It makes you see bright lights and hallucinates it. It mainly gives you like AI think it's a penalty blue. Blue glass for the duration of the primary effect. The GM will occasionally tell you when you are flashing out, meaning you are hallucinating swirls of vibrant colors in
short, powerful bursts. You lose your ability to do an action on the turn while in this state. OK. And then once you're addicted to it, you have to take it a lot, like every four hours. OK. And then this one was just destroyed. But no, no, this one. Sorry. Broken arm. Yeah. And then we've got this guy who looks different. Am I right? Yes, he does look different.
