When a psychiatrist is hired to do examinations and visits with the Shotz Brewery employees, it sets off Laverne, Shirley, Lenny, and Squiggy's paranoia about their job security. They approach each interview with the shrink with suspicion, yet find themselves reflecting on their pasts, dreams,  behavior, and life perspectives.
