How are you feeling NHS? Ep. 2

The health and wellbeing team recently visited Blackpool Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust to find out in what way our 'How Are You Feeling NHS?' toolkit was being used by staff. This is the second in a two-part podcast, where we talk to Lesley Smith-Payne, head of workforce health and wellbeing at the hospital, as she explains how the success of the pilot of the toolkit on the stroke ward has helped implement good health and wellbeing practice across the organisation.
