However, he is also a renowned industry designer and heads up Raad Ghantous & Associates, where he brings smart business acumen as part of his overall design approach when focusing on the spa business, for example. Too many spa minded people simply aren’t seeing the economics of this business in the right way because the rules have changed. Turns out customers do not like the value proposition offered today as disruptors are challenging traditional operators.
