Speaker 1

NFL Game Deview is a production of the NFL in partnership with iHeartRadio.

Speaker 2

This is NFL Game Previews, and I'm game preview Guy here with in depth primers on every single game that's going to be played this week. The Arizona Cardinals are at home this week, still winless, taking on the Dallas Cowboys. Still lossless, let's back to back wins go for the season. This is about what would need to happen for the

Cardinals to pull off an upset. First, they need to spend time with doctor Jennifer Melfie to make sure they mentally and emotionally put aside their twenty one point second half collapse to the Giants.

Speaker 3

After playing six quarters of some of the worst football you might see this season.

Speaker 2

Then Arizona has to slow Dak Prescott. He just threw for over two hundred and fifty yards two tds, no picks, a rating over one to ten against one of the toughest defenses in the game.

Speaker 4

He's got another touchdowns.

Speaker 2

Arizona's secondary just allowed Daniel Jones to throw for over three hundred and twenty yards two tds, a rating over one hundred, most of it in the second half. There's there's big mistake Prescott's line. One sack allowed and thirty nine dropbacks last week. He's only taken one in two games so far.

Speaker 3

Great synergy right now and that allows time for deck Cardinals pass rush does have this Dennis Gardick dude sack last week two.

Speaker 2

In Week one, Arizona got to Jones three times.

Speaker 4

It's already the third big play out of quarterbacks.

Speaker 2

In Dennis Garding Someone in Arizona's secondary has to be able to clamp ceed Lamb five more targets than anyone else with a star last week eleven catches over one hundred and forty yards against those Jets corners.

Speaker 4

It's a risking body in limb and to hang.

Speaker 2

On to it. Prescott's second most targeted player in week two Tony Pollard, who doesn't come in off an overly efficient ground game just two point nine yards per carry, but he's still accounted for over seventy rushing yards.

Speaker 4

First time he's been out to rip off for Runday.

Speaker 2

Arizona did put a scare into New York and they've been close in both their losses. I know it's not horseshoes, but Joshua Dobbs had an nice Week two, a touchdown with no picks, a rating close to one hundred.

Speaker 4

And doms with a nice shot to find twenty yards.

Speaker 2

Michael Wilson, Hollywood Brown tight end Zach ertz All had fifty plus yards versus the Giants. Dobbs nice outing coincided with this too. Zero sacks taking thirty one dropbacks.

Speaker 5

This off.

Speaker 4

That's clinching.

Speaker 2

Maybe he finishes this week with a similar stat line, and maybe Rick and mister Nimbus will become BFFs and the upside down world will reign supreme.

Speaker 4

He goes up and under. You just feel this.

Speaker 2

Arizona's line has to keep Micah off of Dobbs, Parsons bagged up, Zach Wilson twice.

Speaker 4

Throw the dirt right at the ground, right there, throw it, throw it down.

Speaker 2

They have to keep DeMarcus Lawrence at bay, Dorance Armstrong and Osa Adiggy odig you I dig him anyway, Osa a diggye Zua is still going to work for them, and he has sacks in both their twenty twenty three games. The Cowboys pass rush is an avalanche.

Speaker 4

For modern day doomsdate defense.

Speaker 2

That pressure makes it hard for us to do much. Wilson was no match for their secondary one hundred and seventy yards passing. They picked him off three times, held him to a sub forty rating.

Speaker 4

Daan Quinn, good job, good job.

Speaker 2

The Boys didn't have to contend with much running by the Jets. They should deal with it more this week. Dobbs is mobile enough. He went for over forty yards and he scored on the ground. The star of Arizona's offense is James Connor. He comes in off one hundred and six yard outing over four and a half a carry a TD.

Speaker 4

It's a ton of touchdown.

Speaker 2

Cowboys didn't have tackle Tyler Smith, wide receiver Brandon Cooks, safety Donovan Wilson didn't matter much last three to oh Cowboys Squad twenty nineteen. They finished eight to eight. It's another round of West Coast football for the New York Giants this week. Coming off a dramatic come from behind win, they've scored.

Speaker 4

Twenty one straight to time good hold by the tech Good Giants have come on the right back for their first lead of the season.

Speaker 2

Now they take on San Francisco on TNF forty nine ers looking for a three and oh start.

Speaker 4

McCaffrey up the middle inside the ten, a stiff arm at the five, and in for the touchdown.

Speaker 2

San Francisco's offense is a balanced affair, but if the Giants defense wants to force them off script, they have to be able to stop San Francisco's rush attack, which represents an early season statistical mismatch, has.

Speaker 4

A crease McCaffrey with speed down the sideline. McCaffrey one man to beat.

Speaker 2

A little hesitation, you see, the Giants haven't looked good against runners in either of their games. They gave up over one hundred yards over four and a half per carry and a touchdown to James Connor in their most recent contest.

Speaker 4

The drive is a counter touchdown.

Speaker 2

Now they face CMC who has rushed for over one hundred yards in each game, one hundred and sixteen five point eight per run and a touchdown.

Speaker 6

Last week, here's McCaffrey and McCaffrey fighting his way down near the ten yard line.

Speaker 2

McCaffrey is part one Deebo Part two. He rushed for almost forty yards over seven and a half per attempt, a touchdown versus La.

Speaker 4

To the edge, steps through a tackle, now cuts it back deevo Samuel to traffic for the touchdown.

Speaker 2

Samuel plays a role in another stat mismatch. He caught six of his nine targets for sixty three yards against the Rams.

Speaker 4

Deego Samuel up the sideline.

Speaker 7

This will help Samuel a little toe tap of the forty five.

Speaker 2

The g men have to figure out how to slow the guy passing him the ball. Rock Party didn't do a ton in week two, but no picks over two hundred yards yards per attempt over eight, a rating in the low nineties.

Speaker 4

Pressure coming. Party throws over the middle and it's Juwan Jennings with the catch.

Speaker 2

Giants secondary he faces allowed Joshua Dobbs to hit him for over two hundred and twenty five yards a touchdown and a rating close to one hundred.

Speaker 4

He throw, it's burn out of the backfield. How he looks in for a touchdown.

Speaker 2

Party took one sack for zero yards on his twenty five dropbacks. The Giants really need outside linebacker Azizo Julari. He missed last week and it showed Giants pass rush zero sacks, thirty one chances to nab a bag.

Speaker 4

I'm sure you protect your quarterbacks. Show him that get that deep drop.

Speaker 2

The San Francisco passing attack has plenty of good receivers for New York secondary to worry about. Juwan Jennings gave him over fifty yards last week. Brandon, I you for a little over forty George Kittle thirty one.

Speaker 6

The other direction finds his tight end Kittle and Kittle with the first down.

Speaker 2

It's the Greg Kittle curse. I tell you what do I do to take it off? I want him to blow up. Giants offense also faces an uphill battle unless we just pretend their season started quarter six of twenty twenty three.

Speaker 4

Jones keeps it got the space, let its fixed.

Speaker 2

Down, Say what you want. The Giants offense comes in off a nice outing thirty one points. Daniel Jones throwing for over three hundred and twenty yards over eight and a half per attempt. Two tds are rating close to one hundred and five. He's feeling good.

Speaker 4

Jones is gonna go deep there. That is deep too, a hiot.

Speaker 2

San Francisco faces a very varied group of pass catchers. Tight End Darren Waller was DJ's most targeted last week, six catches over seventy five yards wide.

Speaker 4

Open Waller over the middle on a first down. Darren Waller continues to make an impact.

Speaker 2

Rookie Jalen Hyatt had the most yards versus Arizona almost ninety.

Speaker 4

Good top Hi A rookie does it again.

Speaker 2

I brought him up and said his name right because he earned it. Wide receiver Darius Slayton over sixty yards, Wide receiver Isaiah Hodgens forty yards, and Saque caught a td look.

Speaker 4

It for Berkeley dive into the pine.

Speaker 2

For the touchdown in San Francisco's pass rush only had one sack last week, but they pressured Matthew Stafford almost forty percent of his dropbacks.

Speaker 4

In twuble as Fred Warner gets the sack.

Speaker 2

In turn, dj is facing a defense that held Stafford to just one touchdown, picked him off twice under six yards per attempt, a rating under seventy. They've come up with two iron t's in each of their games.

Speaker 4

Over the middle, inter se diavandor Leanor with.

Speaker 2

The yeah, Jones is going to have to ball because

PHI TB

SAK one is out. West Coast versus East Coast. G Men are the U dogs in most people's books. Tampa Bay Buccaneers at home, Week three, first game, of a Monday night football doubleheader. Couple of two and ohs squaring up, Bucks get the rest in Philadelphia Eagles, So fly, Eagles Fly. I know this isn't your rep, but admit it. You've been listening to karma and bad blood all week. Right, It's okay.

Speaker 8

To the outside and then to the inside. Touchdown Swift.

Speaker 2

Tampa Bay's defense faces an elite rush attack this week. Philadelphia forgot week one that nabbing DeAndre Swift was meant to be a good thing. One carry Week one, no mind. He shook it off and blew up in week two. Over one hundred and seventy yards six point three per carry and a touchdown.

Speaker 8

Swift first down had a lot more inside the twenty, inside the ten, and out of bounds.

Speaker 4

With a first down in.

Speaker 2

Goal, Bucks defense would like to keep the Eagles from being in a third and one or a fourth in one position. Should Philadelphia need a yard, it's ice cube time. Hurts can do it. If he puts his back into it.

Speaker 8

Here we go the push a touchdown that is almost impossible to stop.

Speaker 4

You know it's common and you're not gonna stop it.

Speaker 2

He can do it. Put your you know the rest. Does Tampa load the box, then Minnesota didn't and paid for it. The problem for the Bucks defense is Hurts. AJ Brown, DeVante Smith, Dallas Goddard could just as easily take over. Hurts put up a rating over one hundred last week. He's made his mistakes, but Tampa Bay knows Philadelphia's passing attack is plenty capable of fly Eagles flying.

Speaker 8

Going deep in position, making the catches Tote.

Speaker 2

Smith, Goddart and Brown quiet. In week two, Dallas led the team in targets just twenty two yards. Though Eagles fans will tell you aside from the postgame chatter, Aj doesn't tend to go back to back games without making some noise. He only had twenty nine yards last week.

Speaker 4

Ain't open hey. J.

Speaker 8

Brown had a first down up to the seventeen yard line.

Speaker 2

Smith, meantime, was the star versus Minnesota for catches over one hundred and thirty yards in touchdown.

Speaker 4

There goes the Moll line up and it is Smith again all the way for the touchdown.

Speaker 2

Buck secondary they faced didn't have their top cornerback Carlton Davis last week. Track his status because he's a difference maker. Buccaneers struggled with Minnesota's passing attack week one, not with Chicago's picked off justin Fields twice held him to two hundred and eleven yards in a low sixties rating.

Speaker 3

Fields over the middle Claypool couldn't hang on, gets intercepted two games, two picks for the rookie Christian Zian.

Speaker 2

Bucks could really use something close to a repeat showing from its pass rush. They come in off a game where they cracked a sack sixer.

Speaker 4

Running out of time and it's knocked out of there. Bears are back on top of it.

Speaker 2

Eagles line is up against Joe Tryon Shoyinka, who comes in off a two bag outing veya nose tackle excellence, one and a half sacks. Last week Shack Barrett a sack and a pick six.

Speaker 4

Out of his own end zone in.

Speaker 3

A sected by sack Bett fighting at the goal line for a pick six.

Speaker 4

The just fight sail the dale for Tampa.

Speaker 2

Eagles passing game does come with its fair share of sacks. Hurts his faced pressure over thirty percent of his dropbacks. Through two weeks. He was sacked four times. Versus Minnesota.

Speaker 8

Ertz there's Hunter again, and this time he takes him down back at the fifty yard line.

Speaker 2

What about the other side of the coin, Tom who Eagles taking on a very confident Baker. Mayfield threw for over three hundred yards over nine yards per attempt to touch down, no picks, a rating near one point fifteen. Back to back games. He's looked good.

Speaker 3

Mayfield has a man come wide open, and it's Troy Palmer.

Speaker 2

And now Baker faces a defense that's already dealing with the injury bug. They could star in a mash reboot. At this point. Philadelphia is deemed up secondary gave up four TD passes to Kirk Cousins over three hundred and sixty yards. Injuries are part of the game, but they need their starters back and or for their backups to improve because they can't bank on four toos carrying them again.

Speaker 8

And that's the rookie Anderson to the touchdown.

Speaker 2

Even their top cornerback Darius Slay, had a bit of a rough time with Justin Jefferson and now here comes Mike Evans in the coverage.

Speaker 3

But he's got Evans who pushed off to get free.

Speaker 4

Mike Evans inside the twenty.

Speaker 2

Evans is a big reason Mayfield has looked so good six catches over one hundred and seventy yards in a touchdown.

Speaker 4

Last week, Mayfield off is back for it works. Mike Evans got Mike Evans.

Speaker 2

Touchdown Tampa Chris Godwin five catches over fifty yards.

Speaker 4

Rundof for Godwin. Leis back in there.

Speaker 2

Mayfield also used tight end Kate Otten and running back Rare Shad White well in the past game. The two combined for eleven catches on eleven targets over seventy yards.

Speaker 3

Whoop it outside the White got the blocks for a first down for a shot White.

Speaker 2

As for the running game, Eagles didn't face many runs last week. Based on Tampa Bay's approach, they will this week. Bucks have run the ball thirty plus times in each game. Where Shad White was effective last week too, over seventy yards over for a carry and a touchdown to.

Speaker 4

The ground straight ahead. It's White lead to the end zone for the touchdown.

Speaker 2

Eagles injury watch is a mile long. Too many names

DEN MIA

to cover. Bucks primary missing guy last week rookie defensive tackle Elijah Cansey, who gets to three and oh Denver. Broncos head east for Week three, still looking for a win. They're in Miami taking on a Dolphins team looking to start the year three and oh.

Speaker 3

It's a gift to moster got a big block on the edge and munsters to the end zone for the touchdown.

Speaker 2

Miami as a team comes in off a very complete win and even though they're passing attack left a little to be desired. And we two still have to start the convo there and so Sidly goes up Denver's defense. Next up to try and slow the Tua, Tyreek and Jalen show New England did sort of. Tungue II Looa only threw one touchdown while getting picked ninety two point two rating.

Speaker 4

There's Tua looking deep takeing a shut.

Speaker 2

Down there for Tyreek Hunter time interaccepted his one TD pass landed in the arms of Tyreek Hill Hill, though only five catches forty yards. Broncos do have an elite cornerback in Patrick Surtan. He's a traveling man, so that could make for some nice one on one action. He's handled his business in both games so far.

Speaker 4

Goes along on the far side and it's broken.

Speaker 2

Up by Sir tan doob Doobie do theware of the penguin. Broncos also have to cover Waddle four catches over eighty yards last week.

Speaker 4

It's a lot on that saint side. Dancing Quivi on the ruck inside of the twenty.

Speaker 2

He likely draws a lot of cornerback to Murray. Mathis a rough Week one little better in Week two. At least Tua didn't falter due to being pressured either, only took one sack on thirty one dropbacks.

Speaker 4

To a stumbles and has to throw it away.

Speaker 2

Broncos hope their pass rush can do better. They sacked Sam Howell four times last week?

Speaker 4

Did they come again? Howell buried Nick Donado.

Speaker 2

Even so, their secondary has some work to do because they let Howel throw for two hundred and ninety nine yards two tds. They didn't pick him a rating over one hundred how.

Speaker 4

Sling it in to the O zone? Was it ton? Yes, McLaurin touchdown.

Speaker 2

And they better improved their run defense skills too. They gave up over eighty yards almost five per carry two touchdowns to Brian Robinson first.

Speaker 9

Out in more Lobittson Robitson pas In touchdown.

Speaker 2

Yeah, well, who cares? Dolphins don't hardly run it until they need to, And then you see what Raheem Moster is capable of over one hundred and twenty yards almost seven per run. Two scores versus the pats Oyster takes.

Speaker 4

Off and those sadistics for a touchdown.

Speaker 2

If Denver struggles to keep Miami out of the end zone, how capable is their offense from being able to keep up Russell Wilson's statline last week looked nice. Over three hundred yards almost ten yards per attempt, three touchdowns are rating over one hundred slinging it far sands, It's tut Yeah, some of that was tied to a hail Mary throw, but still Wide receiver Marvin Mims two catches over one hundred yards in a score.

Speaker 4

Wilson is going to take a center. It's top Maybes touchdown.

Speaker 2

Wide receiver Brandon Johnson caught two passes over sixty yards, scored both times, get a side.

Speaker 4

Undliver first down in touchdown.

Speaker 2

Johnson Courtland Sutton over sixty yards, and they have Jerry Judy quiet in his debut week. But that group is taking on a Miami secondary that played Mac joneswell last week, held him to under six yards per attempt, only one touchdown a pick, a rating under ninety.

Speaker 4

It looks to be an interception back inside the fuck.

Speaker 2

Their past rush should also factor again. They bagged Jones four times and hit him eight times.

Speaker 4

Jn't try to step up.

Speaker 3

Andrew van Ginkel joined Christian Wilkins as.

Speaker 2

They combined on that un Now they go after Wilson, who tends to hang out a lot in the foreman's basement. Very few, no grass as well as Russ. He got taken down seven times, hit a super fat fourteen times.

Speaker 4

Here they come again. Wilson sets.

Speaker 2

Wilson's style leads to plenty of sacks and also often to him running. He led the team in rush yards in week two with fifty six.

Speaker 4

Wilson's got a run for Wilson inside the thirty. That's a first down run.

Speaker 2

Javonte Williams, Denver's traditional back didn't do much last week. Dolphins took on Vermandre Stevenson in week two, held him to three point three yards per carry. They'd take that again.

Speaker 8

Gonna be tough.

Speaker 4

Stevens into the backfield he is.

Speaker 2

To Night twenty eighteen. The last time Miami started three and zero, everyone was loving that Adam Gase guy. They

ATL DET

finished seven and nine staring at an zero to three start that would pretty much seal their non playoff faith. Detroit Lions at home week three, coming off an OT loss that cost them some buzz. Now they faced the Atlanta Falcons, who are attracting plenty of it after starting the year two and.

Speaker 10

Oh this is full the lead who was kicked twenty five yards out Kisel.

Speaker 4

At one point advantage.

Speaker 2

These birds are feeling dirty. I don't know if they're loudah fifty yard line dirty yet, but they have a chance to go three to zero, and if Detroit can't figure out a way to stop Bijon Robinson, they could get there.

Speaker 4

Which Robinson five still going. You cannot coach that game.

Speaker 2

Preview guy landed in the hospital last week broke an ankle and I was only watching Robinson. Lions defensive players should put on some knee and ankle braces this week, just to be safe. The Bijon mustard was laid on thick last week over one hundred and twenty yards rushing six point five per run up.

Speaker 10

The first time Robinson what's he called? From Arthur Smith and it pays off.

Speaker 2

Lions also have to worry about Desmond Ritter taking off in key situations. He ran it ten times in week two and scored good four.

Speaker 4

It doesn't utter his name for Falcus.

Speaker 2

Touchdown not done Motor City Kitties. Seriously, some Lions fans don't know about that nickname. You're gonna face plenty of Tyler Algier runs, even if he was kind of quiet last week. The ground is Atlanta's o face Well.

Speaker 10

The forty four shod first count. It's ol Ja the big burst.

Speaker 2

So what does Detroit have to offer back? They faced a pass oriented offense week one Kenneth Walker. In Week two. Yes, they gave up two tds, but two point five yards per carry allout on seventeen tries overall, Walker.

Speaker 4

Cut up the middle. Not much room there. Played well by this Detroit defense.

Speaker 2

They let Gino Smith escape for a fifteen yard scamper though for what that's worth. Worse, they let Gino destroy them through the air. Though after looking solid versus Patrick Mahomes, they let Smith go for over three hundred and twenty five yards eight yards per attempt to tds. They didn't pick him off a rating allowed over one point fifteen.

Speaker 4

Smith to throw. Great for locking down for the episold. It's over let Sainhawks win it.

Speaker 2

Maybe it's harder for the Lions' secondary when the other team has actual receivers and Atlanta has one. Drake London six catches over sixty five yards in a touchdown last week.

Speaker 10

Whitter quarters left floors is episode touchdown.

Speaker 2

Drake London, don't be shocked if he finds his way to Waldo. Detroit cornerback Jerry Jacobs needs a major rebound. Eight targets, eight catches allowed eighty five yards in a score versus Seattle.

Speaker 4

Pastime over the middle. It's talk by Metcalf.

Speaker 2

Lions hope they can get cornerback e Manuel Moseley back. That would help he missed last week. Atlanta's passing attack isn't the driver of their bus, but they would welcome over two hundred and thirty yards passing over seven yards per attempt from Ritter again despite the eighty rating. If Jehn and Tyler are hitting, Ritter and company just need to supplement and look at.

Speaker 4

The placement of that football very accurate. That was phenomenal.

Speaker 2

Will Aiden Hutchinson make it to see mom Detroit won't have defensive end James Houston on the left side of its pass rush. He's hurt, so extra pressure on Hutchinson to make some noise on the right side. Has zero sacks through two games. Right tackle Caleb McGarry will be his adversary this week. Rider only got sacked once in Week two, but faced pressure over forty five percent of his dropbacks, so hutch should have chances.

Speaker 4

We're wrapped up, Ody Doults.

Speaker 2

Detroit's offense now needs to avoid giving the ball away three times like it did in their OT loss.

Speaker 4

That's a pretty good start. Those loose on the ground, Vick Seattle's got it.

Speaker 2

They lost two fumbles and Jared Goff was picked off once. Lions would take the rest of his Week two box score this week twenty eight to thirty five, over three hundred and twenty yards, passing over nine yards per attempt, are rating over one twenty three tds.

Speaker 4

God protected going ze right off EIGs on touchdown.

Speaker 2

Falcons pass defense GoF faces took on Bryce Young Week one, took care of business Week two Jordan Love forget the one ten plus rate in the three tds. They're kind of deceiving. Falcons only allowed one pass of eighteen plus yards, held Love to one hundred and fifty one yards on six per attempt, a complete.

Speaker 4

Cooking for weeks. Terrell defendant Ajterrell so smooth with it.

Speaker 2

Atlanta's secondary has to be able to slow Amanra Saint Brown more than anyone Goff's favorite target. Six catches over one hundred yards last week.

Speaker 7

GoF looking that way, throwing that way, and he's got a completion at a first down.

Speaker 2

Rise up is like, yeah, well we have star cornerback AJ Terrell. Couple passes defense last week, low seventies rating allowed.

Speaker 10

What to the son looking off nearly picked off by AJ Terrell.

Speaker 2

Problem is Saint Brown takes off from the slot. Terrell doesn't usually try album much. Other problem Detroit's passing attack multifaceted. Josh Reynolds two scores last week, so he can't be ignored.

Speaker 4

Second read is there touchdown?

Speaker 2

Reynolds tight end Sam Laporta has been in on the action in both their games. Five catches fifty plus yards in week two over the middle.

Speaker 7

Hut of the police of Laporta, quick straight Laporta.

Speaker 4

It'side the ten seven Laporta.

Speaker 2

And Atlanta has to cover Jamir Gibbs out of the backfield only thirty nine yards on seven catches that led the team in targets last week.

Speaker 4

Third of seven.

Speaker 7

Here got gets rid of it old the middle, Gibbs has it looks like you've got a first down.

Speaker 2

The Falcons defense handled every type of pass catcher in week two and also handled Green Bay's rush attack. Aside from Love getting away once, Falcons stuffed Packers runners.

Speaker 10

Here's Dylan and he was wrapped up immediately by the sixteen year venn the least Champbell.

Speaker 2

Now they set their sights on Gibbs and David Montgomery. Gibbs only seven carries seventeen yards under two point five or rons.

Speaker 4

He is contained rather well.

Speaker 2

That time Montgomery scored his second TD in as many weeks, over four per carry over seventy yards.

Speaker 7

Lotgomery again Lockgommery right up the touchdown.

Speaker 2

Detroit track the status of Detroit's O line. They didn't have tackle Taylor Decker last week, and they lost another big ugly in that loss to Seattle. The last time Atlanta went three and oh twenty seventeen Matt Ryan joint that didn't burn out till the divisional round. They're the team.

BUF WAS

The talking heads spent the week asking are they for real? Same thing was asked about the Lions after week one. Right, the Buffalo Bills take to the road week three, feeling more like themselves.

Speaker 11

Watch his eyes are.

Speaker 4

Down, he sees the pass rush. Oh wait, I'm not going to run, and then he's able to.

Speaker 6

Locate Sekire and put an accurate throw on him and get in the end zone.

Speaker 2

They are off to Washington to face Yeah, the two and oh, Washington commanders, We'll see.

Speaker 4

To the end zone in complete and a Washington come hold on here.

Speaker 2

In Denver, hair of their chinny chin chin or not. Washington has a shot to go three and oh, but they do face a daunting task trying to slow an offense that comes in on fire thirty eight points worth a fuega.

Speaker 12

Here comes Allen to the un Zellan touchdown, Drustin Knox.

Speaker 4

That's all End.

Speaker 2

Josh Allen exercised his week one demons. Washington's secondary will be staring at a dude who went thirty one to thirty seven over two hundred and seventy yards, three touchdowns, no picks, a rating near one twenty five.

Speaker 4

There comes Crosby. Here comes out in a cot for the touchdown.

Speaker 2

Davis Allan faced much less heat last week compared to week one QB pressure rate under thirty. Washington's pass rush far more dangerous than the one he just faced, though.

Speaker 7

Wilson a further twenty White Ahat's bets have been down to Ron Paid putting the team on his.

Speaker 2

Bet Russell Wilson. The commanders dropped him seven times.

Speaker 7

As Russell Wilson company respired to not well at least on the first play.

Speaker 4

As finally that fun did defensive.

Speaker 2

Front able to get to Washington hit Wilson fourteen times. Consider six as kind of high. And that without Jonathan Allen if he's back, Buffalo's O line has him to block drawn pain. He had a sack last week Montes sweat bag and a half versus Denver. And there was a big foot sight.

Speaker 4

Of Judy covered Wilson and and it's Chase.

Speaker 2

Young if that really is Chase Young, and he had a sack and a half. Alan could be under serious duress.

Speaker 4

Well covered, We're just gonna lunge forward to try to pick up some positive yard.

Speaker 2

Washington needs its pass rush to do more than just get to Alan. Force of fumble and I in t maybe which they did come up with against Wilson.

Speaker 4

Oh yeah, that ball is out right wear fumble. Yeah, I mean that is a huge, huge play for Washington.

Speaker 2

The heil Mary stunts things some, but Washington allowed three hundred and eight yards over nine and a half yards per attempt, three touchdowns in a rating over one hundred US fluke or not. They need better secondary play.

Speaker 11

Wilson's gonna take a shunn It's top.

Speaker 2

Right to Madies, especially being they have Stefan Diggs this week seven catches over sixty yards versus Vegas and cut.

Speaker 12

Him caught by Jims seventeen yard tick up on third and eight.

Speaker 2

Wide receiver gave Davis six catches over ninety yards and a touchdown down on.

Speaker 12

The move and chase there by Teller Ray and He's tip gape.

Speaker 2

Tell Us Allen will use his two tight ends, Dawson Knox who scored last week and Dalton Kincaid, who had forty plus yards on five catches.

Speaker 4

The heavy pleasure from Nichols.

Speaker 12

I'm a throw outside, So the rookie tight end Dalton Kincaid.

Speaker 2

And hold the phone. Washington's defense also better be prepped to play the run. James Cook rambled for over one hundred and twenty yards over seven yards per scamper.

Speaker 4

It cooked us with a quick.

Speaker 3

Little cut to the outside, jump cut to the outside, wats he plants, it kicks it around the edge and that speed gets him.

Speaker 4

Up the sideline.

Speaker 2

Manders didn't look great versus Den runners either, over one hundred and twenty yards allowed, over five yards per carry allowed, and a touchdown.

Speaker 9

This is the rookie Cheria mcgonuklin, and it's his Sunday looking apart.

Speaker 4

For the rookie.

Speaker 2

Washington didn't shine on you Crazy Diamond defensively in week two, but their offense sure did. Bill's get a confident Sam Howell not only two and o but comes in off his best NFL start almost three hundred yards, two touchdowns, no picks, rating near one.

Speaker 4

Ten howl to the check rubets it has a room.

Speaker 2

He likes to spread the ball out. Ten guys had a reception. The lead man, Terry McLaurin five catches over fifty yards in a score Howel slinging it to.

Speaker 4

The n zone. Was it coun Yes, mcclaurd.

Speaker 2

Howell tries to keep his mojo going against a Bill's secondary that just faced Jimmy Garoppolo. They held him to one hundred and eighty five yards two iron t's a rating under seventy. They played the pass just fine in week one.

Speaker 4

Too, garoppolo time and sting.

Speaker 2

What those pass rush didn't factor much in week two zero sacks. Howell took four sacks, got hit eight times.

Speaker 13

They gone again, Hell billied nickel Meadow.

Speaker 2

Commander's run game in the hands of Brian Robinson over eighty five yards last week almost five per run. Two scores, starts downing.

Speaker 9

More love bitsen blu bits. He's in tuxdown.

Speaker 2

How's this? Bills faced Josh Jacobs nine carries minus two yards. That's minus point two yards per carre.

Speaker 12

The ditch to Jacobs, it's no place to run, no place to hold.

Speaker 2

Two thousand and five the last time Washington went three and oh Mark Brunel days. Bill's will still undoubtedly still carry the favorite stick in this game. Have to believe some Washington fans will call for the upset, though Chicago Bears are off to Kansas City for Week three, not the easiest stadium or a team to try and find your first win against, especially being that the Chiefs defense seems to be capable of leading them to a victory, Lawrence trying to get rid.

Speaker 4

Of it if the ball is rolling out of bounds because Chris Jones.

Speaker 2

Gets home first time ever, a Chiefs preview has started with their d and why not. Chicago's offense facing a defense that went on the road into Duvall and held Jacksonville in nine points, didn't give up any touchdowns to Trevor Lawrence, held him to under two hundred and twenty yards a sub seventy passer.

Speaker 11

Rating that fast incomplete lacherious speed didn't coverage for Kansas City.

Speaker 2

Now they take on Justin Fields, who comes in off a two hundred and eleven yard TD two I in T low sixties rating game.

Speaker 3

Out of his own end zone, intercepted by sat there fighting at the.

Speaker 4

Goal line for a pick six.

Speaker 2

Kansas City's pass rush infused now with Chris Jones going to be a problem for Fields. Cj had a bag and a half in his twenty twenty three debut.

Speaker 3

Lawrence is sacked forty nine, Chris Jones is officially.

Speaker 2

Back, and young Casey edge rusher George Carloftis has gotten home in both their games.

Speaker 4

Lawrence look out.

Speaker 13

Trevor Lawrence gets to forward George car Loftis.

Speaker 2

Fields, as we unfortunately have to keep detailing, continues to

CHI KC

spend games hanging with Slater facing the grass six times last week. Has to get better at knowing when to bail or throw it away.

Speaker 4

Running out of time and it's knocked out of there. Bears are back on top of it.

Speaker 2

Are you cool?

Speaker 4

Bears?

Speaker 2

Passing attack features Chase Claypool. He did score, but he was targeted the most by Fields in week two eight targets only three catches thirty six yards. Dj Moore will draw most of Casey's secondary attention. Six catches over one hundred yards versus Tampa.

Speaker 3

Bay Fields beats it to the sideline, Big SayMore down the sideline first and.

Speaker 2

Goal tid end will comet is Field's other look for catches under forty yards. Though in week two, maybe the Bears go back to running more. Only sixteen rush attempts than they're lost to Tampa Bay Field scored, but just four carries three yards. That's point eight yards per run. Khalil Herbert and rookie Roshawn Johnson both had some decent scampers, only combined for eleven carries, though.

Speaker 3

A toss to Johnson head of steam and row Son. Johnson's into the secondary.

Speaker 2

Chicago may want to try and burn the clock down to keep it close unless their defense makes major strides.

Speaker 4

This week.

Speaker 2

They've made Jordan Love look good and then Baker Mayfield, who throws for over three hundred yards a touchdown over nine yards per attempt, a rating near one point fifteen.

Speaker 3

Mayfield off his backfoot works by Jeffins Duck Mike Jeffins touchdown Tampa.

Speaker 2

And now they face Patrick Mahomes.

Speaker 4

Homes swings it for the touchdown.

Speaker 2

Over three hundred yards for Mahomes last week two touchdowns a pick a rating close to one hundred.

Speaker 4

Homes well loft it in the air is by Watson. The Homes drops into the bucket.

Speaker 2

Chiefs passing attack made strides in week two, looking to keep making more of them this week. Maybe sky Moore is their new juju. That's mainly what they need. He went for three catches seventy yards in a score last week.

Speaker 4

Mahomes stops floats it up. It is cut wide open sky More.

Speaker 2

Travis Kelcey also scored not a monster game, but the most targets four catches twenty six yards. Maybe he breaks out with fewer texts to Billie Eilish.

Speaker 4

Touchdown Travis Kelsey.

Speaker 2

Mahomes only got sacked once on forty two dropbacks last week. Bears didn't sack Mayfield once on thirty four attempts, only hit him once. That spells mismatch defender waiting for slip free takes off. Bears also facing a rush attack that has momentum. Mahomes went for thirty yards again. His legs have been big in both their games.

Speaker 4

Mahomes will run it, Maholmes avoids it.

Speaker 2

And then there's Isaiah Pacheco seventy yards almost six per run against Jacksonville puck turns on the Bears gave up four point three a carry seventy three yards and a TD on seventeen tries to Rashad White in week two to the.

Speaker 3

Crown straight ahead, It's White the end zone for the tops down.

Speaker 4

This is a game.

Speaker 2

All the analysts are gonna draw their predictions in chalk except one. If Adam Rank doesn't pick Chicago on our board, I will shave the bag off my head. Green Bay Packers at home for week three. They get the two and oh New Orleans Saints, who roll in with the defense they think can get them to three and oh.

Speaker 4

Second and nine.

Speaker 14

They hand that again and Sanders has swarmed in the backfield.

Speaker 2

Their defense dominated Ryan Tannehill in week one, who looked pretty good in week two, then kicked aside Bryce Young like the rookie he is. They got loose with the prevent defense at the end last week, but they've played the pass as tough as you can through two games.

Speaker 14

Chance is stan and put the play across the middle dangerous throw almost intercepted it.

Speaker 2

Now they go after Jordan Love. Love comes in off a strain, showing only one hundred and fifty one yards six yards per temp hold.

Speaker 10

Out of twelve pass wars deflected, and that it hits the turf.

Speaker 2

However, he threw three touchdowns no picks, a rating over one hundred and ten, had lots of nice moments well fires.

Speaker 4

Out of the battle and it's caught caught first down a touchdown.

Speaker 2

Love didn't face much pressure versus Atlanta either, and that was without star left tackler David Bachtiari, so they'd welcome similar protection this week.

Speaker 10

Cash it up, first down passes caught and taking it to the episode by Jaden Ree.

Speaker 2

Saints pass rush will be tougher to keep at Bay compared to Atlanta's. They sacked Young four times in Week two.

Speaker 4

Done holding up all smalling up, it comes loose again.

Speaker 2

Carl Granderson should draw Green Bay's attention. He has sacks

NO GB

in both their games. Curtis doesn't have any, and you're.

Speaker 4

Gonna get pressure. Tremendous job by Granderson coming rock the top. Their price has got two hands on it and.

Speaker 2

Getting Packers offense was missing some key guys wide receiver Christian Watson, running back Aaron je and he's their star. Without him, their rush attack didn't muster much. Aj Dillon didn't crack the four yard per carry with Dylan and.

Speaker 4

He was wrapped up immediately by the last Campbell.

Speaker 2

Saints offense now Derek Carr won last week, but avoid the dunkin donuts this week. Maybe Aside from one long pass, Carr was dinking Their offense up and down the field. Didn't produce any TD passes sub seventy eight one pick.

Speaker 14

Lady pressure it's picked up and Carl lofting downfield dangerous toff has interceptor.

Speaker 2

Saints have Rashid Shahed, Michael Thomas, Chris o'lavey to offer up lave six catches over eighty yards in week two.

Speaker 4

Look at this crab. Wow, that right there, that's the sun play that may ignite them.

Speaker 2

With Shaheed the big play guy. He made one last week in a big moment.

Speaker 14

Pick up the pressure and he's looking at a lunch down field and cut Shaheed.

Speaker 2

Depa Thomas gave him fifty plus yards underneath the Green Bay defense they faced gave up a few big plays at the wrong time, but through two weeks they have not had any issues with the likes of Justin Fields or Desmond Ridder. Oh why quick goals cars The first vet they take on. His struggles in week two were tied to pressure. He got sacked four times. Pass protection has been a problem in both their games.

Speaker 14

Russia comes and he'll be.

Speaker 13

Sacked, exactly what they did not want to have. When I'm third and two, Ritter wrapped up joy goals.

Speaker 2

Ring Bay needs to finish more often though that was their only sack last week. Packers rush defense comes in shake him. They allowed six and a half yards per carry to Jean Robinson over one hundred and twenty rush yards.

Speaker 4

Get it out to your best player. In open space.

Speaker 10

Good things will happen as they get the nice first down, nice pick up for Jean Robinson.

Speaker 2

Roberson Games thirteen Saints run game. They lost Jamal Williams to injury last week. Tony Jones, he came on and scored twice.

Speaker 14

Jones makes a cut and scores from the practice squad to the end zone.

Speaker 4

What a night for Tony Jones Junior.

Speaker 2

And can't forget mister X factor Taysom Hill. He ran for seventy five yards last week. He was their leader on that front.

Speaker 14

Hill keeps it, gets around the corner and sprints down inside the fifteen.

Speaker 2

Twenty thirteen last time New Orleans went three and oh Drew Brees and the Boys made it to the divisional round that year. Packers in just as good as shape as any of the rest of the NFC North teams. The Raiders are back at home week three after a rough trip out East.

Speaker 1

I'm not really couraged about much of what we did today, just as as an overall.

Speaker 2

Team, Vegas welcoming in the Pittsburgh Steelers, showing up with chest puff to saw the.

Speaker 4

Ball come out, play action picks back on the inside on his stut.

Speaker 2

I was able to scoop it and score it and play swim bananas. Pittsburgh is one in one and are rolling into the Strip off a win that personified Steelers football. It's called curtain ball, and they think they can play some more of it this week.

Speaker 4

With that football elext to the can't say enough about high Smith. You know you got a pick six in a big sack fumble black hole.

Speaker 6

Know this.

Speaker 2

TJ Watt and his friends are in a frenzy.

Speaker 6

We've got the best player in the world in my opinion, in ninety and fifty six is close behind.

Speaker 2

Wat is on till as they say, three sacks of forced fumble in Game one, follows it up with a sack hit the QB a fat four times. TJ swatted the ball once and house to fumble. I just think we really fed off the crowd.

Speaker 15

He gets the snap, four man rush, he's back, Pucket collapses, he's it.

Speaker 4

Fuck J what goo breaks? Chruss Tayler all time.

Speaker 2

Sack move, and I still think we can do a better job of executing in those moments when the crowd is going absolute bananas. It begs the question, what does

PIT LV

he have for Act three? And what do the Steelers pass rush have for us this week. They recab it on Deshaun Watson in week two shared a sack six Er hit him eleven times.

Speaker 4

More man rush.

Speaker 3

Watson keeping it alive but not anymore, and another sack by this Steeler defense.

Speaker 2

Steelers dbs used that to take Caara Watson through the air. Had that pick six low seventies rate under six yards per attempt allowed, bucket.

Speaker 15

Collapses, he throws it down the Fiorata thousand company. What a great job by Joey Porter Junior go over on Towns.

Speaker 2

That group now turns its attention to Jimmy g and who at wide receiver. The Raiders offense would be really handcuffed this week if they don't get Jacoby Myers back or DeVante Adams who left their game last week after a big hit.

Speaker 9

Adam in triple coverage and he is crushed at the five, had a flag.

Speaker 2

Adams did score before departing, but it wasn't nearly enough.

Speaker 4

Starts with myself, I mean I may put too many mistakes.

Speaker 2

Garoppolo didn't crack two hundred yards one touchdown against two picks, sub seventy rating.

Speaker 4

Walking left the whole way.

Speaker 6

Now the pocket classes for Tacob picked off by Milano, and the reason.

Speaker 10

Why that happened is does the Raiders have been lying on the checkdown all day?

Speaker 2

Pressure wasn't the problem either yet Jimmy threw to a running back second most.

Speaker 6

Got the short Jacob at the forty five up the middle as the fifty ten yard pickup another checkdown.

Speaker 2

Hopefully they get both their wide receivers back and it's a fair fight. They could really be up against it if Adams and or Myers isn't available. If that's the case, load up on Josh Jacobs, right.

Speaker 4

I'm gonna have to do a better job of figuring out what we need to do.

Speaker 2

Let's get jj Jacobs may have had a meeting with the Bobs this week. What does it just say you do here?

Speaker 13

We couldn't even really get, you know, get into the line of scrimmage without being.

Speaker 2

Touched nine carries minus two yards on the ground last week.

Speaker 13

There is just nowhere to go and he had Jacob's waist as soon as he had the football.

Speaker 2

Pittsburgh's defense could be the one he rebounds against. They struggled against CMC in Week one, allowed almost two hundred rushing yards to the Browns in week two almost six per run and gave up some big ease.

Speaker 4

And that is a seventy yard run by Jerome Ford.

Speaker 2

Steelers defense though, held it down while they awaited their O face coming around.

Speaker 6

You got a defense like that, they make plays and put points up on the board and get those turnovers.

Speaker 4

It's it's unreal as and offense to have that.

Speaker 2

Kenny Pickett hoping for a quicker start this week. He didn't put up huge numbers in Week two. Their defense accounted for two touchdowns, but he found some chemistry with George Pickens that led to some big gains in the second half.

Speaker 3

Beckins spinning cats and these two starting to heat up a little bit.

Speaker 2

Pickens went for over one hundred and twenty yards and a long score in week two.

Speaker 3

Pickin wide open Pickens there he goes touchdown.

Speaker 2

Steelers back on top Raiders don't have to worry about Pittsburgh wide receiver Deontay Johnson. Maybe that makes it easier for them to cover. Compared to Buffalo, they gave up big numbers to Josh Allen over two hundred and seventy passing yards, three touchdowns, didn't pick him a rating over one twenty.

Speaker 12

Allan on the move and chase hereby Tellray and he's got game catching on forty yards.

Speaker 2

Vegas sacked Allen a few times, but they need more from their pass rush. This week, Pickett went down twice, got hit nine times.

Speaker 3

Presher right up the middle, and pick It is brought down virtually untouched.

Speaker 2

Steelers run game still the X factor. Najee Harris at least had a twenty one yarder that allowed him to end over four yards per carry.

Speaker 3

Doji Harris can't bring him down until Harris has a first down.

Speaker 4

Plus.

Speaker 2

Steelers as a team, though under three yards per run last week. Raiders run defense over one hundred and twenty yards allowed seven point two a carry to James Cook.

Speaker 12

Oh Burston freeest Cook, look at him, walk it downfield and seal things for the bill.

Speaker 2

Whoever gets to two and one is going to feel like that kid in the commercial riding around on his bike. It looked good today. Indianapolis Colts take to the road week three in Baltimore to throw down at the Ravens, who are back to looking like the raven He's.

Speaker 6

Going to run it himself into Cincinnati terra Tour and he's got the first down.

Speaker 2

Horseshoe fans gotta know that if your defense can't contain Baltimore's run game, it's a whole different ball of wax. Ravens put up twenty seven points last week on the road in large part because they ran for over one hundred and seventy five yards almost five yards per carry.

Speaker 3

Retard the fullback in the game to give to Edwards, shot a push forward and he takes it in touchdown.

Speaker 2

Baltimore Lamar Jackson can still run. He took off twelve times in week two over fifty yards.

Speaker 4

Guy's going to run a first time three bold spot Jackson. Oh and if some sober.

Speaker 2

Defender out of that, and if Baltimore can get sixty plus yards in over six yards per run out of Gus Edwards, it can put Indianapolis's defense on its heels.

Speaker 4

Scott Edwards on first down has some room? Where could Edwards go?

Speaker 2

The Colts have something to offer the bus they faced. Damian Pierce runs fifteen times in week two, thirty one yards just two point one a run.

Speaker 11

Here's nothing going on there. Three Colts got to him the minute he got to the line of scrimmage.

Speaker 2

Keeping tabs on. Lamar's runs an X factor, and they will of course have to keep tabs on his throws. Baltimore threw thirty three times versus the Bengals Jackson over two hundred and thirty five yards two tds, no picks or rating over one ten.

BAL IND

Speaker 4

Jackson looking zone. He's got a man texsown.

Speaker 2

Galore to slow Jackson's arm. They have to play tight ends well. Mark Andrews returned, Lamar looked better. Andrews led the team in targets with a and scored Jackson.

Speaker 4

Dangels says he get in desk touchdown.

Speaker 2

Colts faced tight end Dalton Schultz last week. They held him in check at least, but Indianapolis did not really fare well against the pass, and that's been a problem for them in both games. Gave up over three hundred and eighty yards to rookie c. J. Stroud over eight yards per attempt. They didn't pick him two tds, allowed a rating over one hundred round from.

Speaker 11

The pocket for the end zone. The catch, it's constra Texon's touched up.

Speaker 2

Colt dB are lined up against a Raven's pass catching group built around Andrew's wide receiver Nelson Agalore he actually was the star of their aerial attack last week. Five catches over sixty yards into TV.

Speaker 4

Jackson over the middle. He's got a man that's Agalore.

Speaker 2

The twenty five yard lost rookie slot wide receivers A Flowers has looked good in both weeks. Four catches over sixty yards versus Cincinnati.

Speaker 7

Save flapboards makes an unbelievable gets on his head, holds on to it to the ground.

Speaker 4

Wow.

Speaker 2

Still waiting for a big OBJ game though. Three catches under thirty yards last week he drew a big flag at least, but he left the game hurt. Have to track his situation. But under forty yards in both games now Colt's pass rush Raven's pass pro Lamar wasn't sacked once in thirty three attempts versus the Bengals.

Speaker 4

Back to the air and catch. Great job by Dubernet.

Speaker 2

Jackson should not expect similar time versus Indianapolis if they are close to what they did in Week two. DeForest, Buckner, Quitty Pay had sacks in both games so far. They had a sack sixer last week and their win over Houston, and.

Speaker 11

That's fitting the way the Colts defense has played. DeForest Butler with the sack.

Speaker 2

This game would be a tree if we knew Anthony Richardson was going to play. He suffered a concussion in their win, but before he left he was pulling Lamar things.

Speaker 4

Richardson straight ahead.

Speaker 11

Athony Richardson has e these off for a cous touchdown.

Speaker 2

If he doesn't go, Baltimore has to prep for Uncle Rico Gardner. Minshew came in and went nineteen for twenty three td no I in Ts rating over one ten. I bet he can throw it over a mountain Minshew.

Speaker 4

The quick snap rose the catch mad did he reach across in time? It is a touchdown.

Speaker 2

Baltimore might want to think about quadruple covering Michael Pittman twelve targets in Week two, the next most five he had over fifty yards.

Speaker 4

The roll cot and good it up for the first down.

Speaker 2

Ravens will look to pastor Indianapolis's QB more than Houston was able to. Colts didn't allow one sack on thirty three pass attempts.

Speaker 4

Sin chew to throw and right on target.

Speaker 2

Ravens pass rush not much rushing only one sack in Week two against a Bengals O line that usually gives it up pressure rate of under twenty percent. They need better roads to Higgins for a first down, and they need better run defense too. This week they gave up fifty nine yards on thirteen tries, four point five a run to Joe Mixoner.

Speaker 5

There's a run with Bison and his casernfr so mixing Indy counters with Zack Moss eighteen carries close to ninety yards almost five a run in a score.

Speaker 11

Moss Zach Moss first outsiss touchdown.

Speaker 2

Ravens didn't have cornerback Marlon Humphrey last week, safety Marcus Williams tackle Ronnie Stanley, center Tyler Linderbaum Obj got hurt as well. Richardson the big name to follow on Indy side, Lamar has never started three to zero. Have to go back to twenty sixteen for the last Baltimore started That hot LA Chargers headed to Minnesota Week two, where one would assume the red Hot Chili Peppers were banned all week.

Speaker 8

Buzzers loses the ball's pick up and none of the seventy yard line.

Speaker 2

What the bombble is going on with the vikings O face clearly doesn't need to be harped on Minnesota has an OH to two record. If they don't stop giving giving it away now, they'll end up OH to three.

Speaker 8

Territory and a good run back to the He loots the ball life inside the thirty yard line and the Philadelphia Eagles come.

Speaker 3

Away with the ball.

Speaker 2

Imagine what their O face might look like if they hold onto the ball better. They found the paint plenty in Week two, Captain Kirk JJ hawk Addison firepower is there, just needs some extra stickum.

Speaker 8

Pass over the middle of cot Hockinson on the run fights his way to the seventeen yard line.

Speaker 2

Extra stick them is bad by the way, Kay kids Chargers defense faces a QB whose statlines screams, we crushed you four over three hundred and sixty yards yards per attempt, over eight four touchdowns, no picks a rating over one twenty five Hall of Fame stuffs has.

Speaker 8

Caught d Hockinson. Thanks just going get into the ends off for a touchdown.

Speaker 2

Except for the l first order of business for La secondary kid Dine Oh Mike Justin Jefferson spent a lot of time in front of Darius Sleigh last week. One

LAC MIN

of the best cbs in.

Speaker 4

The games fires Jefferson can't handle it.

Speaker 2

So when Jefferson drops, in the parlance of our times, a low key straight g commercial that not everyone really got and then drops another bill and a half back to back games, that's happened now, Hugh and og Aretha Franklin.

Speaker 3

Well throwing football on a line a great concentration by Justin Jefferson.

Speaker 2

Chargers don't have just Jjaden deal with. They have a Michael to worry about. Two Rookie wide receiver Jordan Addison gave him seventy plus yards last week, scored in his first two games.

Speaker 8

Rusher On Cousins steps up rows deep southfield caught the rookie Addison for a touchdown.

Speaker 2

kJ Osborne as well, he scored last week. Vikings passing attack is facing a wobbly LA secondary got lit up like a nightmare before Christmas. Tree in week one, then gave up over two hundred and forty yards a touchdown, no picks, a rating over one twenty to Ryan Tannehill, who the week before didn't look like he belonged in the NFL.

Speaker 4

Don long down long us a step party Chris.

Speaker 2

Law cornerback Michael Davis is the Waldo Cousins should be looking for. He's had a rough first two weeks into Sante Samuel. He gave up ninety eight yards to Tennessee receivers.

Speaker 3

You give him a free inside release and there's nobody there.

Speaker 4

The safety's not anywhere close enough. That's too easy.

Speaker 2

Plus the Chargers also have to deal with tight end TJ. Hawkinson visited Bob Ross Country twice last week.

Speaker 8

Let's come in pressure budd On caught into the end zone for the touchdown TG Howkinson.

Speaker 2

LA has to hope it's Bowie Mercury duo does some damage. Mac and Bosa are plenty capable of pressuring Minnesota's passing attack into mistakes or big losses. Chargers racked up five sacks last week, Bosa had two. He comes Tannehill goes down Max still with zero back, so beware. Vikings seemed to be a team that he can get on the board against. Thirty plus percent pressure rates allowed aren't usually a good thing. Cousins has endured it in both games.

His line already dealing with lots of injuries.

Speaker 8

Offensive line from Minnesota, it's just a mess right now.

Speaker 2

This matchup does seem to have the feel of a track meet, especially if LA gets Austin Eckler back. He was out last week, but either way in Minnesota's secondary still has to try and slow Justin Herbert, Mike Williams, Keenan Allen not till.

Speaker 3

The lab pressure's coming. He's hit the hell, but he throws to the Azo touchdown.

Speaker 2

Herbert's been solid through two games. Over three hundred yards last week, over seven yards per attempt ptds and no picks, a rating over one hundred.

Speaker 3

This JORDIANSO, Kate and Allen touchdown chargers.

Speaker 2

Twenty three of his forty one targets were aimed at Allen and Williams. Williams was the leader with thirteen. He caught eight of them eighty three yards.

Speaker 4

So toss that's Williams Williams ex stride up to the forty yard line.

Speaker 2

Allen caught eight passes over one hundred yards to score.

Speaker 4

Side always here, side by. Now it is that up.

Speaker 2

The purple pass defense that Trio is staring down has been me in both games so far.

Speaker 8

Goes the line open, it is Smith again all the way for the touchdown.

Speaker 2

They need better play from whoever lines up at Nickel cornerback or Allen will just camp there for dinner and from left cornerback at Caleb Evans. He gave up a TD and a rating over one fifty last week. Over one fifty is rare throws.

Speaker 4

That's caught, that's crown, that's a first down.

Speaker 2

Herbert does have to be aware of Ragner Lothbruck aka Daniel Hunters of Vice King. King is relentless.

Speaker 8

There's Hunter again, and this time he takes him down back at the fifty yard line.

Speaker 2

Vikings only rushed three most of the time. In week two he had three sacks and it was impressive that they bagged her four times while pressuring him thirty seven percent of the time. Hunter doing a good job put thresher off the edge and they collapses the pocket.

Speaker 6

Really a group effort there X factor.

Speaker 2

Both teams run games, bikes, rush, attack, few jabs at the end versus the Eagles when they didn't care. Alexander Madison doesn't get much play definition of the X factor.

Speaker 4

As it's Madison. It takes the toss the air tackled by Morrow after a game of eight yards.

Speaker 2

Chargers run defense actually hasn't been too bad in each game. LA's own run game all hinges on Ecklin Joshua Kelly wasn't as effective without him. Eckler should be begging to play. Chargers. Saw what DeAndre Swift did in Minnesota's run defense six point three a run over one hundred and seventy.

Speaker 8

Yards first, a lot more inside the twenty inside the ten.

Speaker 2

Vikings have all sorts of o line injuries to track this week. Their tackle oli Udo left last week with a knee injury, tackle Christian Garisos dealing with an ankle injury, and their center Garrett Bradbury missed last week. Both these teams are in desperation mode, so you know this w is huge. Carolina Panthers head to the Northwest this week. They get the Seattle Seahawks, who have regained their swag after a big road win.

Speaker 4

Smith.

Speaker 3

The throw runs away great from lock it down for the Uzie, it's over.

Speaker 4

Let's Seahawks win it.

Speaker 2

That's more like at twelves and that's what you're expecting more of this week. More Gino Smith like they saw in week two, over three hundred and twenty yards, passing two touchdowns, no picks, a rating over one hundred and ten, going down the.

Speaker 7

Forest, ode of the field and has taught no fan to tight end out of step, head up big Cayner.

Speaker 2

They expect more of the same from DK Metcalf and Tyler Lockett lock it popping it in the end zone twice.

Speaker 7

Smith has time thing Azo and his talk for the touchdown. Tyler Lucket in Seattle's in front.

Speaker 2

Metcalf led the Hawks and receiving yards with seventy five six catches, six targets.

Speaker 7

Smith pastime over the middle, HiT's talk, I Metcalf.

Speaker 2

And they'd love a repeat. Showing from the supporting cast. Six players had thirty or more receiving yards.

Speaker 4

Smith in trouble rolling looking crawling it.

Speaker 7

It's caught Jackson Smith and Jaba crossing the field in time for a first down.

Speaker 2

In Carolina knock Smith around. He faced a plus thirty percent pressure rate, but only got hit once. Took just one sack.

Speaker 3

Smith trying to make something happy these castlements on the bar.

Speaker 2

He was without both his rookie tackles. Gino's like you boys,

CAR SEA

don't rush back. Now, make sure you take your time getting healthy.

Speaker 4

Here here's Geno Smith past time.

Speaker 7

Just gonna get it out of the flat to shore today.

Speaker 2

Now they will be tested by Carolina's pass rush. Brian Burns didn't even grab a bag last week. Frankie Louv who grabbed two. Panther sacked Car four times and Car swarming again.

Speaker 4

Frankly, LaVoo has been a nightmare for the Saints offense.

Speaker 2

Carolina's pass defense would welcome another game like that from their front. They used that heat to hold Car to a sub seventy rating, didn't allow any TD passes and picked him off once.

Speaker 13

Carl lofting down field dangerous group he's intercepted Bud Bell.

Speaker 2

Seattle's run game will be spearheaded by Kenneth Walker as usual. Not overly efficient in week two, but he found the paint twice.

Speaker 4

Dancing outside and he's in for the touchdown.

Speaker 2

Carolina had problems with Taysom Hill as a runner, but against non Swiss Army Knives held both of New Orleans traditional runners to under for a carry.

Speaker 14

Hand off the Jones.

Speaker 4

Who's gonna have to go to Knights?

Speaker 14

LaVoo has been a nightmare Brian Burns combine them at stop.

Speaker 2

Panthers think they have the defense to stay close in games. They just need more from their offense. Bryce Young did at least do something against New Orleans prevent defense late last week. So he did throw a touchdown Rose short.

Speaker 13

Of the goal line, but diving for the pylon is Thylan and the Panthers do scut.

Speaker 2

But prior to that, and overall it was a young quarterback with limited weapons and a sketchy O line.

Speaker 14

Dan Young still flushed, still out the move and just turns and heaves it out of bout Hunts.

Speaker 2

So Carolina's offense needs to make big strides on the road. With all the twelves screaming and yelling, Hawk's defense hopes to rebound versus the youngster. They allowed over three hundred and twenty yards passing a rating over one point twenty to Jared Goff, three touchdowns.

Speaker 7

Scott floating up Khaley Frammon, He's got a touchdown Detroit.

Speaker 2

Carolina's run game has Miles Sanders three point one per run last week, not much action. Hawks defense he's running against played Jamier Gibbswell, Dave Montgomery four point two yards per carry aloud and a TD.

Speaker 7

Mockgomery again Lockgommery run up then in touchdown.

Speaker 2

Detroit Panthers still looking for that elusive w Seattle looking to take care of business. The La Rams are on to Cincinnati for real, not metaphorically taking on the oh and two Bengals who have been here before, like really recently. Obviously you don't want to start on too.

Speaker 4

It's not not what we're planning on, not not what you want.

Speaker 13

To do at all.

Speaker 12

This is exactly what we were last year. This team, I think, is going to only continue to get better and better with every game that passes.

Speaker 2

OH and two didn't keep Cincinnati from turning things around last year, so why should it this year? But this has to be the turning point because oh to three and making the playoffs are Lloyd Christmas Odds.

Speaker 4

The gift to Edward's up the middle.

Speaker 7

He's got the first down at Baltimore can take an e.

Speaker 4

We know it's a seventeen game season and so there's no overreaction.

Speaker 2

And we're gonna bounce back.

Speaker 13

That's what we do.

Speaker 4

That's all those to it.

Speaker 7

Higgins at the bottom of your screen, Pearl pressure coming looking for Higgins.

Speaker 4

He's got it down.

Speaker 2

First off, follow Joe Burrow's calf. This week, We're gonna have to wait and see. I'm not sure how it's gonna feel the next couple of days. It's saw right now, but no telling how it's gonna feel.

Speaker 11

Sorry, I think we're going to take a day by day.

Speaker 2

Burrow and the Bengals offense and passing attacks still aren't right. Though he threw a red zone pick, only had two hundred and twenty two yards under five and a half per attempt, a rating under ninety better than week one, but not great to the end zone.

Speaker 4

Head of accept it picked up by stone t.

Speaker 2

Higgins at least showed up. He was shut out in week one, caught eight passes last week almost ninety yards, two scores.

Speaker 4

As in at the end zone. Yeah yeah, touches.

Speaker 8

That touchdown put the Bengals first offensive touchdown of the year.

Speaker 2

However, Bengals waiting on Jamar Chase to have his first big game only thirty one yards last week to the Rams defense, also dealing with wide receiver Tyler Boyd six catches fifty plus yards versus Baltimore.

Speaker 4

Throws and he's got to tost own. It's Tyler Boyd.

Speaker 2

That group is used to putting up big numbers. The LA secondary they faced this week handled Geno Smith, dk Metcalf Tyler Lockett well in week one, then versus Brock Purty Deebo, Samuel Brandon, I Yuk and George Kittle didn't allow too many yards two hundred and six yards passing, allowed no touchdowns, and they held Purdy to a low nineties rating.

Speaker 6

At least thirty pressure coming late as he grows to the sideline the catch oh Pa.

Speaker 2

LA also let him go seventeen for twenty five for eight point two an attempt, and that was tied to only getting to him once, only hitting him three times on twenty six dropbacks.

Speaker 7

With time Purdy to the sideline and the chuggling at tap to the catch.

Speaker 2

But Juwan Jennings Burrow faced pressure less than twenty percent of the time last week. However, he was also getting rid of the ball quick, which is why they didn't generate a lot of splash plays. And then you have

LAR CIN

their run game Joe Mixon almost sixty yards four and a half per run, almost identical the week one.

Speaker 5

There's a run that makes it is some romo cour j Xon interchases the crowd.

Speaker 2

You can make the case to give him twenty or so tokes based on how LA handled cmc over one hundred and ten yards rushing almost six per carry and a touchdown. CC deatonades for fifty more yards and they couldn't hit Devo with any bricks. He scored and hit it over seven and a half per run against them.

Speaker 4

Samuel to the edge, steps through a tackle, now cuts it back Deebo Samuel to traffic for the touchdown.

Speaker 2

Gram's own rush attack is also their X factor.

Speaker 1

I have tremendous respect for cam Akers, but I felt, like, you know, for our football team today and in this game and as we move forward, that.

Speaker 2

Was going to be the best decision for us. Rolling with Kyron Williams over fifty yards in a TV last weeks, the Bengals rushed he faces just allowed six point two A run to Gus Edwards.

Speaker 4

Gus Edwards on first down has some room. Look at Edward. It's gold bull dozing his way to the forty five yard line.

Speaker 2

Still, LA's offense comes down to what Matthew Stafford can do. He sparkled in week one, not so much in week two.

Speaker 4

A couple of places here there, this this one in our Backfocke.

Speaker 2

Had over three hundred yards but under six yards per attempt a TV against two picks for rating under seventy.

Speaker 4

Stafford Sex ruspenle As after Stafford's second pick of the day.

Speaker 2

He got great protection in week one, not in a week two. He only got sacked once, but he faced pressure thirty nine point four percent of his dropbacks shot up sex.

Speaker 4

Here comes the flits off his heels. He kicked it away. He sacks the first off this season by Fred Warner.

Speaker 2

Here's the thing, though, Cincinnati's pass rush didn't sack Lamar Jackson once, and they only hit him once on first down.

Speaker 4

Lamar Jackson plenty of time taking a deep sack for flowers and has it.

Speaker 2

If they don't pressure Stafford, better chance he does what Lamar did to them through the air over two hundred and thirty five yards, passing two touchdowns, no picks a rating over one ten.

Speaker 4

Jackson fucking end zone. He's got a.

Speaker 2

Maddown Cooper who Cincinnati secondary should familiarized themselves with rookie wide receiver Puka Nakouha, and he's the epitome of what we want to be as rams. I love Pooka Nakua Holy but Jolie LUs I Cooka's.

Speaker 3

Got it fifty forty thirty five out of mouth first down.

Speaker 2

La No rookie has ever hauled in more receptions in their first two NFL games twenty targets last week, fifteen catches one hundred and forty seven yards on third downs.

Speaker 4

It's the kuapatnas s.

Speaker 2

Bengals can't sleep on two to two at Well either. He's looked good in both their games. Seven catches over seventy five yards last week.

Speaker 7

Stafford has to step away from pressure looking for Atwell on the sideline.

Speaker 4

And he pulls it away from the Amado Lenor.

Speaker 2

Super Bowl rematch Apprentice versus Master part two. So that's like what Ben versus Vader and Last Hope thing. The New England Patriots hit the road for Week three, short trip to New York to take on the Jets, both teams looking to fix some things, both teams coming off els, and.

Speaker 4

Then right here it's like, all right, I just beat you.

Speaker 2

What a roller coaster of emotions Jets fans have endured, Aaron running out on the field one second, being carted off the next, New York winning on a walk off, then days later getting dismantled in every way possible or not too. Jets are going to get Wilson from Home Improvement to come out from behind the fence. If Zach Wilson doesn't show improvement soon.

Speaker 4

The problem is Zach Wilson teared it down.

Speaker 2

Wilson got picked three times last week. Other than one drive in week one and one big throw in week two. Vincent adult Man has looked very overwhelmed and the.

Speaker 10

Cowboys defense trying in another touchdown.

Speaker 2

Okay, so he's faced a really good Buffalo secondary and then the Cowboys just needs a secondary a little less scary. New England's oh, they didn't do much last week, just held a QB who had gone on for over four hundred and fifty yards of the week before to under two fifty. A guy who had put up a one to ten rate to a low nineties rating held to a tongue of iloa to one TD pass picked him off.

Speaker 4

Once underd Under accepted.

Speaker 2

Jet's primary threat in the pass catching game, Garrett Wilson called in a bomb for a TV versus Dallas Wilson.

Speaker 4

To Wilson, they come right out and go with it.

Speaker 2

New England's secondary allowed a touch down to Tyreek Hill, but again that cat went for two hundred plus. New England held him to five catches forty yards.

Speaker 4

Bill got a bounds to incomplete.

Speaker 2

Wilson took three sacks against Dallas. Micah Parsons got him twice, so q Matthew Judon. He has a sack in each game so far. Judon makes the play Jets run game. Never had a chance to be relevant last week, all only had four carries. Have to think he'll play a much bigger role in this game for a variety of reasons. But New England's defense is one of those reasons, as they gave up over one hundred and twenty yards almost seven yards per carry, two tds to Raheem Moster and here.

Speaker 11

Comes most four three speed right out the back door.

Speaker 2

Now they were using their resources to defend the pass, so expect an adjustment, and expect plenty of adjustments to their offense, which regressed in week two.

Speaker 4

And it looks to be an interception back inside the.

Speaker 2

Five mac Jones only five point five yards per attempt a td A pick a rating under ninety. Not one pass went for twenty plus yards.

Speaker 4

The same thing all those Dolphin's bodies back there.

Speaker 2

He targeted five guys six plus times, so it's a committee approach. Devonte Parker Hunter, Henry Mike Gesicki, Kendrick Bourne, Juju Smith Schuster taking on the likes of DJ Reed and Sauce Gardner, who weren't able to stop Dak Prescott from throwing for over two hundred and fifty yards too tds. They didn't pick him, rating aloud over one to ten.

Speaker 4

You're a Jets fan, You're not excited.

Speaker 2

CD Lamb was really the problem for the Jets. They

NE NYJ

allowed him to catch eleven balls for over one hundred and forty yards. Lots of his work came from the slot.

Speaker 4

They go back to Lamb, who is feasting here early.

Speaker 2

Lamb, of course, is elite, so the Patriots can't line up any geek off the street and expect the same. Gotta be handy with the steel, if you know what I mean. Pressure was a part of Jones' problem. He got sacked four times. Look, yeah, New York has dudes to cause him similar problems. They just didn't show up in week two. Just only sacked Dak once on thirty nine pass attempts.

Speaker 4

Sure, thank you to the luck room fall out.

Speaker 2

New York at least held its ground against Tony Pollard. They held him under three yards per carry.

Speaker 4

Yeah, get used to this.

Speaker 2

New England's run game has been rough through two weeks. From Andre Stevenson hasn't been able to get going much, only fifty yards last week three point three per run. He did at least score and they just look like they're out of sick. Zeke by the way, not much action in week two. Not sure about him as a pack. The Browns are at home this week. Should have known. The Whites didn't pan out for Walter and the dude didn't pan out for Cleveland last week either.

Speaker 4

He's got a lot of the jersey with that right hand.

Speaker 3

As they work along the sideline, you'll be talking about that no call in Cleveland.

Speaker 2

No doubt would have thought the Jerseys made that kind of thing easier to spot. Now they try and forget all that and focus on Tennessee, who comes in feeling like themselves again.

Speaker 4

Good snap, good hall Tip is on his way, the game winnerhead it is god.

Speaker 2

Tennessee qualifies as one of the teams written off after one week of play, and that's because a Ryan Tannehill, Right when you thought he couldn't get any worse, he trades in the van for a seventy mile per gallon hog and totally redeems himself going long, going.

Speaker 4

Long for there's receiver, and he made the catch.

Speaker 2

Chris More Browns facing a dude who dropped a rating over one twenty, over two hundred and forty passing yards over ten yards per attempt in his most recent game.

Speaker 4

That's a touchdown.

Speaker 2

Westbrookakin de Hop chipped in with forty yards, but another quiet game for him. No mind. Cleveland has to limit Tannehill from striking it big. Traylon Burks went for a seventy yarder.

Speaker 4

Good long looking for Burns. He's done at the tiny nine.

Speaker 2

Chris Moore had a forty nine yarder. We knew he was a.

Speaker 4

Tough, gritty player with block plays. Penchalties got deep on that last play.

Speaker 2

And the Browns did give up a huge TD to George Pickens.

Speaker 3

Second wide open peckends there he goes touchdown Steelers.

Speaker 2

Overall, though Cleveland's second Darius held things down in both their games. They locked up Joe Burrow week one, then against Kenny Pickett in week two, low seventies rate, picked him off, held him to a fifty percent completion rate.

Speaker 3

Where's a pick the other way intercepted by Del Pitt.

Speaker 2

Tannehill had his big rebound game, even though he spent his usual time sniffing the grass. Five sacks taken twenty nine dropbacks.

Speaker 4

Here he comes and Tannehill goes down.

Speaker 2

Browns have Miles Garrett no sacks for him last week. Zadarius Smith, he left hurt, so track his situation heading into this game, Browns pressured Picket over thirty five percent of his dropbacks, sacked him twice. You'd expect them to get home to see tanne Back get.

Speaker 3

In troubling down he goes both Shelby Harris and Maurice Hers.

Speaker 2

Sarah Henry still hasn't had a king like showing in twenty twenty three. Had to grind for his eighty yards, but he did punch one in dog Pound. Don't sleep on ty Jay Spears forty nine yards six point one per run in limited action.

Speaker 4

Tell gives it on, gives it to Spears, the Spears slips one tack out. He's exot the forty yard line.

Speaker 2

Brown's defense allowed Naji Harris to get away for a twenty one yard or otherwise. They were happy with holding Pittsburgh under three yards per carry.

Speaker 14

Oh, this defensive front for Cleveland, they're just winning into the line of.

Speaker 2

Scrim We should be making a natural transition to Cleveland's

TEN CLE

run game right now. We know what happened. Let's just see one more of those sweet Chubble Lubb a hub ankle breaking runs.

Speaker 4

This Chubb cuts back a.

Speaker 11

Lot of room.

Speaker 4

Still Rumland two the forty eighth.

Speaker 2

Brown's hoping mister Chubb's replacement, Jerome Ford can carry the torch he had over one hundred yards after taking over. Broke off a Gronk special ward over.

Speaker 4

The right side.

Speaker 3

Nice change of direction. Watson throws a block for him. Jerome Ford down the sideline.

Speaker 2

But it wasn't just that sixty nine yard or he had plenty of nice runs that should put Tennessee on notice. Titans fans are like, yeah, we just faced a team that had to roll with a backup running back. They held La under three yards per carry.

Speaker 4

Give it to Kelly and Telly trapped up with the McQuary.

Speaker 2

Watson Watson somebody called Watson Deshaun Watson, not the Raccoon. Browns fans are getting antsy low seventies rate, under six yards per attempt, a pick that ended up in the house throw.

Speaker 3

And the top the deflection and intercept them by Highsmith.

Speaker 2

Tops down Titans pass defense Watson faces this week was missing cornerback Christian Fulton and safety Amani Hooker. Last week they could use them back. They gave up over three hundred yards passing two tds and one hundred plus rating.

Speaker 3

This what Tordianzo Keenan Allen touchdown Chargers.

Speaker 2

Tennessee should be able to get Watson in the backfield as well. You never know from there he is sacked. To take him down, Jeffrey Simmons, de Nico Autrey, Harold Landry all threats all finished the job once each in week two.

Speaker 4

If it's under pressure, he's gone down. Jeffrey Simmons.

Speaker 2

Watson took a beating versus Pittsburgh, hit eleven times, sacked a half dozen.

Speaker 4

Now Watson is put down Byognchoby.

Speaker 2

Titans hoping guard Peter Scronsky could return he was out last week. Among others. Cleveland needs right tackle Jack Conklin back, or for the rookie not to face TJ. Watt again. Jacksonville Jaguars at home for a second week in a row. Their opponent this week not seemingly as fearsome as the one they just faced, but beware. The Houston Texans come in with a rookie quarterback who figured some things out last week.

Speaker 11

Drove from the pocket for the end zone, the kicks back. It's cons for sexs time.

Speaker 2

How about three hundred and eighty four yards two tds, no I iNTS, a rating over one hundred. That's what CJ. Stroud dropped on Indy last week. Houston lost, but they saw signs of hope in Stroud's game.

Speaker 11

Down the middle is Nico Collins. He's sure handed, fighting for every yard of the twenty six yard lot.

Speaker 2

Texans pass attack will test Jacksonville's cornerbacks. Robert Woods six catches over seventy yards in week two.

Speaker 4

Floats won Robert Woods inside.

Speaker 2

Of twenty Tank Dell seven catches over seventy yards in a score.

Speaker 11

And open again completion, years old tight down, the Texan's touchdown.

Speaker 2

And the leader of the band, Houston's top white out Nico Collins seven catches over one hundred and forty yards and a TD.

Speaker 4

Steps into the throw and lake bigg as.

Speaker 2

Nico Collins's a more formidable trio than what Jacksonville just faced. Not as formidable of a QB Stroud faces at Jacksonville Secondary that most recently gave up over three hundred yards two touchdowns and are rating close to one hundred to Patrick Mahomes swims for the tous down.

Speaker 4

The Jaguars have.

Speaker 2

To think they can get to Stroud more often than they got to Mahomes only one sack on forty two dropbacks. Stroud sacked six times last week, faced pressure over forty percent of his dropbacks, sacked five times the week before. Only Towley knows grass better.

Speaker 11

At this point Stroud in the pocket, He's got to get rid of it, then instead he will be sacked.

Speaker 2

Texans run game has turned into an X factor. It wasn't supposed to be. But Damian Pierce only thirty one yards two point one per run in week two, not good in week one either.

Speaker 11

Here's nothing going on there. Three colts got to him the minute he got to the line of scrimmage.

Speaker 2

Jaguars defense wasn't especially strong against Kansas City, but they have even more to clean up on the offensive side.

Speaker 4

That one just goes awry.

Speaker 2

Trevor Lawrence only two hundred and sixteen yards under five and a half yards per attempt, a rating under seventy on the end zone.

Speaker 4

It's caught, but Calvin Ridley was out.

Speaker 2

I'm sure the Jaguars receivers practiced plenty of tow drags swag this week. Lawrence takes on the Texans defense that was missing both starting safeties last week. Track the status of Jimmy Ward and Jalen Peatree without them struggles, especially against Uncle Rico. They let Minshew go Mania nineteen for twenty three, a touchdown in a rating over one hundred.

Speaker 11

Then chew the quick snap ros the catch mad Did he reach across in time?

HOU JAX

Speaker 4

It is a touchdown?

Speaker 2

Will Anderson and their pass rush got shut out on thirty three attempts. Maybe the Jags line is the one to get right against Lawrence got sacked four times and hit seven fourth at.

Speaker 4

Time Lawrence is sacked at the forty nine.

Speaker 2

He wasn't pressured much on his passes, though, so that's usually a win for an O line. Jags pass catchers no consistency through two weeks. Christian Kirk was a ghost in week one, then goes for eleven catches in one hundred and ten yards in week two.

Speaker 6

Sometimes you don't realize he's a two hundred pounder less strengthened his lower body in good leg.

Speaker 2

Drive Calvin Ridley and Zay Jones thirty two yards combined.

Speaker 4

Lawrence going for a long ball incomplete.

Speaker 2

Tight end Evan Ingram. He's been steady six catches over fifty five yards last week quick.

Speaker 9

Side on't toss Evan Ingram creating after the crab Ingram six yards.

Speaker 2

The Tuckaw Jacksonville ground game Travis etn was held in check last week, facing a Texans defense that allowed Zach Moss to go for eighty eight yards four point nine a carry in a touchdown.

Speaker 11

Moss Zach Moss first outside's boss touchdowns.

Speaker 2

Along with their safeties. Texans were also without left tackle Laramie Tunsel last week.
