Episode description

The Latinx community is still reeling from the El Paso massacre. Like others, we continue to process and come to terms with our new reality.

For this episode producer, Filiberto Nolasco Gomez gives Tor, a native of El Paso, a chance to speak to what they have been experiencing. This was a hard episode to record, but we felt it was important to share our thoughts as our community collectively processes the hostility of white supremacist terror.

Ultimately continuing to do what we do is our most excellent defense against acts of terror.

Filiberto is the editor of Workday Minnesota. And they just completed a redesign!

The article we mention on the midwest response to the shooting that we were both featured in.
