Laverne and Shirley find out Carmine's plans to buy the Dance Studio he works at, but when the traditional bank loan plan falls through, Carmine turns to a loan shark for the money. Realizing they need to help him out of the situation, Laverne and Shirley cook up a plan to make the crook not interested in paying for the place. Will Carmine forgive them?
