NFL Game Deview is a production of the NFL in partnership with iHeartRadio.
This is NFL Game Previews, and I'm game preview guy here with in depth primers on every single game that's going to be played this week. The Kansas City Chiefs had to douvall for a nice early season clash with the Jacksonville Jaguars. Meaning we've got two of the premiere qbs in the game facing off. Trevor Lawrence, the one coming in off a win.
Cal Lawrence thrust back on against touchdown at Ridley.
Lawrence started his year off with a two TD plus one hundred great game, so he comes in feeling good.
Lawrence looking for angrom thanks to catch a lot of the sideline.
Patrick Mahomes comes in looking to rebound sub eighty rate in Week one versus Detroit, oh.
It takes five hundreds and throws on the run nobody there at all in the past in complete.
Now he faces a Jaguar secondary that held Anthony Richardson to a sub eighty rating and held him to six yards per attempt, and.
The Jaguars really coming in with a lot of confidence on that defense.
Mahomes isn't a rookie rarely has bad back to back games, and Kansas City's offense should be better to stop if Senor Drip is back, Kelsey.
Light the touchdown his home.
You won't so the Cheetah didn't matter. Travis Kelcey does you got it?
Last day the frame was covered with Kelsey replacement.
Chief's Week one O face was a little awkward without their third Beastie. He was a game day decision, so the Chiefs Empire assumption he will return and restore order to their offensive flow.
It's just different, isn't it with Al Kelsey fields.
It's just different, and Jacksonville's defense isn't facing a shaken Patrick Mahomes despite the outcome of their Week one oh Cideo.
Slick for the touchdown, Mahomes goes to Blake Bell.
Mahomes didn't have a great opener on paper, but he extended plays and still could have come out the victor with Alt Kelcey, who just needed a little more help than he got.
Holmes plenty of time been on job again by Tony, who.
Has had a really poor Darius. Tony hopefully stayed away from Bart Simpson's favorite candy bar this week, right.
Through the hands of Tony E Absolutely perfect throw. It'll go down as an interception for Patrick Mahomes.
Mahomes is confident his wide out group will show out better in Week two mvs. Justin Watson, Rashi Rice Richie, James sky Moore. They don't need to be a tyree, but someone needs to be a juju. At least watch it.
Over there, guy into five.
First thing goal for Kantas City Chiefs also have to be able to handle Jacksonville's pass rush better than they did Detroit's zero sacks allowed thirty nine dropbacks. However, Mahomes faced pressure on forty three point six percent of his pass attempts. That's job of the hut Fat. He was extending plays a lot, But even so they'd be queuing Sarah Lynn forty three percent. That's too much man.
Mahomes retreats. Puts it up tough, all right, and it's incomplete.
Plus, it could be harder for Mahomes to avoid taking a sack or two this week. That is, unless Sault Silver is responsible for watching where Casey right tackle Juwan Taylor is lining up.
You said earlier, he's so deep you wonder if he's legal or not, and to be honest, we've watched him the whole game. He's really not remotely close.
Saul's not great at paying attention either. Expect Jacksonville's pregame chats with the Stripes to focus on Taylor in order to give defensive end Josh Allen a better chance to visit Mahomes face to face.
Tackle from behind down after twenty five yard line, Josh Allen chased him down.
Alan dropped a sack hat trick in week one. He mostly attacks from the right side, which is Taylor's spot. That's a key one on one.
Josh Allen.
Casey's run game, as always their ex factor. Mahomes led them in rushing last week.
Put intidate pursuit, Ascal in pursuit, but Homes to the edge.
Did he get there? The spot says yes.
Neither of their backs had more than ten cares, neither averaged over for a run.
Check O the runner shut the first down.
The Jags offense, Casey is trying to slow more diverse. They can do more than just drain the clock with their rush attack. Travis etn eighteen carries versus the cold seventy seven yards and a touchdown over four point two a carry each.
To the axe off touchdown.
What a shoot charge ETN will be staring at a casey rush defense that held its own versus Detroit in Week one held them under four yards per run versus David Montgomery allowed only three point five.
Montgomery a loops the first hit by Trent McDuffie, but ups in there and shuts it down.
They didn't handle Jamiir Gibbs runs as well. In case you think ETN is more Gibbs than Montgomery.
Went into the right to the edge and it stays on his feet, gets the first down.
Chiefs pass defense Lawrence faces. They come in off a subpar outing versus Jared Goff allowed a mid nineties rating over two hundred and fifty yards a touchdown no picks. Wasn't terrible, but it wasn't great. Aman Ras saying Brown is Detroit's number one, and he hurt the Chiefs the most.
Got up truck SAE crowd to the end zone to.
Try to touchdown Jacksonville's number one. In Week one, newcomer Calvin Ridley, especially in the first half, finished with over one hundred yards in a td.
Larn's fires and it's caught by Redley. He's still going.
Colvin Redley got on the sideline.
Ridley moves around, so no specific one on ones to talk about with him. The Casey secondary also has wide receivers A Jones to chase over fifty yards in a TV last week.
Died with You by Say Jones. You got to touchdown.
Quiet week one for white out Christian Kirk, so he's looking for a big Sean bounce back. Tight End Evan Ingram rounds out Spacoli's pass catchers almost fifty yards in week one.
It's the tight end. Ingram picks up with Jack Wars first out.
Casey gets Chris Jones back.
That's big.
He joins George Carloftis and Mike Dana as their top QB hunters. Casey's pass rush only got home once versus Detroit, but they did pressure Golf over thirty percent of his dropbacks. Anything over thirty is good stuff, and the Lions O line is tough, so they take that again this week.
God pressure and brought down holding out of the ball is dead.
Up Jaguars at home this week. Maybe they'll throw on their black and gold. All right, fine, it's not even gold. It's mustard yellow and I know it was supposed to be black and teal, but these do vall are burned
¶ DAL NYJ
into my subconscious Either that or I meant black and gold helmet, not jersey. I don't know. That's so week one and I'm onto week two. The Titans of New York aka the New York Jets head to the lone Star State week two, feeling like their d can win any game for.
Him on slides pass, incomplete read and coverage.
They face off with a team that feels the same. Though Randy Marsh calls on America's team, rest of us call them the Cowboys and the Dallas d was looking very doomsdayish last week.
Here lookin Joes fucked up.
Also, my guess as to what Cowboys super fan and Scooter mcgruder's video about the Cowboys win last week went like it was a fine showing more of that please versus the other New York team this week and scene.
And can you believe it?
After it started so picture perfectly for the New York Giants, ends and disaster.
Dude is hard to rile up, is all I'm saying. And Dallas's defense may be hard for the Jets to do much against A because of New York's offense losing what they thought was the missing piece to their puzzle.
Time runs out, Town goes Rogerson. Now Rogers sits down. He's coming out of a game.
B because Dallas's defense just manhandled New York's other team, who also doesn't score a very potent offense.
Cowboy's coming again and they get to Jones for a six times.
How does New York's O line keep Dallas's pass rush off, Zach Wilson. They buried Daniel Jones seven times, hit him twelve times, pressured him at an absurd rate.
Thirty ten Cowboys break four Jones up the middle, turning down by Michael.
Carson, Lawrence Armstrong sacks Micah Parsons one, DeMarcus Lawrence one, Osa Odighiezula two Jones.
No time again. Also Digi sua.
Wilson better be able to drop quarters because dimes aren't enough against Dallas's secondary. They held Jones to one hundred and four yards under four yards per attempt rating in the low thirties. Two picks one to the house.
Right here, touchdown off the rock land.
Now they set their sights on Vincent adult man Wilson is back in the saddle for the Jets.
Third down, quick setup, quick throw. The passes caught for the first out.
Be sure there aren't multiple people under Wilson's jersey. Didn't do much against the Bills, but to be fair, Wilson wasn't expecting to be out there. He at least led them to one key drive.
Wilson wide open his lazaarn first down Jets and he picks his way down inside the thirty.
Wilson will look to Garrett Wilson plenty, especially if he conjures up the matrix again and turns a zach incompletion into a.
Tea Garrett Wilson, Who what a Cats touchdown.
Sets Wilson versus Trayvon Diggs only happens if Garrett lines up on the left side. That's Diggs country in Dallas. Oh, so go take advantage of the right side. Then how good can that Stefan Gilmour guy be?
Right?
What's that three passes defense last week and a pick?
Oh, it's running for his life, throws it back across.
It's ruled a pick on the field by Stefan Kilmore.
Allen Lazard as New York's other primary pass catching threat, all of which could mean the Jets could load up on Dalvin Cook and Brice Hall. Not much from Cook in week one, but he has that resume all average twelve point seven yards per carry. He broke off an eighty three yard hand off his to Hall begos Bracely had ten carries, Cook had thirteen. Expect each guy to toke it more. This week. Cowboys run defense versus Saquon allowed four point three to Barkley, which is okay based on.
That back mark lay behind the line scrimmage. Terrific penetration there.
And says gange Green. Maybe we don't light the scoreboard on fire, but let's see you try and do it against our defense.
Allan looking left is gonna launch hardy downfield over Crown expects.
Cowboys offense saw what New York did against the Mighty Bills. Offense hit Josh Allen off three times.
Allen gets rid of it down the middle. It is Pets again, buy white Head.
They recovered a fumble he lost and sacked him five times.
Allen is what down get hard by Jermaine Johnson.
Dak Prescott and his line didn't face much heat when he's won didn't take a sack on twenty four dropbacks.
Mak's got four out there for a get.
Over the top of lot up a Cdy left stop getting go him down the sideline.
Dak and the Cowboys pass game wasn't really needed. Prescott's numbers were subpar because of it. Jet's cornerbacks will be doing battle with Ceedee Lamb this week. He called in seventy seven yards. He's their star.
He truly has become a superstar in this league.
So bring on the juicy one on one with Sauce, Gardner or DJ Reid if he tries to avoid Sauce not quite. Lamb likes to start from the slot, so Michael Carter has to show up. He gave up a touchdown in week one, allowed a rating over one thirty.
Cousin Allen clips Scott touchdown decks.
Gardner, and Reed will be squaring off with Brandon Cooks and Michael Gallup. So if Dallas does need to run a little more or no problem since they can hit New York With Tony Pollard seventy yards two scores five a run in his open.
Up, the fullback leads Collared bounces the Cowboys score again.
Jets defense solid across the board, though held James Cook the three point eight to carry last week. Their guys just fly to the ball from all over here.
He is cuts back, can't get away from Quincy Williams.
This won one of the better Week one games just based on the defenses. Jets haven't started a year two
¶ MIA NE
and oh since Fitzmagic was in town back in twenty fifteen. He's riding around with George Kittle and Cam Jordan these days. If they need insurance AFC East Action. New England Patriots at home for Sunday Night football, better buckle up. The Miami Dolphins are coming to town, meaning in the patch or the next step to see if they can trap a cheetah.
I'm going to the in zone in hot hill, Touchtown, touchdown, tout dolphensive recaptures the league.
This game has the makings for plenty of fireworks, and not just because of Miami's most recent passing outing, but because of New England's as well.
To the episode touchdown touchdown Kendrick one.
More on that later, but we have to start with Tua and Tyreek Cat's defense facing the hottest TB in the league. Tongue of Iloa, putting up over four hundred and fifty yards three tds a one to ten rating over ten yards per attempt in Week one.
Two on the Move, going deep speedways postme hell post hell.
Cat's defense faces the hottest wide receiver in the league. Hill drop two bills and some change found Bob Rossland and twice.
He's got who defense a touchdown? He electrifying who finish yours off?
For Ta Hill was in the puffy little clouds. Indeed, the penguin didn't get to waddle, but Jalen had seventy eight yards a cush the.
Little clock Why wattle and dirty does quilt wattle foot a.
Poy plus three other guys had forty plus yards apiece. It was more than just a two man show.
Were dumblet of dollars with a nice kitch and downfield quick left?
Okay, So Ellie's defense isn't exactly known for being scrooge like, whereas Bill Belichick, you know, his defenses are usually a little stingier.
Cups out, he's clock up. Oh my goodness, Marcus Child's with.
The recovery Patriots defense last week held more than its own against the Eagles offense. They faced thirty three Jalen Hurts pass attempts only allowed one hundred and seventy yards a single TD just five point two an attempt.
As Hurts, that's a labbler at bows. They had pressure.
They cannot afford to let Tua just sit in the pocket like he did versus La. Tua gave them a chance to shop forty five times. La left with zero bags.
Brock right there most of the mzoft touchdown.
Maney Miami would love another performance from its line like that. New England can't afford it. Matthew Judan and Josh Uche will try and prevent it. They each had a sack last week, New England racking up three overall.
There's turks now chash Juwdon makes the play the sack.
Hill split reps between the slot and the outside, so no one on one plus no one guy should really try and cover him. Patriots rookie cornerback Christian Gonzalez was picked on the most in New England's loss. He allowed eight catches ninety nine yards. Watch this route by Brown on the young rookie fie.
There's all kinds of space off at Gonzabes that time.
It wasn't that he was terrible, It's just that that was the guy they picked on. New England's defense held Philadelphia's rush attack in check under four yards per carry allowed. Miami, of course, doesn't run much twenty carries last week, just three and a half per Raheem Moster did punch one in.
At least to go to a quick star didn't go the fullback. You'll follow most quarkscrew touchdown.
Back to New England's offense. Now, based on Miami's defensive struggles, the Pats are thinking they can put up some digits. Mac Jones threw for over three hundred yards three tds last week.
As Jones goes to the.
EG zone, man it is what got the touchdown Hudger Henry.
The Miami defense he faces didn't get lit up through the air, but they didn't lock anyone up per se allowed Justin Herbert to put up a rating close to one hundred. He went twenty three of thirty three and they didn't kick him off.
Herbert's curbs got through s Williams at the thirty one.
Patriots will hope for better pass protection this week. Jones faced pressure thirty five percent of his dropbacks last week.
Well second and five.
Jon knocked down at the forty three biggest defensive rush of the game.
Dolphin pass rush isn't as loaded as Philadelphia's. Still they sacked Herbert three times solid pressure rate, so Jones will still deal with some heat.
The newly signed sailor is able to beat Zion Johnson.
When Mac letson fly first guy up. Based on Week one, anyway wide receiver Kendrick Bourne eleven targets four more than anyone else. He scored twice to.
The EG zone.
Man, what it up for?
Five?
Four?
Yeah? Scutched down? They wait n they got the second foot down.
Quiet Dave for their expected number one as Juju Smith Schuster only accounted for thirty three yards. Overall, Miami secondary has a lot of guys to track. Jones targeted six guys six plus times each. Tight end Hunter Henry fifty six yards and a score.
Good a catch. That pass was almost out of rage for Henry.
Running Back Ramandre Stevenson six catches sixty four yards.
Back to Stevenson spend another one.
It would also not be shocking to see Belichick call for lots of Stevenson and Zeke on the ground. They didn't do much last week and Elliott lost a fumble.
As dropped Trumbo by Elliott.
Still, we've seen the script before. Crap was I not supposed to say that anyway? New England will go ground and pound if they think it's the opposition's weakness. Based on Week one, stopping the runs very much won for Miami.
We're always not too big hug under the second looking and run.
The Dolphins were in a track meet last week because they couldn't stop the run. Gave up over two hundred and thirty rushing yards to the Chargers, allowed almost six
¶ SF LAR
yards per three touchdowns.
They still kicked the up tempo touchdown.
It's the so Cow no Cow throwdown. When the La Rams at Who's House in week two one to oh record feeling like the old man who's about to get tossed on the cart too early, they don't go clue, we're not dead yet.
It's a toss left to agers pill going on touch on fourth, a goal from the one and the Rams have a double digit leave one down a lot more to go nine as out three two three.
They get their favorite buddies from the north of San Francisco forty nine ers picked up where they left off last time. They had a QB that didn't look like the Black Knight at the end of the fight.
Party looking in Zoe let'son Rappert He's got touchdown to brandon Io.
The Rams are taking on a brock Party who keeps looking like the real deal holy Field. They're raiding over one to ten on the road at Hinz Field with TJ. Watt on his A all game two tds, no I in ts two hundred and twenty yards Rock.
Party and the forty nine ers Holy I want to start.
The Rams, however, offer this as a counter on the road versus Geno Smith, Tyler Lockett, DK Mettcalf held Smith to one hundred and twelve yards on twenty six tries. That's a Ron Measley four point three yards per attempt.
Here comes up the middle.
Gino retreats and rows followed the drop incomplete airly intercepted.
LA allowed a TD to Metcalf, but they held him to forty seven yards. No one else even mustered twenty against them.
Here comes Uplitz, He's flooding to his right, starts it incomplete, and the LA defense again.
Do not break one on one to watch In this game, LA cornerback Darien Kendrick against Brandon Ayuk. Kendrick gave up a TD to Metcalf, but five targets ten yards overall.
He fires en.
Zone broke it up incomplete looking for Lockett derry On.
Kendrick locked him up.
Ayuk, on the other hand, eight catches almost one hundred and thirty yards. Two scores star in the making.
Are you are you? A Yuk?
Is really out higher?
What a catch?
Hurdy's other pass catchers the usual suspects. Deebo wasn't in netflick though. Samuel five catches fifty five yards in week.
One, Devo in cut and he just went over the middle ten and fuck that ball with two powerful hands.
Is a threat. But he didn't do much receiving last week, and neither did George Kittle now lost that.
Throws the gittle right flat and he's going to be surrounded by three Steelers.
George Kittle with just nineteen yards, which is why I tried to tell people about Greg. For all the Greg Kittle naysayers, don't come hopping on the bandwagon later, Okay, at all can LA's pass rush get to Purdy. San Francisco gave up three sacks all the TJ Watt on the right side.
Ron Purdy really sharp today. Pressure from behind him. SATs. Look the ball came out. It was luck that got there again. Dad, He's got the ball.
Houlton mckivitz, San Francisco's right tackle. This week he draws LA outside linebacker Michael Hoyt half a sack last week.
Pocket crumbling.
Now it's Arn's turn with help from Michael Hoyts.
Back to back sacks from the LA defense.
LA's elite pass rusher is a DT. Of course. Aaron Donald had a half sack as well. Rams pressuring Smith over thirty percent of the time, solid stuff, you.
Know, stiff back to pass pressure in his face.
Take it there, the rookie gum Kobe Turner.
One thing LA did not handle well versus Seattle was Kenneth Walker. Gave up over five a run to him. Just didn't face many runs. They will face plenty this week. McCaffrey's coming. He laid down over one hundred and fifty yards on almost seven yards of carry. Andy scored.
Try to do something here with Christian McCaffery got a bruising.
Bark from Brandon Auke got another from bray Ray.
McCloud a touchdown.
It's a sixty five yard lightning strike for McCaffery.
Run game less of a talking point when LA has the ball. Their offensive efficiency in Seattle sparked by Matthew Stafford's arm.
Watch when Stafford releases this ball because Bobby Wagner is still moving backwards and here comes the in Ralph oh took at that beautiful window.
Matthew was outstanding, and I thought the offensive line protected.
Really well and their O line. Stafford's line deserves a ton of credit. The Rams big ugly sparkled versus the Seahawks, not allowing a sack, only two QB hits on thirty eight pass attempts, sets.
His feet, launches over the top left side, take me at the thirty dragged down at the twenty three yard line.
If they can give Stafford that much time again, maybe he goes for over three hundred and thirty yards again. San Francisco's secondary taking on wide receiver two two at Well.
I'm not surprised.
You know, that's what two two at Well had been doing going months back.
He comes in off one hundred and nineteen yard day.
On third down over the middle of two two twell, and.
So does rookie wide receiver Puka Nakua Hooka Nakua. What a grown man he was today one hundred nineteen yards for him to last week, Stafford's not hit with the kids. That's so cringe.
Stafford, who backsat pressure has to get rid of it in the traffic in the bull with the catch of the toe tap at the forty seven?
Are you kidding me?
Rook It's also cap right. The pass rush La faced last week akin to a sparring partner compared to what they are gonna face this week.
Armsted Well flu Jamalco was left. Now he jogs just around.
We'll get him back on the twenty guy line. Baby.
San Francisco's front is Barney Gumble loaded. Defensive end Drake Jackson had three sacks. Defensive tackle Yvon Hargrave had one. Team had five total a pressure rate over forty five. That's rerun territory.
He his picket out of a shotgun and Hargrave and Kinlaw got there.
The grave diggery man. He was big, but he could dance with the best of them. All that and Nick Bosa didn't bag anyone. In turn, Stafford is tangling with a defense that held Kenny Pickett to a sub seventy rate picketed him twice.
Please bucket here te ten teth by water plick by w fung goo one leads.
To another Rams run game. Was it super efficient in week one? Relevant in the red zone though? Three touchdowns?
Second to go with the seventh Williant sorry side and Kylen Williams for this second touchdown of the day.
¶ BAL CIN
A lot of folks thought this was setting up to be a Northern invasion of SOFI, but LA fans have motivation now. The Cincinnati Bengals are at home for Week two, another AFC North beef squash affair. The Baltimore Ravens, coming in off an opening season victory.
Jackson duty dance off, he goes again with Jackson past.
The game features two big name qbs, both coming in off subpar outings. Though Lamar's didn't cost him the game, soon does.
Joe Burrow's looking he's on his horse because the pressure's there, and Miles Garrett is the one who gets hold.
Jackson faced pressure forty two point three percent of the time still went seventeen for twenty two, for a healthy seven point seven yards per attempt, doing it all without his blue blanket Mark Andrews.
Jackson altered down.
It's Tyler still. Cincinnati's defense doesn't take on an in fuego Lamar. He had a sub eighty rating vers Houston. No TD is a pick and under one hundred and seventy yards.
Passing Jackson again under pressure. Was it picked? Yes, it was.
Are you a flock optimist or should it be flocking? If so, you think Jackson is still getting comfy at the new offensive controls. This isn't Star Wars where you just jump in a ship you've never seen and fly off.
Like a boss.
Jackson's where's tis Dads? Todd picking over the shoulder.
The Bengals Week one showing against the pass though, could mean for a delay and true Lamar lift off. They held Deshaun Watson too one hundred and fifty four yards, passing just five point three yards per attempt, one touchdown, an I int and a sub seventy raiding.
Throws intercept it picked off by tax Hill.
Andrews being back would bring a significant alteration to the Ravens aerial attack, as far as defending the tight end, Bengals held Cleveland's David and Joku to twenty.
Four yards bounces off the hand of Nadjoku the pass by Watson.
Will we see more from Obj this week? He was quiet in his Baltimore debut, just thirty seven yards. Baltimore's Rashad Bateman had a similar opener just thirty five yards. The guy Jackson honed in on slot receiver z A Flowers ten targets. No one else had more than three lumbers.
What a dynamism in this kid's legs. Just incredible.
The rookie with a nice debut going for nine catches seventy eight yards.
Jackson alter down.
Those dudes will do battle with Cincinnati cornerbacks Mike Hilton, Cam Taylor Britt and cheetoh A Woozier. Yeah, Woozier played in Week one. I got disinformation, I tell you, set the football.
And recovered fine. The Bengals a Loosia.
Bengals defense still has to defend the run well in this game, something they did not do well last game. Baltimore's O face was still run dominant in Week one, twenty two pass attempts, thirty two rush attempts. Jackson leading the way with thirty eight yards on six point three round he goes against Justice Hill could get increased play this week. He scored twice last week, and so could Gus Edwards. Eight carries thirty two yards.
That's for a run is Edwards, and he's gonna bang it in for the two points.
Cincinnati gave up two hundred and six yards rushing on five point two a carry and a touchdown to the Browns. They gave up forty five yards and a TD to Watson, and they allowed Nick Chubb five point nine yards per carry one hundred and six yards. They should get tested plenty again.
Or for shop Nick Chubb taking it to the outside.
One way to keep Baltimore's run game off the field. Make them chase points, which they did not make Cleveland's offense do Bengals offense spending a lot of time on the sideline last week.
So poised, but you've sent some frustration.
Joe Burrow got the biggest check anyone has ever received, then dropped the biggest dud you'll ever see from him. Under ninety yards passing two point six yards per attempt, a low fifties, and I'm not sure he.
Would have had a first down even coming down with it because of the coverage.
It would help if he could get more time this week. He didn't get a lot of it. In Week one. He only got sacked twice, but he got hit ten times. That's a lot pressured. Thirty six point four percent of his dropbacks over thirty is no bueno.
In trouble, brows, dunts.
Baltimore's pass rush could bring just as much heat if week one means anything. Five sacks, ten QB hits, a pressure right near forty.
My action fake golf to Pierce. He struggled running for his life.
Excepts their rush came from all over the field too. Five different guys had won, three second level linebackers, a safety and a DT.
Fort They were a six sex thats a clud.
Baltimore strong showing up front led to a strong showing in back. Held CJ. Stroud to a rating under eighty just five point five yards per attempt, no touchdown.
The Whippers a strike.
It's caught on a pass, Robert Woods going up high for it.
Two day's line of thinking. This week, Brow and his whiteouts present a much more difficult challenge than Stroud and company. Burrow going back to back games looking like that as likely as game preview guy getting asked to fill in for Morgan Freeman on some voiceover work and it goes without saying if Burrow threw for less than one hundred yards, then Tyler Boyd, T Higgins and Jamar Chase all come in icy as well.
Burrow, let's it fly, buck it up Higgins intended receiver.
Maybe don't call the Ravens tweetye or anything like that this week.
Gosh come Burrow bounces.
Off the head of Chase X factor permanently on Joe Mixon's jersey. He was kind of their lone bright spot last week on offense over fifty yards over for.
A run, Mixon catch to the Claire Joe mix it.
Oh.
One other X factor DeMarcus Robinson. If he comes through for the Ravens this week, it would be huge thing
¶ DET SEA
he plays for the Rams. Was just making sure people were listening. Well done, everyone, You passed the test. Seattle Seahawks on the road for week two. You off to Detroit where they should expect to hear that old ac DC song about big parties blasting through the speakers.
Oh me, fake it.
The lisidely faked from their own seventeen yard line and pick up the first down.
Dan Campbell's setting the tone already for this season.
Anything goes Seattle and the rest of the NFL get it after last week. Dan Campbell's upper upper class high society, so his ballrooms are always full. But will all those dirty balls that were bouncing to the left and to the right last week end up being held in Detroit's hands again this week?
Rookie ties the game with this first NFL touchdown.
Proved to be such wonderful fun, but we've seen it before. Big opening week win gets followed by a dud. The Lions do have a QB that looked good taking on a defense that struggled against the pass. Though Detroit's Jared Goff comes in off a nice Week one mid nineties rating over two hundred and fifty yards, a touchdown, no picks all on the road at Arrowhead.
Jared.
Too shy of the first down.
Philli ramon the past defense that he faces this week, gave up three hundred and thirty four yards to Matthew Stafford. Ox's secondary didn't face any star wideouts, but they made stars out of two to two at Well and Pooka Nakua one hundred and nineteen yards each. I never said that dude's name in.
The traffic in the blow with the catch and the toe tap at the forty seven.
The pass catching group Seattle's DB's are contending with this week does feature a star Amarra Saint Brown. Still Golf's go too scored versus Casey was thrown to the most.
Goff a trash Saint Brown to the end zone to try and touchdown.
Saint Brown bounces between the slot and the outside. Seattle's cornerbacks don't travel, so Saint Brown's most common starting point may have to do with where they think Waldo is. Last week it was Trey Brown for Seattle. He covers the right side. He gave up over seventy yards on three catches Lacool with the catch wide receiver Josh Reynolds. He led Detroit with eighty yards.
Go look who the middle and come back to cash the Renolds.
Seattle cornerback Reek Wollen locked down his side of the field just fine. And if Seattle gets rookie cornerback Devin Weatherspoon back this week, he was close Last week it could Shore some things up. They also have to put a little heat on the QB. In Week two versus Stafford, thirty eight pass attempts, not one sack only hit.
Him twice, and Stafford holds it just long enough.
Seahawks have to play the run well in this contest. They did so well enough versus LA, but no one can blame Motor City Kittie fans for feeling like their O face hasn't reached its potential yet.
First out, spinning a turning Gibbs through a hard hit, stays on his feet.
Gibbs took the back seat in their opener to David Montgomery and only got seven carries six yards of pop in this feeling like, oh man, he's about to go.
It was the back running to.
The right to the end. Jan Gibbs stays on his feet. It's the first down.
Montgomery was effective enough. He's a grinder three point five a run on twenty one chances long of eight, but he scored.
On gummy gets some admitted to the inside for the touchdown.
Hawks have some fixing to do on both sides of the ball. Gino Smith has to try and get back on track after only mustering one hundred and twelve yards passing on four point three yards of per attempt.
Spill pressure comes late and it's incomplete.
He didn't get great protection. Two sacks taken, seven QB hits, a pressure rate over thirty five.
Man rush Smith said, trouble the pressure coming from Hyrant say.
He also saw both his tackles leave the game hurt. The key battle up front whoever they started right tackle versus Detroit defensive end Aiden Hutchinson. Lions pass rush started the year with a DONA in a sack column, but they pressured Patrick Mahomes over forty percent of his passes. Thirty is considered high. They hit him seven times, that's a healthy total, hutch hitting him three times alone.
Homes retreats sit up top for great it's incomplete.
Will the referees allow Seattle's right tackle to line up in the full back position and give him a head start each snap. I don't know. I'm just asking so long as Cheech isn't given the job of watching the line this week, the playing field should be a little more even for Hutchinson.
Well, start offense number seventy four and there you see Jawan Taylor playing slot receiver finally got busted on one.
How fast am I going? I think you're pulled over man. Detroit's new look secondary takes on Geno in the company. With momentum on their side, they held up well against the best in the game. Patrick Mahomes was still out there doing Patrick Mahomes things, and they held him to under two hundred and thirty yards passing under six yards per attempt in a sub eighty rating.
Oh takes by Hunchinson first on the run. Nobody there at all.
Of course, the targets in this game will be tougher to cover, but rookie wide receiver Jackson Smith and Jigba didn't do much in Week one. Thirteen yards wide receiver Tyler Lockett left hurt, so have to track his status. And then there's their other thousand K guy from last year, DK Metcalf. He at least had his way once for a TV versus the Rams.
Floats it for backto touchdowns Seattle.
And yeah, decided to double down on him. But you know it's not right right, Maybe that's why I'm doubling down. Two negatives make a positive. Metcalf did most of his work from the left side. He'll be up against Detroit cornerback Jerry Jacobs a lot. He saw six targets versus case only allowed thirteen yards.
He shut down field towards Richie j keep quick. Let the Lions had that well covered. Jerry Jacobs running with him.
Seahawks would like to see Kenneth Walker get more tokes along the ground. Sixty four yards five point three a run. Just can't fall so far behind if they want to use him more so.
One of them carries the football and gets suburb to the edge a stiff arm thrown by Walker as he goes.
Out of bounds.
Lyons rush defense. Walker's battling with gave up some big runs to homes on broke and plays, but overall they took care of business. Ninety yards allowed three point nine per carry is an ice cube kind.
Of days left.
Someone wrote, someone slept through math class Yeah, and English and history. I'm using thousand k guy as my thing.
Now, Look, we got a bunch of fighters up there, you know, and and uh they're they're they're connected as a unit and as a group.
Las Vegas Raiders heading east for Week two, feeling very money about themselves to.
Open with a division opponent on the road. What a statement today for the Raiders.
Off to Buffalo to take on the Bills, who no disrespect will happily welcome facing the Raiders defense as.
Time he'sit down the middle on a post and intercepted by one hit.
Josh Allen fourth it.
I heard our team and I I cost our team a night. Josh Allen better have Big Sean on repeat in his earbuds all week. He needs to bounce back from his l like nobody's business. Yeah, same same place, different sets his sights on the Raiders to try and pretend like Week one didn't happen.
Do you feel like you're the reason and I am the reason why we lost the.
Name fumble lost three I INT's in his first chance to show last year's turnover issues.
We're a fluke Alan back to pass byers to the right corner, weak up by John and Whitehead his third interception.
Of the game.
Vegas certainly doesn't possess a dface like New York's, but they do come in off a nice outing against the pass. Forget the two tds and the triple digit rating. They held Russell Wilson to one hundred and seventy seven yards, passing just five point two per attempt.
Third and goal from the six, Wilson just throws it up.
¶ LV BUF
He's got to throw it away.
Can they apply as much pressure to Alan as New York did. That's one thing Buffalo hopes to remedy this week. Alan got bagged five times last week.
Back to pass now get a step up with the paper and his thrown to the term by Jermaine Johnson.
Alan faced pressure over thirty five percent of the time. Remember over thirty is too much.
Man.
The Raiders pass rush didn't pressured Wilson a lot, but of course Thunderdome Max Crosby has to be accounted for. He got one of Vegas's two sacks in week one.
Pocket collapses down, he goes Max Crosby again.
That was a phenomenal passwords.
Raider's secondary will be laser focused on Stefan Diggs. Ten catches over one hundred yards and a trip to the paint versus New York rowling right.
Rolling to the sideline, falls into the into closing did Diggs for a touchdown.
Dig saw thirteen targets. Running back James Cook was second with six. Look for Allen to try and utilize the likes of Gabe Davis and his tight end duo of Dawson Knox and Dalton Kincaid a little more this week, just.
Able to get it away and the pass caught by Dawson Knox for.
A first down.
Raiders still have to look at Buffalo's run game as their X factor. Bills were in a low scoring, tight game and still threw twice as much as they ran. James Cook twelve carries forty six yards under foura carry Allen showed he's still a threat to Scamper six runs thirty six yards.
Allen steps trouble, makes a move and gets the first down. It's what he does week after week.
In this league.
The Raiders run game didn't produce much either. In Week one, bigger deal to them being its Josh Jacobs, who struggled at two point five a run forty eight yards. Obviously they're banking on that being the result of him not having his legs fully under him.
Yet it's a run to take him. He's wrapped up in the back of the camp, bring a go what's inside of the five? And he doesn't get any pick.
Bill's run de he faces gave up big numbers on the ground in Week one, primarily tied to the fact they let Breese Hall escape for an eighty yard scamper.
There goes Greece.
Buffalo was much better against the pass no shock as their secondary is stacked. Hard to say how they would have fared against mister Mushroom, but they took care of business against Zach Wilson save one drive. They picked him off, held him to one hundred and forty yards passing pressure.
Coming over the middle intercepted by Matt Milano down to the forty to the thirty five.
Yard line of the Jet the Old.
This week they take on a tougher passing offense led by one Jimmy g No.
Just does what it takes to win.
You know, didn't give you, didn't care about his statistics or anything like that.
Aroppolo just faced a very tough secondary and looked pretty good against it.
That was the best decision making game HiPE watch from a quarterback in a long time.
That's the reason you brought him here.
Twenty of twenty six two hundred yards are rating near one ten two tds.
No picks way by Jimmy Game on the.
Lime pocket collapsing nowhere to go with the ball he takes up.
It may help that he didn't go to Fresno State.
Jacobe's got incredible hands, you know, and and he's got good size and lank.
Jacoby won Myers led the team in targets, reception, and yards.
Kobe Myers back shoulder mats the grab call into the turn up touchdown.
Writers scored twice, and Taco Bell in My House was present took.
Kobe Myers on the split with his second touchdown. Crab and his Silver and Black debut.
Davante Adams, meantime, will still command plenty of attention in this game. Six catches sixty six yards out of the gate.
Just throwing four up fourth out pump bicklunk.
Adam has it at the twenty two and he's belt it off fourth down to version.
Jimmy would welcome another O line showing like the one he got last week.
I did like the way we stood in air and pass protected.
Never sniffed the grass on his twenty six dropbacks.
Third twelve garoppolo looking up from the middle waiting for at him. He comes three the thirty four and I points the ball in the middle.
It has a first out sniffing the grass is bad and tay kids, I mean not really anymore, I guess, but in the NFL it still is. Bill's pass rush can't be overlooked. Forty three point five pressure rate last week. That's big Lotto, Big Leonard Floyd led the way with one and a half bags.
Pressure cutting, trying to flee the pocket, and he kept die.
He's crossed.
There are the Bills going to start zero to two, the Raiders two and zero, or we'll both walk off the field, even Steven. It's a battle of the unbeatens. The Atlanta Falcons at home in their nest this week, awaiting the new look green Bay Packers, who are hoping they're watching the beginnings of Return of the Jedi, or maybe Naked Gun. Thirty three and a half.
After a couple of times, go ahead, Ze car Tops touchdown green Bay.
The Grassy Posse is besides themselves right now. Lennon was right. Jordan has all green Bay needs love.
Pass Jones it shot, Bara Jones racing to the Zonason touchdown.
Green Bay.
Love is coming into this game. Hot sounds like something you need to protect yourself from. Atlanta's secondary dealing with what, all of a sudden looks like a very polished QB. Three touchdowns, no picks, rating over one twenty, over two hundred and forty passing yards over nine yards per attempt.
In Week one, Love sling It's caught by two rays.
Who's got his first chest today?
Falcons of twenty twenty two would have been the team to keep your mojo rolling against twenty twenty three. They held the one QB they faced to less than one hundred and fifty passing yards under four yards per attempt, a.
Rating under fifty Young throws.
Sure, that was against Bryce Young, but Love isn't that much older or more experienced, right, Atlanta Optimism a tough part about Green Bay's aerial attack. It wasn't built around any one guy. Falcons have running back Aaron Jones to worry about. Led the team with eighty six receiving yards
¶ GB ATL
and found paint.
Jones gets a block first out, turns out the speed parrot.
Jones down the sideline, hits off the ten.
Rookie tight end Luke Musgrave fifty yards.
He's got a man line open. Let's Grave catchers it.
Rookie wide receiver Jayden Reed forty eight yards second year man Romeo Dobbs two tds.
Loo look at it draw fad shot it a cot for the touchdown. Romeo Dobs hull a tub.
The Falcons, of course, also have to worry about Aa Roun on the ground. He scored rushing to four point six a carry.
Love Tara Jones. He walks in for the touchdown.
Will he see more handoffs versus Atlanta. They allowed Carolina to hit at four point eight to run on thirty two try and Miles.
Sanders gets a first down going out of bounds across midfield.
Green Bay will definitely have to be ready to defend the run in this game. Falcons will hit them with their two headed back attack. Tyler Algier seventy five yards two scores five yards per.
Tyler Algier dunge back and he turned the corner and he can be funs off for a fucking touchdown.
And rookie Bejon Bijon Bassinger Bassinger Robinson says either one is fine. Ten carries in his debut and ie fifty six yards.
Jean Robinson asro Bjon Robinson on the way set five first of go Falcons.
Robinson also Atlanta's most targeted receiver in Week one, scored on one of his catches.
What's a move touched up?
Packers did just face an offense whose strength is running, though how they do it different than the Bears. But Green Bay's play against Chicago's traditional backs was good. Four yards per carry aloud or less all of them.
That's it back across the grant herb and gets knocked down at the twenty.
As for the Falcons passing attack, they'd love another mistake free game from Desmond Ritter this week versus Carolina fifteen to eighteen rating over one ten pass is.
Caught, He's got a first out.
Kyle Pitts one hundred and fifteen passing yards tells you Atlanta's o face still all about keeping things low key. Green Bay's secondary comes in off a solid outing picked off Justin Fields once held him to a sub eighty rating. Just hard to know how often they'll see action this week.
Intercepted Clay Walker's got it Walker's so good looking for the episode Playwalkers.
Shuts down.
Packers pass rush would also seem like a deterrent for Atlanta to throw too much. Ridder took four sacks despite the low attempt total Ritter.
He is gonna be spothered.
The Packers, meantime, got home four times in Week one, sacks from Lucas van Nass and Devonte Wyatt, two of their promising young pass rushers.
Problem again and that's chasing him and he gives them down. Oh the rookie Lucas fan ness.
The last time Atlanta went two to o to start a year twenty seventeen, and they beat Green Bay in week two to do it. Cheeseheads they love will prevail both on the field and off of it. Right, Carolina Panthers at home week two of the season, taking on the one to no New Orleans Saints, whose defense could be more than enough to get them their second wind.
That's set third molda there.
Saints d flexed big in Week one and now set their sights on a rookie QB who had a rough introduction to the NFL. Bryce Young one hundred and forty six yards a TD against two picks under four yards per attempt, a rating under fifty.
Young throws its subject.
New Orleans believes their defense is even tougher than Atlanta's. They dominated Tennessee's offense, held Ryan Tannehill to a twenty eight point eight rating under two hundred yards, zero tds, three picks.
Dannon Hill took a here, save lives. That's a facts third and reception.
Saint Sautanehill throw a d HAP thirteen times, held him to sixty five yards seven catches.
Times over the middle, broke it up, Parks on Latimore at Diadre Hopkins.
That's a fun battle.
Will Young have time? Saints pass rush against the Panthers line is a mismatch on paper. At the very least, Young faced pressure thirty seven point five percent of his dropbacks. They'd like to get that below thirty.
This week bzers off.
A sack, but keep pounding. Faithful know their O line was a question mark coming in and now they face
¶ NO CAR
an even stronger pass rush than they did in Week one.
Danehill eats it, which might be the wise move there.
New Orleans comes in off a three sack, ten QB hit, forty five pressure rate outing Trent would tell you thirty plus is good, but forty plus is kind of money.
Surrounding the pocket Tennas brought out and that's Tamon Jordan have.
To deal with Cam Jordan. Of course, half a sack last week. Curtis Granderson sack and a half.
Last week's driven back.
Granderson, I know it's Karl since I mix up Dante and Dexter Fowler. I'm covering for future slips. Carolina ended up throwing thirty eight times, still taking thirty two topes, So the Saints run defense skills will be tested plenty. Miles Sanders Panthers debut over seventy yards for a run.
Sanders and Miles Sanders gets a first down going out of bounds across midfield.
Cuba Hubbard gave him sixty yards on six point seven a carry, and Hubbard banks through.
A first down up to the thirty eight yard line.
So what's that duo staring at New Orleans? Held Derrick Henry to four point three a run sixty three yards. I say held because holding Henry to four point three is solid work.
But it's Henry gets the good head surrounded, Davis doesn't down.
While the Saints would take more of that from their d they'd like a little more were out of their Oh, it wasn't that it was a dud. The Panthers take on a Derek Carr who went for over three hundred yards over nine yards per attempt. That's healthy and a mid nineties rating.
Bar dous you stay down, it buys a target.
Chris Alave Panthers have to slow a three headed wide receiver attack. Chris o'lav eight catches over one hundred and ten yards to start his twenty twenty three.
Far examines that so second Watts t's it right. Inscribe to a Lave Rashid. I feel the need for Shaheed's speed. Five catches eighty nine yards and a TD cots to sucks that orleans and who is this guy?
Michael Thomas five catches sixty one yards didn't leave the field hurt.
That's God first down, going immediately to work the veteran Mike Thomas the halted in for a big huck.
The Panthers' secondary they take on didn't face many passes in week one, shouldn't be the case this week.
Though.
They gave up a rating over one hundred and ten to Desmond Redder allowed him to complete fifteen of his eighteen throws, but they only gave up six point four an attempt only one hundred and fifteen yards. Pass defense wasn't the problem.
Pass is caught He's got a first at Kyle Pitts.
Car may not have to worry about carolina star cornerback j C. Horn either. He left hurt. Not having him would not help the situation for the Panthers, So track that one. Panthers pass rush should be able to past car He took four sacks, that's a lot. He got hit eight times, that's a lot. Pressured over fifty percent of his dropbacks. That's absurd.
Carol steps up, He's chase down.
Carolina's Brian Burns could take advantage of that absurdity. Started his season off with a bag and a half.
You see Burns coming off that left hand side and gets a little tom.
Of hawk chop.
Panthers enter the contest off of four sack outing only twenty two dropbacks too, so that's impressive. Saints Oline also having this slow Frankie Luvu and Derek Brown.
Brian Burns and Derek Brown. You hear those names a lot and you will all year.
Orland's offense was pretty balanced in Week one, but their run game didn't produce much. Jamal Williams didn't get any chances to celebrate in mccringleberry style. Two point five a run on eighteen chances just forty five yards.
William stop it up. There is a flag down, but the Titans did the stop.
He faces a defense that was susceptible to runners, though Carolina allowed five or more yards per carry to both Jean Robinson and Tyler Algier.
With a room, aout, a big hole, another first out, working his way across mos NFC South Ball.
It's the first game of a Monday night football doubleheader. The h to one Chicago Bears head to Tampa Bay for Week two. The Buccaneers a perfect one to zero thanks to some timely defense and some timely Baker Mayfield.
Here's attack. He's going to run it himself. Steamer movie. Okay, Baker, that's the Baker Mayfield.
We know fire. The cannons ready to welcome Mayfield home, not letting him move in permanently. But maybe he goes Todd and crashes on the couch for a while. We see where it goes.
Well, it's coming. Mayfield sees it and completes it. Time for another Tampa Bay first down. Well, this is just an unbelievable play by Baker. Right here.
Mayfield seems capable of plenty of Shenanigans too. Baker could string together back to back wins if Chicago's secondary doesn't figure some things out. They made Jordan Love look like their previous owner. Allowed over two hundred and forty yards, three touchdowns, no picks, a rating over one twenty.
Bear's low taps it a couple times, go aheads so card tops touchdown.
Green Bay.
Bears not only need better secondary play, Chicago needs more from its pass rush this week too. Just one sack last week three QB hits. Mayfield only got taken down once. Wasn't hit much. Tampa Bay's line held its ground.
Mayfield to Evans makes the catch at.
The forty one no shock. Mayfield leaned on Tampa Bay's dynamic wide receiver duo probably does so again this week. Chris Godwin five catches over fifty yards.
¶ TB CHI
Mayfield quick pass. Godwin did, he hang on?
He did?
What a touch by Godwin and that is gonna send everyone in Minnesota home.
Mike Evans six catches over sixty yards and a TD Mayfield looking.
For Huggins's donait dand waker. Mayfield to Mike Evans.
Evans should lock up plenty with Chicago cornerback Jalen Johnson. He actually moved around quite a bit versus Green Bay held things down thirteen yards four targets. Most of Godwin's work starts in the slot, so he'll battle a lot with Bear's rookie cornerback Tyreek Stevenson, who got beat for a TD in his debut.
Whoa look at to throw a fade for shot? It is god put a touchdown.
X factor Bucks run game as usual, Tampa Bay did run a lot more on Week one compared to twenty twenty two thirty three carries. Now for doing it well two point two yards per run. TV twelve was like, Yeah, that's why we didn't.
Bother going right and white with a yard.
Bucks don't usually expect much from its running game, but the Bears do, and they are looking for a better showing this week. They toped at twenty nine times in Week one. Aside from Justin Fields couldn't get anything blazing along the ground. Khalil Herbert twenty seven yards, Deontay Foreman sixteen yards. Fields fifty nine isn't even all that impressive relative to what he's capable of.
Here's field design run think it's the first one of the day and it doesn't go anywhere.
Can they get right against a Vita VEYA Devin White Levante David led rush defense, Bucks held the Alexander Madison led Vikings to two point four a carry.
Cousins to Madison stuck by Taya. That's three hundred and fifty pounds coming right at shit.
Tampa Bay's defensive issues in Minnesota were passing related, sort of, but tossing the pigskin around is not Chicago's strength, not yet anyway. Fields is facing a defense that gave up over three hundred and forty yards to Kirk Cousins, one hundred and fifty of those to JJ.
Couzins has two inside the thirty except the twenty five.
Now, to the sort of, the Vikings generated three turnovers, an interception, and two fumble recoveries off two sacks of Cousins. They hit him in Ed Rooney nine times.
Duff been accepted by Tampa Bay.
Now they set their sights on Fields, who understands the grass on a snoop dog level. His line allowed a pressure rate close to fifty last week. That's Willie Nelson Country. He took four more sacks.
Fields more pressure side sets, tucks it away, try.
To buckle the foot up. It is lucaid, It's gonna be picked up by Green.
Bay Bucks in turn not locking up with a QB with Mojo Fields lost to fumble was picked off sub eighty rating delivered in accepted.
Claywalker's got it, Walker's so good looking. For the episode, Playwalkers.
And Touchdown Chicago's big ad wide receiver Dj Moore, He's looking to rebound, only had two targets twenty five yards.
Field's quick jopp Roll Moore shout breaks another tackle wh he's inside the tent and everyone trying to bring him down.
DJ Moore first and goal.
Moore moved all over the field, but so did cornerback Jaii Alexander, and so does Tampa Bay's Carlton Davis. He allowed a lot of yards to Jefferson, but ended up holding Cousins to a sub ninety rating. Facing a fat eleven targets, third an eight to.
The sideline broke it up. What a play by Davis. With an awesome play on throw down.
Fields will also look to tight end Coule Comet. In week one, he got forty four yards Wide receiver Darnell Mooney fifty three yards in a score.
Fields Hello Jump going in to nest movie Please got it? Touss out Chicago.
The LA Chargers head east this week off to Tennessee. Tennessee and Los Angeles couldn't be any more different, and neither could some of these matchups. This is a major Rocky versus Apollo on one side, more of a Beavis versus butt Head on the other. The LA Chargers with their high flying offense.
Going dude, he stood out on the play.

three touchdowns, gave up two hundred plus yards to Tyree Hill.
He's got it's a touchdown.
Cannehill bit the dust behind the line of scrimmage three times, pressured a cartman waistline forty point five percent of his.
Dropbacks surrounding the block.
If tennas brought out Chargers pass rush, Tua gave them a chance to shop forty five times, La left with zero backs.
Two getting a block from them on the moon. Here he goes, and it's the deck.
Wisely, could Tennessee go back to overfeeding the King. Derrick Henry only had fifteen carries in a game that was close all the way, sixty three yards four point two a run.
At least Henry Hassey outsigned the first down and Moore Austin for the Marcus May as he moves Holloway down to the thirty.
The Chargers held Miami to three point five a run twenty carries. That's good for them compared to twenty twenty two.
We'll get awake from Man, but not Chase washed three.
LA's own run game a big part of why they lit up the scoreboard. Forty carries over two hundred rushing yards. Joshua Kelly with ninety one five point seven a run in a TD.
Kelly, there's true dog shod by Howard.
And of course the Titans will also have to try and stop Austin Eckler. He went for one hundred and seventeen yards in a touchdown on his sixteen carries.
Eckler, there's up the big hole under the secondary.
Look at them run chose Tomfield, Howend get some Eckler fives for fifty fives.
Tennessee has always handled runners well, did so in Week one, held the Jamal Williams New Orleans rush attack to just two point six a carry on twenty seven tries.
Williams stop it up. There is a flat down, but the Titans hit the stop.
Titans also have to stop Eckler in the passing game. Of course, he comes in off another one of his dual threat showings forty seven yards through the air.
There's got the big first down in room time, another huge play by Austin Eckler.
Justin Herbert threw to him five times, tied with Mike Williams for second most last week. Williams accounted for forty five yards.
Herberts and dude Bruce got the rest. Severed Mike Williams at the thirty one.
What a play, What a catch.
Herbert's top target Keen and Allen seventy six yards, six catches, the.
Quick snap Dude at the Keno's got the touchdown? Did to get a cross.
It's the same group Herbert tends to rely on most weeks. He went twenty two to thirty three for two hundred and twenty eight yards TD no picks, rating just under one hundred.
Herbert the fake pitch, click throw car Parham touchdown.
Now he goes after Tennessee's secondary, which did allow Derek Carr to throw for over three hundred yards. They gave up over one hundred yards to Chris o'lave.
Robstets it credit stride.
To a lave Tennessee's pass rush could do some damage. They did sack car four times, party k.
Off the EDGs the ball out. He was the first one there. Wreck ten man, He's a game wrecker.
Herbert meantime, taking down three times. Both squads just needed a field goal to win last week. How does it go this time? Pittsburgh Steelers at home again, This week's second game of a Monday night football doubleheader that will see them clash with the undefeated Cleveland brown.
Coming out and showing everyone around the league what this team could be.
Mike Tomlin probably telling his players this week, I will break my foot off in your a if you say anything derogatory about the Browns, Elves or the color orange for that matter.
Burl in trouble, Burrows dumps.
Can you pick it? And the Steelers may think they just faced an elite defense and this week it'll be easier. The dog pound begs to differ. They just held Joe Burrow in the Bengals high powered offense to three points. Made Burrow look like a burrow eighty two yards passing two point six yards per at ten.
And I'm not sure he would have had a first down. I've been coming down with it because of the coverage.
I suppose it's Jamar Chase, who looked like the Burrow in this case, that elf straight out of a Twilight Zone episode. Not sure why he went there. Cleveland's Elfie inspired dv's held Chase to thirty nine yards. T Higgins targeted eight times, not a single catch and still no.
Catch is correct for T Higgins direct this ball game, and we've seen this throughout.
And as Picket drops back, he has to worry about Miles Garrett. He bagged Burrow once the Browns hit him ten times.
He's on his horse because the pressure's there, and Miles Garrett is the one who gets halt.
Now, Garrett and his mates go after Picket, and unless Pittsburgh's O line improves, that's a problem. Because Pickett got
¶ CLE PIT
sacked five times, hit nine, pressured over forty five percent of his dropbacks. It was like a Walmart on blackfrid Look at.
The bigs one, ken A Vegs two and Strake Jeckson slams him down.
Picket would seem to need the time because without it, five yards per attempt rating under seventy two. I iNTS WOFF's what up to intercepted by Mordy Ward. Steelers could also try to go heavy on the run. They were so far behind so early last week. They didn't get much use out of Najie Harris five point two a carry, but just six carries.
For Harris, He's got a first down.
Nozzy Harris has a big game, turns the corner hurdles to the forty.
Pittsburgh's defense will be the one most preoccupied with stopping runners. They faced Nick Chubb one hundred and six yards in his first game, five point nine a carry. Another day at the office for that dude.
Hole for Shub, big job taking it to the outside.
He goes after a Steeler's rush defense that just got gashed by CMC gave up over one hundred and fifty yards to him on the ground, almost seven per run. They were very generous.
Try to do something here with Christian McCaffrey. Got a bruising block from Brandon Ayuk, got another from Ray McCloud. Turn it into a touchdown.
The Browns. You also have to worry about Deshaun Watson. He scored for Cleveland, running it forty five yards nine perst game.
Amper Watson looking forward himself and he's gone touchdown.
Browns.
The Steelers are taking on a happy Watson, but not one with a hot hand. Watson and the Browns passing attack hopes the weather was to blame for their Week one woes. Five point three in attempt, just one hundred and fifty four yards a TD and a pick.
Throws intercept it picked up by tax.
Hills Pittsburgh, the team to find his former self against Brock. Purdy would tell him yes, the Steelers allowed him to go nineteen for twenty nine, two tds, no I iNTS, a rating over one ten.
Party looking in zone, Brendan Ayuk, He's done.
His second touchdown.
That was despite getting a sack hat trick from TJ. Watt, five QB hits and a pass defense.
Pressure from behind him sets loop. The ball came out. It was what that got there again.
Watt did all that and they still got waxed. TJ. Hooker had Heather Locklear. TJ Watt needs a partner too.
I'm the forty six purty drol and drops.
I hope deb can calm her hubby this week. Maybe she tells him, honey. Steelers are slow starters, four of their last five Septembers, only one win. Everyone freaks out and then Mike Tomlin does Mike Tomlin things and check this out. Nineteen ninety three, Slater, Randall, Pink, Floyd, and Wooderson were out there l I V I N man. Some chump named Bill Billicheck Belichick was the head coach for Cleveland and it was the last time the Browns

One. Yea Thomas right through the pack and that was an easy block and can you believe it? After it started so picture perfectly for the New York Giants, Dad's a disaster.
Haven't seen a beat down like that since Ralphie laid into that bully kid in the owl.
Wow.
One was a debacle for the g Men with a capital backle. But it's one game, right and so long as they aren't behind by eighty three at the end of the first they can lean on their best offensive weapon this week. Sauan Barkley is a.
Nightmare, the try and tackle aer one of those defensive facts.
Barkley ran for fifty one yards four point three a carry, only twelve carries, though due to watching the Cowboys blow by them on the scoreboard like road Runner did to Wiley.
To run for Barkley this time.
Good open, Here's Barkley, it's.
About nine yard Cardinals defense, He and Daniel Jones face held their own against Washington's runners in Week one. Not that the Commanders are an a week run team, but three point three a carry on twenty eight attempts isn't too shabby.
It's a good shot penetrating fine.
Kevin Straws Arizona would love to put New York in passing situations, at least based on what happened in New one. First, their own pass rush pressured Sam Howell over fifty percent of his attempts. Billy Joel can tell you what that means.
Especially a shotgut step to high who gets.
Cardinals linebacker Dennis Gardett two sacks? The team forget Sam Adams. They cracked a Sam Howell sixer.
Oh USh shirt, Who's gonna go down?
Dennis Garter Here that with the Giants last week playing Oprah to Dallas defenders, you get a sack, you get a sack, and you get a sack. Jones taken down seven times behind the lines.
Jones up, also up.
So Jones comes into this game with his pockets full of dimes. No tds two I in T's rating in the low thirties. Tight End Darren Waller, wide receiver Darius Slayton, et cetera. None cracked forty yards.
It's just been kinda one of those kind of knights here.
He didn't even mention Jalen Wyatt. Yeah, sometimes you don't get mentioned until you actually do something. Will any of these guys be able to do something against the Cardinals? Secondary Arizona held Terry McLaurin, John Dotson, and Curtis Samuel.
¶ NYG ARI
Tight End Logan Thomas all in check kicked Sam Howell off once held him to a sub eighty raight in tyn to.
Take a Shine Waltery pass is pick.
Tig Jonathan Gannon is a defensive guy, so them being tougher on this front isn't crazy, and neither is thinking a defense that allowed an offense to crack a forty wasn't as bad as it seems. But the Giants defense didn't really give up forty. The Cardinals offense will be looking across at a secondary that held Dak Prescott to a low seventies rate, just one hundred and forty three passing yards only six yards per attempt.
But it's going to be Deontay Banks, the rookie who came off his guy to go back and make that play and break up the touchdown pick time play by back.
New York does need more from its pass rush this week. They didn't get to Dak once in twenty four dropbacks. The Cardinals gave up a pressure rate close to forty. Allowed three sacks, so there is opportunity.
I only bring four because you can still get to the quarterback. Monts Sweat doesn't there to close.
The drive if Dobbs doesn't have more time. Hard to see their passing attack taking off versus the Giants. He only threw for one hundred and thirty two yards a eighty rating, just four point four per attempt. Last week, he threw to zach Ertz ten times, only produced twenty one yards back down.
The middle and oh so close right off the Figer tips.
Really, you could see Arizona trying to keep it close with their defense and then relying more on their running game. James Connor he had at a respectable four point four a carry fourteen carries sixty two yards.
James Connada with the fast run of the day for Arizona.
It's a first out the Giants Rushee he faces gave up five a run to Tony Pollard along with two tds.
Look in the fullback leagues, Collared bounces the Cowboys scoring again.
Arizona competed last week and with their situation, that's kind of a win. If last week really was just one game, then the g Men better make a statement this week and not just scratch out a three point win. The Washington Commanders head to Denver in week two in search of a two game win Street The Broncos still looking to get Sean Payton in Orange. W still also looking for a way to score more point points.
Well, kick is on its right and no end, no good talk to the rights.
No offense scored fewer points than Denver in twenty twenty two. Peyton was supposed to be the solution, Yet the Broncos new o face produced just sixteen points in Week one. That's lumbered ugly.
That was time glass and why he's going to chicks down. It's dragged out for a sacon.
So how do they boost that total this week to eliminate special teams gaffs? That's controllable sort of. They had a number of them against the Raiders, and they still need more from Russell Wilson in the passing game. He gave him a good first half that helped him end with a plus one hundred rate.
Back passing touchdown Broncos Portland.
He went twenty seven to thirty four for only one hundred and seventy seven yards passing. That's five point two in attempt. His most targeted player a running back that's not going to get it done.
Come then they jumped off the Willis Yo was tripped up. The lost yards on that play.
Wilson didn't face much pressure either, and he wasn't quick passing at all. Again, his time to throw was still high. That could be problematic this week because Washington's pass rush is much stronger than the one who just faced Yoh, yoh.
They bring four does again still get to the corner back Montese Sweet doesn't there to close the drive.
The Commanders pressured Joshua Dobbs almost forty percent of his dropbacks, dropped him three times, forced two fumbles. They recovered Montese sweat bag and a half. Jonathan Allen always a threat. He picked up his first sack last week.
Right into a second big shot of an Allen didn't have to do a whole lot.
He just put his body of the way.
Torn pain looms as well. He had two TFLs in their win.
That dude is a freak show athlete.
Like, I don't know if you believe in aliens or not, but I do because I just watched Deron Payne.
Commander's secondary had no problem with Dobbs in Arizona's passing game, held him to a sub eighty rating, just one hundred and thirty two yards four point four per attempts.
To the left, launching away one on one throw when it's in good weight.
Wilson and company would seem to present a tough test, but they really need Jerry Judy back, the wide receiver missed last week. They could also use more from their rush attack. Javonte Williams needs more chances if that's gonna happen. Fifty two yards but only thirteen carries.
The list of space. He's going to back space before a stouts. That's a solid gain of eleven yards up first down.
The Commanders did hold the Cardinals under four a run, but to James Connor, they gave up four point four per on his fourteen tries.
James Connor with the fence run of the day for Arizona, it's a first own.
Washington's defense is good enough to carry them to another win, but they'd welcome some help from their offense.
Oh that's a little bit dangerous there.
Sam Howell needs to be quicker with his decisions. His
¶ WAS DEN
line needs to provide better protection. Arizona's d blew him up six times. Howell pressured fifty one point four percent of the time and no disrespect. But the Cardinals pass rush isn't made up of any A listers.
Such a a shotgut set who gets.
Help the Denver pass rush he'll try and escape from armed with Randy Gregory and Frank Clark. Not a single sack in Week one, look.
Left, blowing left passes the flight left.
Howell ended with a sub eighty rating under seven yards per attempt to touchdown a pick. Curtis Samuel Terry McLaurin, Johan Dotson, tight end Logan Thomas all under sixty yards trying to.
Take a shot. Walterley pass is packed off.
Howell should know where Waldo is and it's not Patrick Sartan throw at him and you're putting him a call to Archer or Kenny Loggins. Three passes defensed in week one success Lana what Lana? What dangers own? Instead? Maybe he goes after Denver cornerback to Murray mathis. He was good last year, but not week one. He got burned for two TVs. Gave up over seventy yards, allowed a rating over one forty. That's Bongo's fat Yeah slack.
To Kirby Myers touchdown.
Rare Washington run game also looking for improvement. Brian Robinson just three point one a run on nineteen tries. Bronco's defense held Josh Jacobs to two point four a pop, so they could be tough to get right against.
Zega down they get at the Jacobs again, Zach Allen lifed his way in and got.
An arm bottom.
The last time Washington started a year two and zero twenty eleven, they were named the Redskins and their quarterback was Sexy Rexy. Does the streak end now or does Peyton taste Denver victory for the first time. The Indianapolis Colts are off to Houston this week to face the Texans in an early season AFC South bout both teams with rookie qbs looking to get in the win call with.
Here's Richardson he takes it in for his first NFL touchdown?
Which youngster is better position to eat an NFL W for the first time? All right, maybe not that because it didn't work out for Jamis Anthony Richardson on one side, not a bad start to his professional career. Over two hundred and twenty yards are rating just under eighty a touchdown under a decent amount of durect.
Looking right at Hantey, Richardson stares him down the whole way through those A bullet riper Michael Pittman.
Very similar opener for C. J. Stroud over two hundred and forty yards a rating just under eighty. No touchdowns but no packs.
Stroud fires Complate's third straight third down conversion.
Neither guy good enough to come out victorious, both with plenty of room to grow. Both would like better protection this week that would help. Stroud was sacked five times, pressured almost forty percent of time. Bowie and Murcury didn't even face that much. That's a hefty figure.
Play action fake hand off to Peerston Stroud running for his light success.
Richardson didn't have it much better. He was bagged four times, faced pressure almost thirty five percent of the time.
Richardson tackle from behind tell pat the twenty five yard line.
Josh Allen's right tackle, Brayden Smith, has to have a better week now he gets Houston's will Anderson, the rookie made his first NFL trip home to see mom, and one does all his work from the right side.
Can they get to stop the year? Jackson six and It'sanerson.
Texans started their year off with four QB takedowns. It kept him close in that game, and it could keep them close again this week.
They're called the Texan as they pick him up initially, but that Jackson is puried.
Indianapolis's pass rush got to Trevor Lawrence twice. One led to six points. Some nflers need to remember the tenants of Simon says, oh.
Hick, yeah, that is taken all the way back into the Exil by the Forest Fuctors.
Still low. Twenty's pressure rate isn't anything to write home about when the ball is in the air. Texans pass defense is tough, and they've played like it. Versus Baltimore held Lamar to under one hundred and seventy yards, no touchdowns, a pick a sub eighty rating.
Jackson again under pressure.
Was it picked?
Yes, it was one guy. They struggled with, Zay Flowers who fired from the slot a lot, and they gave up nine catches and almost eighty yards to him.
Jackson, I'll turn it down eights top plus.
The colts best receiver Michael Pittman, who worked mostly out of the slot on his way to eight catches ninety seven yards in a TD. He's still very much their wr.
One's tenney and ten. You check it. It's out the twenty, the ten Chorge, the Axel touchdown.
Stroud relied heavily on two fellows Robert Woods ten targets,
¶ HOU IND
six catches fifty seven yards in Nicocollins eleven targets, six catches eighty yards.
Strouds taxes Collins first out and more.
Colts pass defense they're up against gave up two touchdowns a one hundred plus rate and two hundred and forty plus yards to Trevor Lawrence.
Now Lawrence throws back on against a touchdown. It's ridley.
Both teams would also love more from their rush attacks this week. Houston's Damian Pierce thirty eight yards three point five a run. His long was just seven yards. Indianapolis's back Deon Jackson out there making JT's demands look reasonable. Fourteen yard yards to fumbles lost.
All that ball is out, That is a fumble.
Richardson led Indianapolis's run game forty yards and a touchdown.
But here's Richardson inside the forty down for the thirty five.
His legs should factor in again. Houston gave up thirty eight yards on six runs to Lamar. That's six point three year runs.
Jackson, Wait, somehow evades this set. Jackson a magician.
It's rookie signal caller versus rookie signal caller. Only one comes out with their first taste of NFL success.
