Episode description

Wondering how to step outside your comfort zone and get past your pain points? Today's guest says that anyone can learn to do it. Andy Molinsky's background began on an academic level, leading him to become a Psychology and Business Professor at Brandeis University. He didn't stop there! Motivation to reach his goals led him to author two books, writing often for Harvard Business Review and conducting consulting and training for organizations large and small. He discusses typical barriers and tips for people who may want to leave their current job, maybe start their own business and gives advice on how to overcome obstacles.

"Confidence can transform your professional and personal outlook. It doesn't happen overnight, you don't snap your fingers, it's often times baby steps."
