51. Seeing the Adolescent
Episode description
In this episode I'm back for a solo session and for the first time ever I'm totally on my own when it comes to recording and editing. This whole episode came with new challenges and opportunities from start to finish. As I embark on a new chapter of my journey I am faced with doing things that I've never done before, and for me that can be a very scary and daunting place. I have a lot of fear when it comes to trying new things, I can often count myself out before I even try it because the tape is "you don't know what you are doing so lets save ourselves from the failure". I really need to challenge that old tape of mine, just because I may not be good at something I'm doing for the first time doesn't mean I cant learn and become good at it. Proud of myself for facing these new challenges and moving through the fear tat surrounds them. On the other side of fear there is an opportunity to learn and grow, it may not look like I want it to but thanks to the program I can look at it and learn from it!
