参政党は2020年に結成された新しい政党です。国政への進出は2022年の参院選で、現在代表を務める神谷宗幣氏が初当選して1議席を得ました。2024年衆院選で3議席、2025年7月の参院選で14議席を獲得し、衆参で計18議席を有しています。
