Waiting-First sunday in Advent - Audio

Hey Family, Waiting is probably the most difficult thing for us to do when it comes to important things in our lives. Whether we're waiting for the verdict of a judge, waiting for our beloved to return after a long separation, waiting for the deal to close, or the pain to stop, or the next opportunity to begin, waiting has always been difficult. That's what the Advent season is all about. The very word Advent means "coming." It was the expectant hope of God's people that the one who would save us would come, and that he would change everything. As we start this new series, we'll be building anticipation towards Christmas. Because it's then that the One we've been waiting for arrives, to save us from our waiting.
