118. Don’t forget this as you say goodbye to 2021

As you’re unpacking, processing and saying goodbye to 2021, don’t forget to celebrate. Even if 2021 brought you heavy moments and challenges, remember that you can feel both grief AND celebration.

I’m sharing because this was one of the biggest things I learned last year. The old ways of jumping from goal to goal, without pause, felt incomplete. I had to learn how to slow down and celebrate. And I don’t mean just celebrating huge milestones or dollar amounts. I mean celebrating the micro moments, the things that don’t always make it to instagram, the seemingly little decisions and shifts that can change the trajectory of our lives.

Here’s my offer to you: celebrate yourself, celebrate your year, celebrate the micro (& major important) moments. What might that look like to you?
