This week Glenn is in Las Vegas and getting the scoop on the newest happening trends there. First, he speaks with Dan Bernbach, who is in charge of the brand new Park Theater at Monte Carlo, which opens next week. Hear about the theater, the big acts coming to town and how the Mote Carlo is in the midst of a two year transition and re-branding.

Then Glenn learns what it takes to have a successful restaurant concept in the most exciting dining city in the world. We look at Vegas F&B through the eyes of Chipper Pastron, partner of MCC Hospitality Group, which owns Morel’s at the Palazzo and Dragon Noodle at Monte Carlo. This guy has been associated with Las Vegas dining since before Wolfgang Puck, which is traditionally credited with kicking off the Vegas dining boom. Not so fast Wolfgang. We learn the truth.
