Jessie and Caleb are captured and questioned in the Floating City but Caleb is shocked to discover his dad Alex is the Mayor of the city. Meanwhile as Maurice leaves Gil and Birdie in the abandoned caravan park to make his way back to the hotel, the water starts to rise.
