Steve Neill is a 70 year old living in L.A.and for most of his life he has been working in the film and TV business as a filmmaker,VFX artist, Special Makeup Artist, actor and more.He continues to this day at his film studio in Ventura where he has for the last ten years made his films,film effects,creatures,models and many other creations that fall under the "Maker" category.Steve has had his own personal UFO/Aliens encounters that has affected his life in many ways.
