And then the dude gets out . He goes to pistol with the husband , so he clocked him one good time with the missile She just reached into her purge . She's trying to get some lip gloss . Tiktok , she come out with a Glock .

Shoot him instantly , no hesitation . I mean , she looked like a whole nine months pregnant She ain't even a month pregnant .

Okay , it was outside the store And then so after she shot him , then the husband , he upped the missile . So now they both shooting at him . Now he on the ground , he laid out , He begging them for his life .

So I saw that meme today . It said I'm not judging nobody's relationship because last night I packed all my shit and now we're going to get something to eat . That's how I be going with people . You want to get mad or I can't stand . You bitch , I hate it . I ever met you . I wish I never . I wish I never laid eyes on you . I wish you dead to me .

They're underpaid , undervalued and yet absolutely essential employees to any business operation . But one janitor at an upstate New York university allegedly got annoyed while on the job and his reaction supposedly ruined a million dollars worth of research .
A lawsuit from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute says the custodian turned off a freezer while he heard multiple quote annoying alarms . It turns out the lab's freezer contained 20 years of cell cultures and sensitive , crucial samples that were destroyed .
The worst part of all of this is that apparently on the outside the freezer had a sign that read quote this freezer is beeping as it is under repair . Please do not move or unplug it . No cleaning required in this area . We should be clear . The university apparently says they don't blame the janitor himself . They say he's not at fault .
Instead they're suing his employer , where he was a contractor , for failing to properly train him . Can you imagine working on something for 20 years only for somebody to come by and just pull the plug ? It's a more serious note than like the one you put on the freezer like . This is my lunch .

¶ Fitness Challenges and Supplement Misconceptions

I'm telling you another reason that a motherfucking denoise wouldn't bother me that much . If I'm just cleaning , i got earphones , i'm listening to a book , a podcast , some music , something . That's the way to get around just being annoyed by the sounds , but then just going and turning it , unplugging it Like you did .
For him to go unplugging that , tell me he didn't even really investigate the situation , like you look around like see , maybe you know that's a lie , you know sometimes stuff beep , it just needs to be reset , or something like that . Well , i know I do have . We ain't did this in a while We're going to talk about . Well , i think we have , i don't know , probably a few episodes back . We talked about 11 minutes of exercise . They were saying , if you do get 11 minutes a day or I saw one thing that I think it was a lady She said she did 15 push-ups a day for 30 days .
So here's the fitness challenge to everybody I want everybody to do for the next 30 days . You can start , well , i guess right now , this come out on the third . Yeah , this be on the third . So you can start on the fourth or you can start on the fifth , but for the next 30 days and in summertime .
So you know , everybody trying to be outside , yeah , be like oh , it's summertime , i'm outside . So last year , last year was a hot girl summer . I was a hot girl summer a couple of years ago . I don't know , i'm old , so I'm behind . Now I don't know all the cool terms anymore , like when I was a kid , but I know it was a hot girl summer Then .
So I guess this year everybody want to be outside . So if we're going to be outside , let's at least have a little bit of exercise regimen . So we're going to do at least 15 push ups , and that's 15 push ups a day .
I know we can all do that , or at least try You bust out like five in the morning , five in the afternoon , five in the evening That's 15 . So I'm telling y'all I'm going to do it , i want everybody out here in podcast land to do it , and we're going to see how we're going to look in 30 days .
You start to the lady said it worked for , but then it also builds a little bit of . You start holding yourself accountable . Yeah , so that's really what it is .
That's a once in a while thing , because remember when you came out .
You came out to the stairs , i'm like hey , you know , the first couple of times you just like , i mean you still feel it sometimes Like no , i'm like damn , Actually I was going to squat today , but I squatted last night . And I'm sitting up here thinking like man , you know what ? I ain't even squatted yet this week . How my legs feeling like this .
So I think they telling me don't do it , and I just may listen to them and may put it off for tomorrow .
That's the only thing about like squats , Anything that's like kind of high impact . My I want to say it's my left knee . I always feel like it's going to give out .
I always feel like I'm Do . You put a lot of weight on . There are two ways .
Because a lot of times too .
I mean , you can even just do . You know , some people at least do body weight . Or even if they just do body weight , body weight is good .
Oh no , are you doing what I squat ? now I'm put a lot of weight . I don't . I don't even think I go above 100 .

And then just like , just wrap , just wrap it out , yeah .
Yeah , It's more of a thing where I try to get the rep thing get a good form .
Yeah , i mean it's a good , it's a good motion , it's a good motion you know to do . I mean obviously works the whole body . And then I guess for me , and they say it's a testosterone booster or something .
I'm away from high school days trying to squat Yeah .
So I don't know , if you're sitting up here , you go down to squat . Then all of a sudden , man , your little man's get hard , come up like damn , this really does work . Throw the weights down , hurry up and run home Like hey , guess what ? It was telling the truth in that article , yeah , and you got to make sure .
I think , for everybody should have some type of yoga .
It's something man walking And then you realize stuff like yoga , pilates , even though you're moving , a lot like stretching period , if you get a good five to 10 stretches normal stretches . You'll be surprised how much that actually works you out in itself , like with your breathing and different getting range of motions and things in All . That's kind of important .
It all helps in a way . Everybody want to be a smoke show , but nobody don't want to work at it . You got to work at it .
Hey , yeah , desi , that's the thing , and that's what a lot . I'm not going to even point out one supplement , but a lot of these , like some of the packaging that you put on . even when I'm in a supplement store getting vitamins and stuff , it even gets me some time Not to where I want to buy it .
but I look at it and just take myself back to being 18 , 19 years old , like right now . I'm just , i'm like I just take the vitamins I take and I'm good with it . But you mess around . you sit up here and you're like , damn , the way they had that L , looking on the L glutamine .
you just sitting over here like I think that's going to get me ripped , and they fail to tell you , once you take these supplements , you have to work . You can't just sit up here and take the supplements and then all of a sudden you're going to wake up . It's not a magical pill Yeah .
Not a miracle drug Yeah , It gives you something that's for you to work with . Right exactly To supplement In order for it to take effect .
Right To sit , I guess , for all the little deficiencies and all the stuff that you do have when you take these supplements or whatever .
Like I was in . people like why don't you take a pre-workout and then don't work out ? What's the point of that ? I don't watch people do it too many times I know I didn't say that .
No , i know , man , i told you that one time I tried that pre-workout And when I went to go squat , i swear to God telling me , it felt like I had like a thousand ants on me . Man , i think I did one , two , i don't even remember . Y'all can probably listen to an earlier podcast . I probably did like three reps , man , i put that thing down .
Yeah , i just cannot do pre-workout .
Some people can , i think it's not for everybody , like I think some people can do it , some people can't . Sometimes , the only time I really do it is like if I'm tired but I don't know , i need to work out , because it just gives you energy Okay .
So you know you're going It's like okay , yeah , you just got to get something , you just got to get to the gym .

You got to pick up something and start doing it , then the rest usually take care of itself .
No , that's true , Because they always say it's not how you start , it's how you finish . So there are a lot of times you're going to the gym You're like damn , i didn't feel like working out . But you figure , once you start you're like God , at least let me do something . I'm going to get 15 , 20 minutes in .
And then the next thing , you know , looking at your little timer , wow , i'm like 45 minutes in . Yeah , you're like , okay , i got another . But I know at one point I probably was going , almost probably . Sometimes I can it , it kind of depends . But I cut some of my workouts .
I just made maybe one and made it in the two workouts and like , split it up , try to get that hour , hour and a half , you know , depending on what you're doing , and I was like it might not be a smoke show , but hey , at least I'm trying to stay fit and upright and on this side of the gravel for now , i ain't trying to push Daisy's jet .
Yeah , not yet . Give me a few more years .
Yeah , i should , i say because I don't know , my mortality been coming in my mind a lot more lately . I'm like you know what , i try to worry about it , hey , every day , day to day listen every time somebody down just like you start to think about it more now .
Like I said just Well , I've been 50 for like six months now , So or five months . Here's the thing that's funny . When you were younger and you did , you just assume like okay , I'm a little fiver . Then when everybody start like , start passing , And I mean this might be a bad example . Let's just say the Golden Girls , for instance .
So now all the Golden Girls are gone , So you just send the period , You'd be like man . But then when people and I'm not even talking about people that like tragic , About people that's just come- to low age . Yeah , exactly . And then you start being like , oh man , like okay , now let's just flip it real quick . That's all I had to do with death .

So then you get to that point Like man , you know what I ?
don't feel too bad , i'll be thinking about maybe you're going to feel too bad , but I'm like now I was counting up , now it's time to start counting down .

¶ Discussion About Movies and Physical Fitness
That's why you gotta get active , because you know , used to start just lazing around , you Put that extra weight on your body that your body ain't really used to , don't really know how to react to it , so it only , it's only a bad reaction .

And that puts stress on things . Now yo your need for like it's gonna fall out every time cuz it's too much weight on it stress , yeah , yeah . Everything hard , that's right . I'm grew up playing football , running track , like I have to run all the time , all the time .
I wouldn't dare gonna basketball court right now just because I would look very Uncoordinated in like I will fall over any moment . I can't jump right physically , can't jump . I could , i could want to jump my mind say , oh , you can do it , i could dunk at 14 . Uh-huh , i'll be lucky to touch the net right now , situations out and put myself in .
So you know I got it . So you got to work hard and work harder than what I would have had to To get out of it . You know could have just stayed somewhat consistent , you know , all the way through .
Yeah , no , that's the thing you try . To go wire to wire man , you just like getting away .
Sometimes you let your life get in there and disrupt things and people say they don't have No time or they too busy .
