodies , because we hold a lot , of , a lot of traumas held within our bodies . Have you ever heard of the body keeps score ?
And then there's there's also another one that so the body keeps score .
That means like everything that's happened to us , like in our life or well , okay .
So a good way to describe it is like okay , so I'm upset , you and I are upset , we have an exchange and you know we're . We've been all programmed to tap it down right . Good girls don't cry . Big boys don't cry , suck it up , but our cut , get over it right . That's how our program right but every time that you internalize it , that's .
That's now an energy right , and we all know that energy cannot be destroyed , right ?
So if we have this energetic happening because of this emotional experience that's going on and it's stored within our body , it still has somewhere that has to go and if we're not letting it out , that's why a lot of people will find themselves getting a disease , because that is break down the words dis ease in the body , because the body cannot find a way to
release it . So what's it going to do is going to attack itself , and that's why oftentimes we get sick . So when you don't address those emotions or those events , you don't even have to say go back to the actual experience .
But if you can tap into that emotional frequency , okay and heal that , and then you can release your body and heal from that traumatic experience and there's a lot of different modalities that you can use it and some people will do ayahuasca and you go to a practitioner that can guide you through it .
People do shrooms , people do even if you smoke pot and you're doing it , you know with the intention , you're not just doing it because you want to have a good time right , but you're doing it with the intention , like real like , of showing me okay what ? what is it that I I can release and let go that no longer is serving me ?

But during that time , though I had ran out of shit to watch , I watched everything you can possibly watch on Netflix . So then I ended up going to Korea and stuff . And they got some good stuff , I'm not kidding you , but like she said , there's always a romantic thing behind it all .
It's like I was watching one today , right where they I guess this guy's kid's supposed to be like invincible or whatever , and kung fu and shit , and through all of that he fell in love with a chick . On what , through all of this shit , he was beating my fucking ass . He fell in love with one of the sword chicks . I'm like hell .
Well , that's our entertainment . Hell yeah , that was good entertainment right there . Ain't no need to even start . No , you can hit that . No , I'm going to hit it again . Anybody got anything else to recommend ? Or say we coming back because we got more to say .
