Shirley finds out a horse she visited in childhood is at risk of getting sent to the glue factory, so she whisks precious Buttercup to the apartment in the middle of Milwaukie. Despite the smell and the risks, everyone tries to help save Buttercup. But will the health inspector find out and fine the heck out of Edna?!
