Hello, I'm Danielle from Living Extraordinary podcast and YouTube channel. Welcome to this month's meditation on the full moon. Thanks for joining. The full moon is a powerful time to set an attention. You can use the full moon's gifts to help you realize your own gifts. Think for a moment about what the full moon means to you. What comes to your mind when you think about a full moon. Maybe she's a guiding light for those who move in

the darkness. Maybe she's a symbol of the mother divine of divine femininity, is mysterious, She's gentle and powerful at the same time. Maybe she's a representation of an apex of energy and its fullest. A completion of a cycle, a time to read what was sown in the previous cycle. The full moon brings us full circle and helps us tap into our fullest soul self if we let her guide us, feel her energy, and connect with your own

divine power. A few days before each full moon, you can begin to reflect on the previous cycle and also think about your intentions for the next cycle. What experiences would you like to have, But also think about releasing and letting go that which doesn't serve you anymore. So as you're setting an intention for the full you can also be releasing the past cycle. So it's a time for release. Reflect on your experiences and emotions you've had

over the last twenty eight days. What happened in your life, What happened to you. Be kind to yourself as you think about these things. Think about what went well for you, what challenges you had, the challenges you overcame, and the ones that you continue to face. Reflect for a moment and give thanks for all of your experiences, all of your blessings, all of your challenges. They are all gifts for our soul, so we're blessing them and letting them go.

Now is the time to put forth your intentions of release from the previous cycle and ask the full Moon for assistance in helping you make that release. So please find a quiet place, light a candle. Perhaps you can see the full Moon from the sacred space that you chose. If you can't see the Moon in this moment, that's okay. You can visualize her in your mind's eye. So sit down, relax, get into a comfortable position, close your eyes, and let's begin.

We will begin with three deep cleansing breaths. Begin by slowly inhaling through your nose, fill your lungs, fill your body completely as you inhale, hold it and then exhale slowly and fully through your nose, Empty your lungs and relax, which with each breath you're getting more relaxed. Inhale again, deeply, slowly. Focus on the air as it goes in through your nose, fills your lungs and fills all of yourselves with clean,

nourishing air. As you slowly exhale, release, relax, fill your body, relaxing as you breathe in, imagine the Moon's rays filling your body with cleansing rays of her divinity. As you breathe out, you let go. You let go of worry, doubts, fears, and blocks that separate you from love. You are now filled with love. You are love, and you are relaxed. Take a moment and return to breathing comfortably. As you continue to relax and breathe, think about that which you

want to release. What's the first thing that comes to your mind? Is it a person?

Is limiting belief? Is it a job?

An emotion? As it comes to your mind, hold it there, Look at it. You don't need to analyze it, you don't need to judge it. Just look at it. See it for what it is, something that you want to release. If there's an emotion that rises around it, you can feel it. You can feel the emotion. Be open to letting it pass, be open to releasing. When you're ready, you can repeat after me, I release what no longer serves my highest self. I release what no longer serves

my highest good. I relieve all obstacles in my path. I release that which is not mine. I release pain and suffering on all levels. I release limiting beliefs. I am free. I am free to create. I am free to live, and I am free to be all who I am and all that I want. For the highest good, I vibrate with the Moon's energy. I vibrate in the Moon's energy. I receive the Moon's healing rays with gratitude and love. We're going to say this two more times.

If you feel resistance in your body or in your thoughts, just observe them, recognize them as resistance. Just let it pass. As you become aware of your resistance, you're able to let it go. You can ask and call upon the Moon's divinity to help you release it. As we say the words again, you can picture the thing that you want to release as leaving you easily, without resistance, without pain,

without suffering. It floats off into the air, into the light of the Moon, and the Moon with all of her greatness, in all of her wisdom, except your offering to her, she neutralizes it and trans mutes it into love, and you are free. I release what no longer serves my highest self. I release what no longer serves my highest good. I release all obstacles in my path. I release that which.

I release what no longer serves my highest good. I release all obstacles in my path. I release that which

is not mine. I release pain and suffering at all levels. I release limiting beliefs. I am free, free to create, I am free to live. I am free to be all who I am and all that I want for the highest good. I vibrate with the Moon's energy. I vibrate in the Moon's energy. I receive the Moon's healing phrase with gratitude and love. Now take a moment to reflect on yourself. Thank yourself for having the courage to release. Thank the Moon for her assistance in your process of

release and healing. Now take three deep cleansing fast breaths, in through your nose and out through your mouth.
