On the popular game show "Let's Make A Deal," contestants often give up guaranteed prizes in the hopes of gaining something believed to be better, only to find out they've traded for a "zonk" prize. Jonathan Germany uses this as an analogy for Christians who too often give up gifts from God for worthless gifts of the world.
