my entire life's purpose. You move behind the machine and you no longer can see that is true Doctor forecast. I don't. Want to see it? He fucking terrified me. Yeah. Right. That's on purpose. Doctor Forecast steps forward. He pulls out this gun and he pulls it out from his side and it clicks onto his arm and flips onto the other side with a really satisfying and very
cyberpunk swish. The handle for this gun slips into his hand from the underside and you can hear a charging noise as it builds up electricity. And he shoots at the closest target, which is retro rolling an 18. That's a hit. When hit, the target must roll. Resist torture. Drugs will be electrocuted DB13. Of course you did this to me. You're the one who stood for the furthest step. This is your. I I did what I did, I don't take it back. Good.
Nope, you are electrocuted. On a fail, the target falls to the floor and goes prone, taking an extra 1D four damage, which is only one You are hit for 18 damage minus your. That's a shocking experience. I am the weather maker, you motherfucker. And Doctor Forecast uses the rest of his incredibly fast motion to disappear from sight. OK, who do who do I see in front of since he he moved away? You can see one goon. Fantastic. OK, How? How? How? Motherfucker she.
Shoots 17. Yes, that hits and you hit for 11 damage. You rolled A6 and A1 for damage. So there's balance in all things. And these bullets hit this guy and his armour gets reduced by 1:00 because of your bullets and he takes seven damage. Aside from may have some special grenades, is that basically she can't do that on this turn? You've used a heavy pistol that would take your full action to do that, but a heavy pistol I believe has a rate of fire of two so you can shoot your gun
again. Oh my goodness, I forgot about. That so your second hit 19 also hits but the damage is bullshit as it like flicks off a piece of his armour. You only cause one HP damage with that, but you do a blade his armour by a little bit. Do you do anything else with your turn? I'm not able to move. Yes you are. You moved one square your your movement is I think, 6. Oh, let me see. OK, so this so. Whatever your move skill is, you
can move in your turn. If you want to do double your movement, that takes up your attack as well. OK, so if I'm behind this area here, I don't know what this thing is. It looks like it's part of the the ship. Yeah, that's where she's going to go. She's going to move behind that piece. So close. There's a goon far away. Who saw you shoot this guy? This Maelstrom goon who's been hired by Doctor Forecast moves over to get a site on you, Cipher.
He shoots you with this heavy pistol missing, missing you, and the bullet flies past you, Dings off the glass behind you and sticks into the other wall, not enough to even leave the building. He pulls the trigger again, hitting you for a crit. Fail on damage of eight, reducing your your armour by one. That's it. Stupid still hit you Dick. I'm I'm going to walk over to Retro to try and like, lift him. Hold on. I I got it. I got it. All right.
I'm going to switch tactics and I'm going to reach for my heavy pistol and I'm going to take a shot at the goon nearby. 16 Hitting with crit failed damage again. That's eleven. It still does some damage. It still hurts him. His armour is still bladed by one and he takes six damage. I get another shot, yeah. I take another shot at him. I think you do 15. Does that hit? Yes, it does. He hit this guy again for 18 damage this time. Holy moly, that's doing a total of 14.
Oh, it didn't. It didn't. Didn't it? All right, so that's a crit. Which is Oh, that's a nine. Get wrecked. The the guy leans on the transformer. The pipe he touches burns his hands and he moves away quickly, twisting too much and you hear a ligament in his leg snap and tear. Oh fuck. Sorry. Oh my bad. You OK? Wait, but no, I don't care about you. So this guy actually goes under half elf, under half elf. That's a Christmas pun.
He goes under half elf and takes another critical injury which is 7. A foreign object gets stuck in his body. He tries to grab his gun and his gun goes into his abdomen barrel first. Oh. Fuck. That's so fucked. And he leans against the transformer pieces that aren't boiling hot and is now essentially. Which one was that? Oh, that one right there. Do you want to do anything else with your turn? You still I? Would like to move away. And do so.
I'm going to do. I'm going to peek around and be like, oh OK. Move around the transformer and you step right in front of Doctor Forecast who looks at you and smiles. A. Little wave. Hi, yeah. OK, Retro is going to get up from printing problem, and it's still very dazed from being electrocuted. And the last painful moment ricochets through Retro's mind of being laughed at, which Retro does not like being laughed at. OK, I don't like being bullied, all right?
And everyone just needs to stop making fun of me. Stop making fun of me and Retro is going to fire off his grappling arm at this dune right here, and he's going to whip him like a Wrecking Ball at this transformer right here trying to aim for the turbine flat. You know the turbine part, hopefully jamming them in there and possibly exploding it. Nice. And I will roll for that. Do so. That's a 32.
You fire your grapple hand at this guy who's paying attention to Cipher. He's pretty happy with the shots he made because he now has advantage. Cipher has no cover, and he's kind of bloating a little bit. And then this grapple hand grabs him by the wrist, and he looks at his wrist and you across the room, attached by a cable, and
then you whip him. You whip him real good and he flies across the room, smacks into the transformer, and you're like, yeah, that thing's going to explode and that thing minces his left leg like it. But that machine gives no shit about this human being coming towards the blades of the intake. It is way stronger than that. It does an insanely the best piece of equipment and this guy loses his left leg as it gets mulched on the machine.
It's gruesome. All of you were a little bit taken back by how like the machine just didn't even blink I. Guess that's what happens when you're on a naughty list. Yikes. Well, Doc, did you, Doc, did you forecast that? I can't move that much because I had to get prom. I had to pick up from your prom. I come around here and up.
You step forward past the transformer and you see Doctor Forecast to your right, and on the other side of Doctor Forecast is prompt, waving at you awkwardly in the fight. OK. I will, I will just. I will just rear back in. I'm just going to be not ice to beat you and punch him with my slap around. 28 Doctor Forecast smiles at you as he goes to Dodge, and you punch him where he's about to be and you clock him across the face. No. Roll 26.
He's turned on all my face. And not only do you cause him damage, you also blade his head armour by 1. The Maelstrom goon who has the next turn, unfortunately is on the ground and incapacitated, and he just tries to get away. He crawls towards the he crawls towards the corridor that leads to the cockpit, and as he steps past, the transformer sees Remington, looks at you and goes. Oh. Shit, He attempts to shoot you. He's not doing well. So there is a a -, 2 to this
attack. 17. Beat a 17. OK, I will. You rolled a 19. The bullet flies by you and you just kind of look at this guy with pity because you can only take one shot. We, we, we we all make mistakes. But just sit there and think about what you've done. Everybody's saying that. Buy me a drink 1st and we'll talk about where things will go. On the other side of the room, a goon steps out from a Transformer and he sees on either side of Doctor Forecast, prompt on one side and Retro on the other.
Prompt evens or Odds? Odds. That's a one. He aims at Retro Bye man and shoots you rolling a crit's veil. His gun fucking breaks. It does not cause any damage. He gets super pissed off. He does not roll enough to hit you, so the bullet just flies through the room, bouncing off something and doing basically nothing. He throws his gun to the ground. Now without one, he steps even closer to Retro and attempts to hit him with his large baton, rolling a 17 Retro roll evasion 16.
As you try to dodge, this thing hits you for eight damage. So you take 4 damage and your arm is a bladed boat. Oh, he cracked my screen, you asshole. He cracked the screen on my ugly sweater. That son of a bitch. It's. Fucking ugly anyway. Remington Well, first thing I'm going to do is I'm going to charge past this dipshit right here and get out where I can see everything because he's not worth following up to be taken seriously.
Well, in that case, I'm going to take my single, solitary shot at a doctor. Fuck Noble over there. 25 + 8 crit and you're so happy with this, except your damage is bullshit. You rolled A crit. Fail on damage. Hey doctor, fuck you. Yes, can I use my inspiration to re roll the damage? Yes, you can roll 4D6 for me please. No, I'll be happy to do. That oh wait, we can use it that. Way any roll you can choose to re roll, even one eye roll. There you go. 11 you have
increased that damage. Another crit fail. Unfortunately three more damage and he tries to evade. Unfortunately, rolling a crit fail on invasion, meaning he does not move from where he stands. The bullet hits him and causes. 11 damage. Doctor's orders. Sit the fuck down. Oh, that was actually quite a good shot, cowboy. I'm fully aware. I know what I'm good at. You've got to placate me, you dipshit.
You don't get to. Yeah, I got my nails, so I can really do. He called Doctor, Forecaster. Dipshit happily. He steps forward past his maelstrom friend and attacks you. Here's the thing, he's right next to you. So he's not going to shoot you with his big ass gun. He's going to hit you with his pursuit security. Mounter beat a 1320. You dodge his attack. He takes a step back and fires his storm gun at you. Peter, 20, just a bolt of lightning and and magnetic
bullet, flies past your head. The noise gives you a shiver and the electricity cascades through the air and tickles the corners of your beard. I got chills. They're electrifying. You still Suck, Doctor Forecast uses his incredible Smeed. Smeed uses his incredible speed to move across. The room, Smee, that dude who hung out and drank with Captain Hook. This is not the time for referential jokes. Do I see this bastard that was trying to laugh at me who got
totally fucked up? That's him, right? That that's a different guy. He's pretty fucked up. He's on the ground. He tried to shoot Remington earlier. You heard that. And he's just he's he's worse for wear. This guy is like close to death. Oh, it's going to be a silent night for you, dude. And then she's just going to. Fire. Jesus, it's like completely helpless and on the ground. He's like killing. It. Yeah, no, no mercy. 19 Yeah.
No, he can't avoid that. That's 13 damage, which is more health than he has, including his armour. And you blow a hole through the side of his face, and his half of his skull explodes across the ground, and he dies. Looks like a hole in one, OK? And that's a heavy pistol, so you can shoot again. You also still have movement. Yeah. Where is that dude? Where is he? Where is he the other guy here?
From there you can see a Maelstrom Goon on the other side of Retro and Remington, and you can see a little bit of Doctor forecast further down. There was no partial cover, so you can hit him, but it's far. You'd need a long range weapon for that. That's quite quite a large wide room. Yeah, Oh, my hands are tied with. This one unfortunately Shibari. Steve started Shibari Steve. Hopefully he remembers our next session. So do you just wait there for an
opportunity? Yeah. Unfortunately. Sounds good. The goon who's in a lot of pain tries to get help, but he can only move 3 squares. So I'm going to come up behind this other guy because he's a little too close for comfort and I'm just going to take a shot with my. At the guy closest to you or doctor forecast. I just got closest. Want to get him out of? Here, yes, you rolled A14 with your pistol, which causes 15
damage to this guy. Now he's not taken many hits in this fight, this guy but 15 damage is still 15 damage and with his SP of six you cause 9. Great. I'm kind of happy where I am because I'm a little bit protected, but not really, yeah. So yeah. I'm good. All right. Nice quick turn. Well done. Oh fuck. Oh, close range. Yeah, just leave. Retro is going to go after the dock. OK, full movement to get up to them, pull out, trust the ash point blank.
Shoot them direct. Shoot the aim shot at the at the hand. Try to disarm. Him from the storm, 20 rolling again. Oh oh, he tries to step out of the way. Unfortunately, he gets hit because all he he tries to step back misjudging the direction of your shot, and you hit him for 18 damage. And I disarm him. And you disarm that's that's -8 you made that, that's very impressive. Well done. Thank you. So his storm gun falls to the ground in front of him. I'd like to grab it.
It has one shot in it since it has to be charged by his armour. That's all I need because I just want to pick it up using my bonus action and just, you know, cock it back for a year old time. Now fucking pull the trigger. 20 for 20 damage? You're not even kidding. He has 20 health left. You blow a hole into him. He's a little resistant to the electricity, but he fries his sand and dizzy and pops three or four times as the fluid inside
it just fizzles. And. It falls to the ground and the room goes red. There's an alarm. Dead Man switch activated. Dead Man switch activated. And the goons that are still standing all fucking move. They all run. Some of them are grabbing parachutes from inside their jackets and leaving the fucking room. They are out. The ones that can move. There's a guy in the ground is trying to move. He can't. His leg is missing. The other guy is basically dead. Doctor forecast is on the ground
and combat is over. But also there is now an airship plummeting towards the city which. Part of the city. Where the parade's going to be? Oh fuck, do we have to fix this? Or can we just leave? Wait, another parade got cancelled? But I have to make it not cancelled, and if it's just weird to happen, save the parade. I'm going to go charging into the cockpit where autopilot asshole was point by a very heavy pistol right in their face. Go. This thing's obviously on a crash course.
How are we fucking overriding? That's a good answer. Some of it ran off doctor forecasts like Cerebral Cortex, like the positioning and stuff. So he's dead. The ship doesn't really know how to go. I can like steer it towards the Badlands maybe, but that will be tough with only one arm. I will need some help. I will go and help auto the pilot asshole. Okay, roll for it. Well, I mean, what better than you use the thing that's been the most helpful my cyber.
Arm 30 Yes, you managed to steer the airship towards a crash course that's just beyond the junkyard, outside of the walls of Knight City. It's plummeting, it's moving, and you have very little time. The pilot gets up to leave and heads towards a locker in the back of the room, where there are some parachutes. He grabs one of them looking at Remington, walks past him and then just jumps out of the ship.
Get to the chopper. Yeah, we got, we got our own escape vehicle and I'm charging for for that. You all head towards the flight vehicle. Everyone roll Athletics. That's the thing I don't see. 14 Good yes 16 Oh no. Wait wait WAIT. Confirmation. That's twelve, yeah. No, I'd, I'd, I'd probably rob it of them if I were you. Much better. Yes. 16, Yes. So you will make it to the flight vehicle.
It detaches from the airship and you watch the cloud of acid rain and this broken airship roll towards the Badlands, land in the distance and explode. And as you cascade out, you will look at prompt as they stare out at this explosion. The Sky's clear. She looks down at her agent and smiles as she gets a notification that the parade is back on you. All saved Christmas. Oh, my God. OK, we we did it. We did it. We did it. I still have a job. That's great.
Parade's going to be on. We can go, baby, we can't go back to the apartment. Is there another spot we can go to? Come on. I mean, yeah, there's always the bar. I'm very thought of drinking more.
