春闘とは、働く人でつくる労働組合が、企業などの経営者に、賃金の引き上げなど待遇の改善を求めることです。労組の中央組織である「連合」や産業別組織が大枠の要求方針をつくり、その後、企業ごとの労組が具体的な要求を掲げて経営側と交渉します。
