Moment #43 // We generally talk about stress like it's a bad thing. Putting people under stress is something that many leaders try to avoid. Why? Because, if you put people under stress, then maybe they won't like you anymore. 

Instead, we choose to lean into our well-developed power of rationalization, and do everything we can to give ourselves a reason to not ask our people to stretch.
